Best place in Muncie to get a cup of coffee when you want a coffeehouse experience. The coffee is great and the selection of baked goods was interesting. I had a cafe au lait accompanied by a pumpernickel bagel and thoroughly enjoyed each. Lots of natural light, and high ceilings make for an appealing sense of space, and the flowers on each table from a local florist are a welcoming touch. On the way out I grabbed a 50-cent refill of coffee to go! read more

The Caffeinery - The breakfast pastry is yummy. Eggs, sausage, cheese and bell peppers. How could you go wrong? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Muncie, Indiana

Like drinking a candy bar. Delicious tasty treats. Coffee is superb. Recommend the specialty coffees for special occasions, unless you want to gain 50 pounds while simultaneously basking in the sugar coma of a lifetime! read more

I had a brief work meeting here a few months ago and I was delighted by what a nice little coffee shop it is. There was plenty of space and lots of tables to choose from for our meeting. My coffee was great, bagel pretty good, and the service was friendly. Very nice atmosphere. And they have a free water station, which is always appreciated. read more

This is a great place in Muncie. It is very clean and a "hip" place to come work, eat, and get a great pour over. It's nice to see a place here that is really up to date with the times. I wish I had more time after my trip to stay here and work a little bit! Highly recommended!! read more

This place is always packed. Even on a Saturday afternoon, when I stood in line for a chai tea latte. Comfortable chairs to sit, books available to read, everyone is having fun, great place to chill. read more

If you need a quiet place to sit and work, choose the Caffeinery. Their menu has an array of options, even for one who is opposed to coffee. I love stopping by to get an Iced Chai Latte during first Thursdays or sitting to sip on a hot chocolate (with delicious whipped cream) while I work on homework or read a book. The volume never gets too loud, so the Caffeinery is a good place to be productive but also a great place to sit and catch up with friends. I've been stopping by for four years now, and I've yet to encounter an issue. read more

They have delicious hot chocolate (Zebra is my favorite) and the price includes tax so I love it:)

This place has GREAT iced coffee. It's too out of the way for me to visit a lot, but when I do have the extra time I love to go here!

Great drinks and delicious pastries. Perfect coffeehouse environment - bright and lots of light. Expensive.

Great coffee spot in Muncie! Their Iced Coffee is BOMB! They also have a really good salad and pastry's!

Service is incredible. Clean. Great ambiance. Large variety of coffee and tea. The English breakfast tea is my favorite. Fun little shop downtown. A little expensive. read more

This is a great place to hang out, listen to music, and sip on delicious coffee, latte, tea, or whatever. Everything is delicious and it's a happening place. read more

I love this place! The atmosphere is great, and the service is lovely. I go here to work on homework, read, or meet up with friends. The coffee is good, but it could be a tad better. I feel like overall, the stuff on their menu all tastes close to the same with just a tad of flavoring in each thing. Their mocha, though, is my ultimate favorite. They have free water glasses which, for me, is much needed when drinking coffee so that's really nice, as well as a lot of places to sit unlike most coffee shops. I hope they add more seating outside next summer! read more

The Caffeinery is so quaint and high-quality. I absolutely love it! My favorite thing is the Butterfinger Latte (iced) which has the perfect mix of coffee, chocolate flavor, and peanut butter flavor. I think they give a good amount of coffee for the price. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that I feel it closes kind of early (6 on weekdays, 2 PM on Saturdays). I work out of town and the hours aren't convenient for me to come in and spend time after work. read more

Overrated and overpriced. I really cannot stand their house blend. It almost tastes kind of sour to me? I don't know, maybe I'm just crazy. For their prices I would much rather just swing by a Starbucks. I appreciate the shop local feel they give, but I just can't support the taste of their coffee. read more

Great seasonal drinks! Very good coffee. Tasty tea. Went here many times while living in muncie. A great place to relax and chat with a friend. read more

This place is amazing. The cherry bomb latte is to die for.

Was hoping to get caffeine injected directly into my veins via IV. This was not an option. However, I did order a perfectly divine vanilla chai tea. Did not have a chance to taste the bread. Will be back for that experience. read more

Delicious variety of coffee and tea available. They have some light breakfast and lunch options, including a few gluten free choices as well. Great atmosphere for getting together with a friend or getting away to study or get some work done on your laptop. He staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful in a refurbished historic building. read more

Great place! The coffee was delicious and well worth the wait.

