Service was absolutely wonderful. Prices were somewhat steeper than expected but there are not many butchers to be found near Milford.

The short rib sub was absolutely delicious served with Kettle chips. The meat was perfectly cooked and must have fallen off the bone before being put on the roll. The ribeye cheese steak was good with American cheese served with kettle chips. The ribeye was juicy and flavorful. I only wish the rib eye was sliced and not crumbled with more gooey cheese. Forgiveness because the short ribs were insanely good. I opted for a side of coleslaw (dixie style) however just a tad too sweet for my taste. They offered traditional bratwurst and kraut with mustard for Oktoberfest weekend. Definitely a must do in Berlin. They sell beer and wine. I'm coming back for the Reuben, brisket grilled cheese, and pastrami!

Broken glass, ice and wine/beer everywhere. My wife took it in good spirits and we moved tables. The waitress was nice but very awkward the rest of the time. It took a while for our food to come out. In the meantime we ran out of drinks and had requested water multiple times. Nothing. This is a small place and there were 3 other tables. Finally we got drinks and our food showed up. I had the brisket sandwich. Mouthfuls of fat! Gross. The brisket was good but my sandwich was 1/2 fat. My wife's was the same. Cute place. Horrible experience. The food could have been good but you can't serve a sandwich that's 50% fat. Our drinks were comped but that didn't make up for the overall l experience.

The ribeye meat is crumbled on the roll. I prefer thinly sliced ribeye on a cheesesteak. but still good

The place itself is…read morenicely decorated with a cool Philly theme, and I appreciated the variety of Philly-style sandwiches and specials on the menu. Unfortunately, the service really fell short. It took way too long just to be acknowledged. The hostess was friendly, but the big man behind the counter, looked right past me twice and took another customer's order before mine. Thankfully, a younger gentleman stepped in and took my order, which I appreciated. As for the food, the cheesesteak was very disappointing. It lacked seasoning completely, and the only thing that somewhat saved it was the extra ketchup I added. I couldn't even finish it there, I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself just to make it edible. Being a Philly native, I had higher expectations. The hoagies are actually good, but the cheesesteaks just don't live up to what you'd expect. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not one I'd rush back for.
