The day I drove it off the lot (On a Saturday evening) I noticed some ticking/clicking noises. It was too late to take it back to the Dealership, so I waited until Monday (less then 48 hours later)I called to take it back for another inspection. (They tell you they do a full inspection all Vehicles- I guess mine was missed)I got an appointment & took my Truck in to be serviced. They kept my Truck for awhile (weeks) gave it back saying nothing was wrong with it. I ask for a invoice when I got it back to see what they did & nothing was given to me. I still requested it & still nothing. They said it was checked out & nothing is wrong with my Truck that I complained about over & over throughout the year "2025" I took my Truck to Infiniti of Orland Park to get inspected. They said it was something wrong with the Engine. I called Car Wise spoke to Paul (Service Manager) that same day, told them what I was told by Infiniti made a appointment to take it in so they can fix it. I took it in once again, gave them the Invoice that Infiniti gave me so they'll know what's going on with my vehicle. They got it in the shop, kept it for awhile, told me they sent it to another shop to get it checked out & said they ordered a piece for my Engine. I get a call days later to come pick up my Truck. I go pick it up & they said nothing was wrong with it. They said it's the Engine (V8)that's making that sound. I told them I traded my (V8) QX56 Infiniti in to you all to get this Truck & my QX56 didn't make that sound. I again asked for a invoice & didn't get it. I called many times & complained about the Clicking / Ticking and nothing was ever done to correct a problem that I noticed in the very beginning when I brought the Truck. They could have traded out Vehicles in the very beginning if they wasn't going to fix it. I brought my Truck back for another problem, but I always mentioned the clicking/ticking when talking to them hoping they'll do something about it. The Truck was (dropping in the back on both sides) they fixed that, but while it was in Car Wise Possession, it was in a accident. I was called & told a Tow Truck was letting down a car & it was too close to my Truck & it scrapped the Driver side of my Truck. I HAD NO GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING MY TRUCK FROM CAR WISE GURNEE!!!! I had to complain over & over for them to fix my Truck somewhat the right way from that accident. I'm still not happy with my Truck or the noise it makes. I took my Truck to Infiniti of Naperville. My Truck is still under warranty. I took it where I felt it would get serviced at instead of taking it where they'll keep it for weeks & then say come pick it up without a invoice. I wonder if they ever did anything while it was in their possession. Infiniti of Naperville confirmed again that it was a Engine problem. They Contact My/the Warranty Company. The warranty company had them to take the Truck apart so they can see what's going on. Again it's confirmed through them it's the Engine. They wanted info on what Car Wise did the times they had my Truck in 2025. I couldn't give it to them because they never gave me invoices when I picked my Truck up. I would tell them to txt it, email or mail it to me, they never did. I ended up talking to someone in the Warranty dept. Tuesday 4-21-26. We both called Car Wise together but it was a little early. They said they would call later to get the info on what they did to My Truck when I brought it in to get serviced in the year "2025" I was told a week later the Warranty Company will not pay to fix my Truck because It was Messed up when I brought it. My Truck now sits at Infiniti of Naperville (all broken down) I have a Warranty that I brought though Car Wise Gurnee that won't fix my Truck. I need to know what Car Wise Gurnee plan to do with my Truck that has a Warranty, that has a Engine problem I complained about since I got it.

My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a new car and was only interested in a Honda or Toyota (the best, most reliable cars), so we decided to go to this Honda dealership in Kenosha after our visit to the Toyota dealership down the road, doing our due diligence to price match and wheel and deal. We were greeted by Sales Consultant David Cutts upon arrival and sat down at his desk to go over some available car options in stock here. He began telling us how the owner is his good friend and how they go way back and how he works off commission when we began our conversation. We then showed him our trade in car and did a test drive in 1 car, and he continued to press on what price Toyota was offering for their Corolla we were looking at (did not answer this question and you should not either) and then we went back to his desk to talk pricing and negotiate. His trade in offer for our car was insulting, it was almost 3X less than what Toyota was offering. We were about to just leave, but he calls his manager over and magically the trade in offer was doubled. We then talk price of the car itself, and try to negotiate with David Cutts and his manager. We ultimately weren't able to work out a deal, as they couldn't even come close to the price of the car/trade in car value that Toyota of Kenosha down the road was offering us. David Cutts proceeded to tell us how we wasted an hour of his time, and we told him that it surely wasn't the first and surely will not be the last (not to mention WE ALSO had an hour of our time wasted). He then handed us the key to our vehicle and said nothing else. Due to the shadiness/sneakyness/deception/disrespect of this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere, preferably to the Toyota dealership down the road, where we actually bought a car that day and they won our business for being the opposite of this Honda location! You work hard for your money, why give it to people that don't respect you?

