There is nothing that warrants a good rating. The vehicle descriptions are very misleading and…read moreinaccurate. When you're selling a classic "restored" car, it should not look like a 50 year old vehicle. Gauges not working, turn signals not working, no information on the engine, suspension from the 70s, and there's was more wrong. This place may be ok for newer vehicles. However, if you're looking for a classic vehicle, look somewhere else. UPDATE: Since the reply to my original post wants to try to discredit my concerns, I guess now I'll justify a little more. First, the add no longer says "No expense was spared". Also, now states "older restoration". Looking at the pictures, from the same add mind you, is it 1 of 134 or 1 of 324? A list, or explanation of what was "restored" may help. As far as driving the car. The reply was 100% correct. No restore is perfect. Therefore, even if the body needs some work, you still drive the car. You don't know if gauges work, how the suspension feels, or if there are any wobbles or noises without driving. If it runs excellent, and everything works as it should, you then decide if the investment is worth the money needed to get it to where it needs to be. I'm not going to continue justifying my review. Please, go see the car. I can send you the original add for the car to compare. A more professional response would have been something like. "I'm sorry the vehicle didn't meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in depicting our vehicles in a true, straightforward manner. We will review the add and make any needed changes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to doing business with you in the future."

A compelling family business that really wants to make a deal where everyone leaves happy. From the first point of contact (the dad) we were made to feel welcome without the full court press of a typical dealership. The son drove up while we were jumping into our test drive vehicle. (We liked the car.) We are currently in the process of working out the numbers, but --whether or not we buy this vehicle -- this place gave us a good feeling.

Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, then an hour, then 2 hours. Finally got tired of being patient and called them, only to be told that the driver had supposedly gotten called out to another tow and it would be at least another 45 minutes. "Oh, I guess I forgot to give you a call". Yes my friend, I guess you did forget to do that. There are way too many other tow companies in the area. Can't recommend, would not use.

Listen, it's never fun having to have your car towed. Earlier this month, I had my car break down…read moreand my insurance had another towing company tow it to the dealership. The other tow company didn't communicate when my car was towed and delivered to the dealership. After diagnosis, it was the starter - the pricing was super high for the fix, so I declined and needed to find a tow company to get my car to my house. I called the other company and they didn't answer my call, so I gave Midas a try. They were able to get me in quickly, picked my car up and even picked up the receipt from my diagnostic at the dealership. They communicated when they were on their way to pick up my vehicle and checked in before headed to my house. They were SO agile getting my care up my long skinny driveway - it took all of 2 minutes, I swear it was like watching a surgeon. I was able to change out my starter for a quarter of what I was quoted and now my family gets to eat this month! Thanks, Midas Touch.

I am updating my review to reflect my personal experience…read more After my recently purchased vehicle was declared a total loss, I communicated with the dealership in an effort to resolve the issues surrounding my purchase. On July 14, 2026, I received an email from the company's President and CEO. In that email, he wrote: "Your total loss is not our fault and not our responsibility." This is a direct quote from the email I received, and I have retained the original email. In my opinion, this response lacked empathy and professionalism, especially given the circumstances. Others may view it differently, but I believe it speaks for itself. This review is based solely on my personal experience and on written communications I received.