This is one of the best decorated, well-kept, and well-staffed companies in Muncie. The folks behind the counter are knowledgeable and kind. The coffee and tea are top notch as well. It's a great spot for a date or to meet up with friends. read more

Everything you could want in a coffee shop and more! My wife and I were in Muncie for Thanksgiving, so we finally had a chance to visit the Caffeinery. Our first experience was a great one. The house brew I ordered was delicious and unique and the s'more latte my wife got was tasty as well. I love the open atmosphere and cheerful, yet relaxed atmosphere. Full disclosure, I have known the owner for a long time, but my review would've been the same regardless. We will definitely be making this a regular stop when we are in town! Best wishes for your continued success! read more

The coffee at this place is beyond AMAZING! I went in today and ordered pepremint mocha. It was the best mocha I have ever tried. Plus, dont forget to get a New York Bagel, one of my favs. read more

We were just passing through, but I love to pick fun little places to stop, even if it takes us off the highway. We loved this little coffee joint in what appeared to be downtown Muncie. The baristas were friendly and hip. read more

The Americano is highly recommended. Excellent staff and a quiet environment. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Cute and the staff is awesome! I wish they were open later but other than that it's a great spot for a morning cup of coffee.

Absolutely love the coffee, cupcakes, atmosphere, and service. If you show up and feel confused by the extensive menu, don't worry--the baristas always make very helpful and friendly suggestions. It's surprisingly down to earth considering how beautiful the space is and how thoughtfully prepared the drinks and food are. read more

Beautiful place in downtown Muncie! They have so many unique latte flavors, it's easy to find something you will like. A very welcoming environment & great local business! read more

I love the feel of the place. It has a wide open space with ample seating and lots of tall windows all around. I enjoy going there to read and drink tea. I must admit that my preference is for their tea more so than coffee, even though I'm a coffee lover, as I find the coffee to be on the light roast side. I roast my own coffee and I like it medium to darker, but that's just personal preference. They seem to like the light, tea-like roasts in their coffee. Aside from that, I like the place. The friendly staff, the ambiance, tea offerings, and the pastries are great, and the music playing is usually very enjoyable. Overall, it's a great place. I just wish they would consider doing some darker roasts along with their light ones. read more

I may be slightly biased to this place, but I love it. The owners, Frank snd Lauren are awesome. The rest of the staff is pretty laid back. As for the coffee, it's the best I've ever had. I have had coffee at many different places around the world. What I am particularly drawn to is the almond joy. I can honestly say that I'm addicted to it. read more

You want a damn fine cup of coffee? Go here. The only possible things one could have against this place is no patio seating and an odd affinity for Nirvana. That's it. You can get some incredible pastries and baked goods (including vegan options) with a healthy dose of high-end coffee drinks. They do have pour-over options, too. All-in-all, it's the best coffee shop in Muncie. read more

The Caffienery is my second home. I recommend the blackberry vanilla creamosa or one of the single-origin pourovers. The baked goods are phenomenal as well. read more

The most Instagram-worthy coffee shop I ever did see. The details in here are everything. My favorite is the flowers they keep on each table. It's so relaxing to be in this high-ceiling oasis. You get a giant cup no matter what you order -- you'll have to use two hands. I love the food options too, there's literally something for everyone, vegan, gluten free, whatever (I'm none of these things but it's still so! good!). I've come here to study a couple times, and it's the best place to force yourself to read philosophy and write term papers. read more

Definitely my favorite coffee shop! Such a good vibe and the best coffee in town! Grab a bagel, Sea salt & Cinnamon cupcake, and a cherry bomb latte! read more

This place was absolutely incredible. Friendly staff, delicious coffee and lots of seating. It was beautiful inside with an intricately designed ceiling and had great decorating. read more

I haven't been in awhile, but this is the coffee shop the locals frequent. And for good reason, too. The Caffeinery offers all the standard coffee beverages and teas, so they have you covered there. I really enjoy their toasted bagels and cream cheese spreads. I highly recommend the veggie spread on wheat. Or cinnamon spread on the French toast bagel. If you're feeling a sugary, carbonated beverage, I recommend any of the creamosas. They're just cream over fruit-flavored sugar syrup in soda water. My favorite is blackberry. And if you're still not satisfied, they have salads, fruit Buddha bowls, juices, and various desserts. All fantastic. Prices are on par with any coffee shop, so a little pricey. Not bad. To each their own? The Caffeinery is a 5-7 bike ride from BSU down Neeley Ave. It's just a nice place to work, chat, and relax. read more

This place got my White Chocolate Mocha with Caramel drissel right on. The place is right downtown. The Staff was trendy but very nice.

Coffee drinks were pretty good. My kids enjoyed the non-coffee drinks as well. Service was great

Quality, comfort, excellent costumer services! Down right cool place to hang out and enjoy!
