Fabian at the Dog Wizard was able to turn everything around for us thankfully. We boarded Bear at the facility in US 64 and Fabian worked with him daily. What he graduated from the program he was sitting and lying down in his place every time we asked. Before training he refused to go on walks because of his intense fear. Now, we take him on walks around the neighborhood every day. Not only was Fabian effective but he has repeatedly offered to meet up with us to work with Bear for no extra charge. Every two weeks we also can attend alumni classes on a Saturday at local parks which helps Bear keep up his training. I can't say enough about how great of a job Fabian did. He saved Bear's life. We are eternally grateful to him for that.

The change in just one week was honestly incredible. Brandy was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She clearly has a gift--not just with dogs, but with helping owners understand how to continue the training at home. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt prepared. The drop-off visit was especially helpful. It made a big difference being able to walk through the house routine with her and see how everything translates in our own space. Brandy brought not just professionalism, but a great energy to the experience. I Highly recommend The Dog Wizard, and if you get to work with Brandy--you're in great hands!

When we got them back they went from completely untrained to trained in every way! Door manners, in the car, on the leash, and other basic commands, you name it! They were crazy about food and now they will sit in front of food and wait to eat it when they are told. It's amazing! We then brought them back for a tune up when our son was born. It was awesome knowing they were with people who knew them and loved them. Our dog Charlie ran and jumped in the lake immediately! Happy as can be. A huge shoutout to Derrick! When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. You can tell this is his passion and it shows through his work! Lastly, Anthony has been fantastic to work with throughout too! Due to him and Derrick we will continue bringing our dogs back here when we need boarding knowing they are in the BEST hands. If you're looking for a great training facility with the best people, look no further. You found them!

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't heartbroken by this. Playing with the puppies and learning about how they could grow up to be service dogs was such a wonderful activity. We did it more than once and just loved it. Probably a couple people didn't act properly and ruined it for the rest of us. In spite of this I still donate money yearly to Southeastern Guide Dogs. They provide incredibly trained dogs to help those with visual impairment, veterans with PTSD and other disabilities, and children with huge challenges for FREE. The dogs that don't pass the program are adopted to loving families. I miss those puppies but I still support them and their mission to help others.

I finally got an appointment and was told if I didn't have proof of updated vaccines they would not be able to provide service. I emailed the record to them since their online platform was not uploading it. When I arrived for the designated appointment there was no greeting or welcoming face. I was asked if I wanted to speak with someone and when I asked who that was I was told it was the groomer. I said sure. While waiting I asked if they need to see the vaccine record and was told no they had it (thanks for letting me know). A woman came out of the grooming area and took my dog (but it wasn't the groomer whom I was told would be working on my dog). I was just left in a confused state and not very comfortable about leaving my dog there. They did a decent job on the mini groom and my dog did not seem stressed so well done .

We left to go to Disney World Tuesday morning and came back Friday afternoon. When we picked him up all of his food was still in the bag along with his dog treats to chew on. When we called, whoever was at the front desk said that they had "a computer error" and that his feeding instructions were not available. Can somebody tell me why they didn't call us for four whole days? Our dog looked exhausted, and not himself. When we put some food in front of him at home, he devoured it. The woman said that they fed him other food, but that he didn't eat a lot. He just sort of grazed. How do we even know that's true? We were not able to figure out how to view him on the camera system at all. When we dropped him off in the morning for his personality test, they thought that he didn't actually have a reservation. But then they found it. Also, I was told to fill out the 17 page survey online, which, by the way, asks, completely stupid questions. I was told to fill the survey out online and then also print it off on paper to bring it in because something to do with their computer systems. Also, by the way, I emailed his shot records, but they couldn't find it due to their "computer systems" so they asked me to bring in a printed copy. We had some misgivings about the place based on all of the apparent computer problems. I think the term "computer problem" for them is really just a euphemism for we are confused, incompetent, and completely disorganized. I will never trust our dog with these morons again.

When I brought the dog in (I was hoping that I still had a reservation since they didn't confirm anything) I brought a hard copy of vaccines to make sure they had them, I asked the owner Jeff if he received them, he acted like he had no idea what i was talking about, I then proceded to ask if they could bathe my dog before pickup at 11:00 am he said no problem. So when my wife went to pick him up he was soaking wet not just from the bath but they put him back into kennel run while it was still raining. My dog is a wheaten Terrier and the worse thing you can do to a wheaten is leave him wet because they can matte very easily. so when my wife called me upset because he was so wet I called the Kennel and asked to speak to the owner and the girl at the kennel that answered said he wasnt available. she then said "your wife was not very happy so i figured you would call" so I asked why would you not blow dry my dog? instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she blamed us for not paying extra for blow drying services. I tried to explain to her that was never offered to me and if it was i would have paid the extra fee. She said i basically should know what services were available (fyi it says nothing about blow dryin or any other details on their website and this is the first kennel that has not dried my dog after bathing him) so after telling me its my fault I became even more frustrated with the situation and my voice began to raise higher and i said this is fricking ridiculous and she hung up on me so I called back thinking maybe we were disconnected somehow. she verified she hung up on me so i yelled this is totally unprofessioonal and she hung on me again. At this point i was just going to move on and never use them again. but a few hours later the owner Jeff called me, I answered it thinking we could talk and work this out. he proceded to start yelling at me and accuse me of using profanities at his employee , when i tried to tell him i escalated my voice but never used profanities he would not let me speak and kept telling me i did use profanities he then told me I can never use his kennel again (oh my what will i ever do) and hung up on me. to be honest I did then call him back and tell he can go f himself and hung up on him.in conclusion all they had to do was apologize for the miscommunication and move on, if they treat me this way who knows how they treated my dog while he stayed at their facility. and any reputable kennel would know you dont send a dog like a wheaten home soaking wet