I called prior to arriving inquiring about vehicles I saw on their website. I spoke to Christine and she said they were still there. Great! And I was on my way. 30 minutes later - the cars are allegedly sold. Oh, ok. Don't understand how they would think I'd believe *that*. So they tried getting me to see cars a couple to a few thousand more expensive. I stood up to leave - frantic attempts began in an effort to get me to stay. However, they were unsuccessful and the gentleman continued to literally talk to my back as I walked out the door. I'm curious - why, if they sold several cars in 30 minutes would they so desperately need my business....

    I purchased a car in February 2025 and had one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever…read moreencountered. The finance manager, Ronald Brock, fraudulently added a $4,000 warranty and a $1,000 GAP insurance policy without my knowledge or consent. He hid these additions in the paperwork during the signing process. I had explicitly told the salesperson that I did not want a warranty -- and yet, they added it anyway, behind my back. When I discovered this, I began emailing Ronald to have the charges removed. His replies were condescending and dismissive, and after a few exchanges, he stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple messages through the dealership's website contact form, and the only reply I received was a suggestion to call Ronald directly. I made it clear that I would only communicate via email, as I wanted a written record of everything -- especially given the clear deception I had already experienced. When Ronald did respond again, he made explicit promises that the refund would be issued to my bank. But that promise went unfulfilled -- until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only then, after more than three months of silence, delays, and evasions, did the dealership finally issue the credit to my bank account -- at the end of May. This dealership's behavior was deceptive, unethical, and predatory. They intentionally added products I did not agree to, then ignored me for months, apparently hoping I would just give up. It fits every stereotype of a sleazy, dishonest car dealership. I will never do business with them again. And I strongly advise others to stay far away from this dealership. If you value honesty, transparency, and integrity in a car-buying experience -- look elsewhere.

Sounds good, right? Until they hit me with a quote that included over $4,200 in non-optional junk fees -- things like: * $1,499 for a "Nano Armor" ceramic coating * $864 for a GPS tracker * $1,895 for "prep and delivery"... on a used car None of this was disclosed up front. These are mandatory charges, and when I questioned them, the salesperson basically shrugged and said, "That's how we do it." This is blatant bait-and-switch -- they advertise a low price to get you in the door, then refuse to honor it unless you pay for inflated nonsense you didn't ask for. There are dozens of other reviews here and on Google saying the exact same thing -- same tactics, same salespeople by name, same dishonest game. They're counting on people not noticing until it's too late, or being too far along in the process to walk away. I came ready to write a check and still walked out. If you're shopping here, do yourself a favor and assume every price is a lie. There are honest dealers out there -- this isn't one of them.

I did not feel that way at all at this dealership, it has more of a family/community vibe to it. Gracie Carrasco was my sales consultant, and she patiently answered all the questions my boomer self and wife had about the technology and safety features on the new Civic - which is WAY in advance of our old 2014 Civic. For example, she gave us helpful advice about a light grey interior choice vs a black (we went with the lighter color, since it made the interior feel roomier). Gracie was relaxed and genuinely friendly and I am happy to have worked with her. Edna Velasco was our Delivery Specialist making sure all the I's were dotted and t's crossed, and she was amazingly helpful. She even gave us her personal cell # and said we could call anytime - even on her day off! - if we had any struggles with pairing our phones, or any tech question. Ryan, the Finance Consultant, was also friendly and highly professional. My one complaint: please fix your wifi, Muller! Downloading the latest OS for our car took longer than it should have due to a weak wifi signal. Overall though, I had a great buying experience with Gracie and Edna, and I'd highly recommend buying your next Honda at this dealership.
