Dashvapes' customer service is honestly a hit or miss situation, because I'd never know but for the most part the guys are nice and helpful. I for the life of me can not understand Dashvapes approach to Covid, they are the worst out of any vape shop I've been to since the pandemic started. Maybe it's me, maybe it's the device I'm using or maybe their formulation is bad but I'm not really a fan of their salt nics. The service is good and personable, at least the guy I was dealing with was nice and they make their own e-juice in house. Meaning that you will get a fresh batch of whatever you choose. There's a large selection of flavors you can try before you buy and some pretty tasty combinations. However I was moving towards salt nics as freebase can sometimes be a little harsh on the throat. Part of me now wishes I had gone for freebase instead because these salt nics are terrible. I don't vape that often. It's not like I'm sitting there and just puffing away all day as I work. I'm not into the whole modding thing so I buy the prebuilt coils. So far, they've been lasting me at least a week or two using freebase. When I use DashVapes salts they will last three days at most before burning out. I've used salts from other companies and while the coils might not last as long, they will at least last a week using them. I've tried different combinations of juices and making sure the coil is completely cool before vaping again but I can't make the coils last more than three days. Currently my only solution to this is to use a small amount of their salts with a much larger amount of freebase. It helps to smooth things out a bit and the coils last about a week which honestly is the best solution I can come up with. read more

I was received a warm welcome when entering this location for the first time. Got my first kit with some E-Liquid. Service was excellent they guided me through the setup on my device and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even though I said I'll be fine with the setup I'll just figure it out myself later when I'm at home, the staff member really went above and beyond and guided me through the whole setup process including tips and suggestions to use for the future. I came to visit from Boston. I went into the store because My husband needed some supplies while we are visiting.The staff is so arrogant and rude after 10 minutes of being spoken to like a piece of garbage I turned around and walked out. Absolutely horrible experience here. I decided to order off of them due to the Same Day Shipping method offered... What a fool I was. I paid for this service and order well before their cut off time to which I have now spent two days running in circles because their Storefronts, Online Store, and Shipping Company are all separate and different and all have different support lines. After two days I am STILL without a solution and am just waiting for my delivery... This is absolutely ridiculous and I cannot believe I wasted my time and money on this. I came in the other day looking for a start-up device and some juice to help me quit smoking. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and offered help. The sales associate helping me was very informative in terms of which device I should start with. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me, even when it came down to finding the right juice. At the end of it all, I left a happy customer. Do not purchase anything from this dump. Paid $200 for an SX mini and was told that they would handle any hardware issues directly at the store. Of course a few months later the 510 breaks, contact them to repair/replace and they send me to Yihi support. Do that and get a replacement code and return to store only to have them tell me they no longer have a service agreement with Yihi and to contact the US repair center. Terrible customer service and I will never go back. read more

After returning to DashVapes several times I believe I can truly make a proper review on my experience. I was served by two individuals named Drew and Indi. They are very attentive and knowledgeable about all of their products. After purchasing a Drop RDA tank, they were patience and took the time to teach me how to set up the coil, the cotton and how to properly maintain the tank. I actually really like this store but the employee/manager doesn't value his customers. I spent a lot of money at the store. I asked for a quad coil pack (set of 5) and was charged for a quad coil pack but when I got home and changed the coil I realised it was a triple coil. I called to ask about an exchange and was told that I could only exchange 4 of the 5 coils because I used one which I would have been completely fine with, except for the fact that I was then told I need to check what I buy before I leave. I found that rude and offensive as a customer. When I went back to exchange them I was then yelled at by the manager and he threw the coils that I originally paid for and wanted on the counter. I don't understand how a business can be run while disrespecting the people who pay your salary. I will definitely not ever go back there. read more

I recently purchased some coils for my vaporizer (Innokin MVP 2.0). Not knowing which ones to get I asked the associate at the Mississauga location which one I needed. He opened up my device and looked at the coil then got me the coils I needed. When I got hope and setup the new coil, I start to get problems as I would not get much vapor and no flavors either. After researching the problem I found that my device did not have the power rating for this coil. The old coil had lower power settings which the associate failed to acknowledge. I went back to dash vapes in Mississauga and they told me it was not their fault and did not offer me an exchange since they did not have the correct coil nor did they give me a refund. I left with the incorrect coil and non functional vaporizer. Is this how you guys handle your customers??? Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of vales shops around that will take care of their customers better. Offering a credit is one thing, offering a credit and continuing to say you did nothing wrong is another. Keep your credit and be humble, your rep is worth a lot more. read more

Great storefront and really helpful employees (in-store, web chat, and email team) ! As others have noted, they are very helpful and not at all pushy which creates a nice atmosphere. I placed a large order via the web for in-store pickup on my way out of the house to do some errands, by the time I got to their store 30 mins later everything was ready. They had graciously agreed to add some nictone to one of the premium juices I ordered ( Milk Man 180ml) free of charge since they only had it in a 0. On this visit I picked up a Vapor Shark Dna200, which I'm very happy with as well. My order had about 14 items in it, and it was all prepared with no errors and done very professionally. The store is always very clean and everything is displayed very nicely. I brought a relative with me, who is very anti-smoking and also skeptical about vaping but the friendly & informative manner of the sales people put him at ease. It was very nice that they took the time to engage him in conversation while I added a few items to my order and that interaction ended up making him comfortable with vaping. Trying to quit smoking, So i decided to buy a vape, I go to Dashvapes and wait to be helped, the employee started helping me then asked to see me ID which i said was in my car and i'd go get it, the manager for whatever reason goes on some rant against me for questioning the employee about the fact i am over 25 but still willing to comply with the id request, at which point the manager who was in the middle of helping another customer stopped and said for you we require 2 pieces of ID. I asked the employee if this was standard practice which he says no 1 is fine but the manger insists that i provide 2. So anyone who looks young i'd suggest staying farrrr away from this place as the manager had 0 respect for me, i ended up going to a competitor called 180 vapes and buying the whole set for me the gf. So not only did you lose out on a couple hundred, i also will make sure none of my friends bother with a place that treats people like that.
