We had both previously learned about dog training from other training sources and Gregg's tips were different and much more helpful for this situation. It's been just under a week and we already see a big difference. Greg cane to our house to work with us and our dog and then offered complementary follow up over the phone. If we continue to have any issues, we can pay him to come back, but things are going well so far! He's reasonably priced (a LOT more affordable & pleasant than sending your dog away) and his methods work fast. Highly recommend.

It was awesome knowing they were with people who knew them and loved them. Our dog Charlie ran and jumped in the lake immediately! Happy as can be. A huge shoutout to Derrick! When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. Our dog came home with a scab on his neck from the E-collar which has made me choose not to even keep up with this form of training. If the collar doesn't hurt them then why does our dog have a visible injury on his neck. He came home more anxious and trembling which he never did before when we reprimanded him. I believe our dog was one of many dogs and they should not have taken on more than one dog at a time. This program was a waste of $2600 and our dog spent 18 days away from us only to come home not potty trained with no schedule. The owner Daniel was not apologetic and defensive of his program. He never apologized for my dog sustaining an injury from their e-collar usage. I absolutely do not recommend this type of training for small, companion dogs. Our dog is stubborn because the breed is notorious for that but he should have been sent home if he wasn't responding well to training. Instead the collar was mis-used and I don't trust anything related to this method or company any more.

A golden should NEVER be shaved like that especially in July in Florida. He has divots all over his body and marks where he was shaved too close. Shannon, the salon manager admitted that my dog has a long road to recovery ahead of him. We were told that his protective layer of fur that was wrongly removed may never grow back correctly. I have to watch him outside so he doesn't get overheated or sunburn. Extra vitamins, brushing and bathing to try to stimulate growth. He was traumatized when he came home. Shannon said she watched the cameras and that he was not mistreated but honestly - we are unsure. How else do you get divots everywhere??? As for Curtis- i was informed that he has had numerous bad haircuts before and that they would "add it to his file" while he will remain on staff. I'm shocked. I guess that shows exactly what kind of standard is acceptable there. PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AT ALL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO VENICE PETCO!!
