I can't say enough nice things about them. They are wonderful, caring, loving, thoughtful people, and that's exactly who you want to trust in your home, taking care of your furry family members. When meeting with us the very first time, they listened carefully to our specific wants and needs, and now each time they visit, they take the time to care for Marley the way we asked. By the way, a 30 minute visit is less than $20!! That is an outstanding deal for the quality of care you get from this team. The best part of their service is the messaging portal. Every time the staff visits, they use the app to write a cute story about what Marley is up to, what they did that day, how they fed him, groomed him, played with him, cleaned up his litter, etc, and they even take pictures so we can see him right on the message portal. That is SOOO comforting to be able to see your pet and know they are loved and cared for while you're away from home and miss your pet. I highly recommend Melissa and her team at Pawsitively Professional - you won't be disappointed!

I contacted Emily after my mother had a medical emergency and Jake needed to be taken care of. Within hours of being hired Jake was being walked, loved, and feed. The walkers left detailed notes on who walked him and when and if he ate his food and if he was given treats. He then needed to be boarded. Pattie and her pups opened their doggy door to him and he became a part of the pack and I was given text updates and pictures. We started using Fur Nanny in June of 2106 and have used their services numerous times (a few times last minute) for both walking and boarding and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes their furbaby to get the love and care they deserve.

I found them about 10 years ago when I moved back to St Pete. They have been life savers ever since, taking care of two cats. The first cat had health issues and required medication, was so grateful to have a pro like Elizabeth to look after her. The second cat, Bella, is still with me. She is easily stressed and doesn't like change (you may know some people like that. Lol) but when I get home from my travels - Bella is quite relaxed and happy. It has not only been when I've traveled that At Your Bark and Call has helped me, last year I was unexpectedly hospitalized for 6 days. All it took was a text message to Elizabeth and Bella was cared for. By the way - not only does the team help with my pets, they collect my mail and water my plants, too. Truly I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help and care.
