The waitress was busy & I was patient. When she came back I explained I was allergic to onions. She picked up the plate & started walking away while I was still talking. I asked if I could order something else. Her response was "Don't you just want me to have them make you another one without onions?" ‍ Sure. A few minutes later a man brought out another lobster roll & started reprimanding me saying it 'was rude to the kitchen staff to send my meal back, I should've thought twice about ordering it, they'll have to waste that lobster roll, they can't resell it' etc. At this point other customers were starting because he was yelling - turns out he was a manager ‍ We left money on the table & walked out

The exit from this concert was not only unorganized, it was DANGEROUS!! I almost got hit 2x walking to our suv. Then my 16 year old and I were getting in the vehicle and a big truck came within inches of us at a ridiculous speed for a packed parking lot!! He was at least 4 inches from me. The concert was amazing, as always for train but I've never been in a facility with so many entitled, self-centered people with no regard for anyone. Couple this with the dangerous exit, you might want to hire experienced people for a concert that is sold out!! The staff were very nice though!! And there were other positives such as clean bathrooms. Do something about the safety when leaving before someone gets hurt!!!

These performances are recorded and live-streamed: Cameras are unobtrusive and present content on several displays (also unobstrusive.) I bought merch and literally walked it back to my hotel in between bands and walked back before the show started again. Event staff stamped my hand and getting back in was easy peasy. The bathrooms were clean and the bartenders were nice. I don't recall seeing any food options, but there are tons of options nearby. You have a good view of the stage no matter where you are in the venue. I would 100% see another show here.

The burger really is that good. Hands down the best burger I've ever tasted. It was juicy but not pink or red. The jam was the perfect amount- enough so i could taste it but it did not overwhelm the burger (coming from a hard core jam lover). Despite the juiciness from the burger, the bun was not soggy. Fries were pretty good. Cole slaw was nothing to write home about. We tried going back for a SECOND BURGER on a Monday but their hours are different so we couldn't. So good I didn't even get a picture. If anyone was to ask me a restaurant to recommend in Salem, this would be it.

Very nicely cooked with nice globs of ricotta making it more tasty. Waitress was super friendly and helpful. At one point I think she got placed outside and it was difficult to get her towards the end, but we figured it out. I liked the pumpkin beer so much, I decided to try a flight. I ordered all pale ales/ipas. They were a bit too wet with hops and one of them gave me a little hop burn. The flavor profiles were good though. I walked out with a pack of Ravenna and Pumpkin Ale. Impressive contrast between the patty's crusted exterior and still-juicy interior. Arguably overdone on the outside, but I'll take that all day every day as long as the juiciness is there. Moderate amount of butter on the Texas toast standing in for rye. Somewhat-traditional condiments, but with a few liberties taken (caramelized onion, cheddar jack, bacon). Not elite, but solid enough job and probably among the better patty melts I've had on my recent quest. -- CH Cheeseburger: Tried twice, this wasn't just a good cheeseburger for the 'burbs or a good cheeseburger for a brewery. This is a good cheeseburger, period, and a very good one. The first thing I really like about it is that it's a thick, full-size patty, and not the overexposed smashburger that's made the thick ones nearly extinct. The second is that they understand and deliver on the concept of textural contrast: crusty exterior and pink, very juicy interior. They also season it just enough to notice, butter that griddled bun just enough to notice, and don't screw up the vegetable additions. The cheese is there but unremarkable. The bun is soft and flexible. Overall, one of the best burgers in MetroWest and Worcester. -- Fries: The frozen variety, neither great nor horrific. They got the job done. -- Beer: I like their offerings, led by their flagship Juice Freak, served properly in attractive glassware. I have other breweries with beers I love, but none of them has a burger I love, and I'm already falling in love with this one. Service was excellent every time, once at a table and twice at the bar. Note: If you use Siri to get directions here by name rather than address, she'll tell you that they've closed, but that's because they moved recently. They're open.
