In all fairness, they initially tried to play the game of we will get you the carpet mats, or if you remove the review, you can get the high-end mats. On March 28, 2026, I purchased a used 2024 Ford Bronco from them. When I first saw the car, it had carpeted floor mats and sunroof covers in the trunk. During the financing process, the dealership took the car to "detail" it. When I got home later that day, the floor mats were gone. My son reached out to our salesman, **Timothy Koszczuk**, about the missing mats, and his response was dismissive -- suggesting we "check the we-owe." There was no "we-owe"; the mats were in the vehicle when we bought it, and the dealership misplaced them. I then spoke to the sales manager, **Zeeshan**, who said he'd look into it but never followed up. After that, I emailed the new general manager, **Jason Bulthuis**, on April 1st, 2026. He didn't reply until I called him on April 3rd, 2026. To his credit, he apologized and agreed the situation wasn't handled properly. Jason said he'd have his used-car sales manager, **Daniel Raba**, take care of it, and even offered to buy a replacement set near my home rather than making me drive back. That sounded great -- until they both stopped responding entirely. GHOSTED AGAIN It's now been well over two weeks, and I've received zero communication despite further calls and emails. Every person I dealt with there has failed to follow up or take responsibility (over a lousy set of $150-$200 car mats on a $45,000 car). Once they make the sale, it seems customer service stops completely. I'll never buy from this group again. Do yourself a favor -- take your business somewhere that values integrity and follow-through. Honda of Libertyville has shown me they do not. I went in looking to buy a new 2020 S560 sedan, and test drove that, along with the S450, CLS450 and the E43. S560 sedan was the real winner, for me and my desires... We have a Mercedes Benz dealership in LP (Fletcher Jones), and frankly, the prices were comparable. However, the Knauz team was far more knowledgeable, personable, and informative. I really appreciated the customer service here (esp Hans). When you're spending 6 figures on a new car, you expect nothing but stellar service, and the Knauz team delivered. Knauz has plenty of options if you're looking for an S class Benz. More options of the 2020 S560 here than in the city. The S560's trunk space is large- it fits a stroller, luggage, and other bulky belongings. The back seats are ultra comfortable, and the NUNA Pipa Lite LX car seat + base fits nicely back there (it was a struggle with another car we own). The ride is so incredibly smooth that it feels like you're floating on clouds. We bought an additional 3 years of the extended warranty for the sedan, giving us 7 years in warranty; the extended warranty at Fletcher Jones was extremely limited. The S560 is a beauty. We love it as our family car; it's the best ride we've driven yet (the Maybach was nice, with even more space, but too loud for us)!
