If it not been for those mishaps, I'd be able to dole out 5 stars easily but for now, I will settle at four stars which is really more like 3.5 to 3.75. I will say thank goodness for our designer who generously held our hands and went the extra mile just about every step of the way. She sold us and we bought into her vision and style.
