Pleasantly Surprised. Had an unhappy relationship with Gurnee Hyundai over my 2020 Santa Fe (oil consumption) and wound up trading it in on a 2026 Santa Fe (actually LOVE this vehicle). Thrilled to find that the "New & Improved" Gurnee Hyundai is exactly that; New & Improved. Staff were pleasant (Service & Parts), and leadership honored a promise made by someone who no longer works there. From the shuttle driver to the service writer, to the mechanics, my experience 6/10/26 could not have been better. I sincerely hope this is the new normal! Our college-age son's vehicle wouldn't start, so we had it towed to Gurnee Hyundai for diagnosis. The service department told him the car needed a new engine for approximately $14,000, or a rebuilt engine for $13,000. Wanting a second opinion, we took the vehicle to another mechanic, who determined that the engine did not need to be replaced. They correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired the car for substantially less. Unfortunately, this is the second time we've experienced what we consider questionable service practices from this dealership. Based on our experiences, we will not return and cannot recommend them. read more

Would give zero stars right now if I could.... It's 12:30 on Thursday, does Gurnee Hyundai know where my 2022 Hyundai Tucson is? I don't know, because they haven't answered their phone or responded to any text messages for TWO DAYS. On Sunday, I had my car towed to Gurnee Hyundai after it broke down. Apparently, they don't have a drop box, so when you car gets towed to them, they have no idea it's there. What a great system. When I got there on Monday to drop the tire off that also needed to be serviced, they were completely unaware of my vehicle. I waited ten minutes to be helped, before Sam Salamone was paired with me. He couldn't have been less thrilled to be helping me, complaining about having to look for where the tow driver left my keys (try having a drop box like most dealerships). He then told me they probably couldn't get it diagnosed today because their techs go home at 3:00PM for a Service department open until 7:00PM? Either way, I said fine and to call me when he had an update. I received a call at 10:00AM on Tuesday from Sam, letting me know that my car needed to have fuel injectors replaced and also reviewed some optional work that my car needed. The fuel injectors were covered under warranty. I called back at 10:28 to authorize an oil change and the warranty work, and declined the remainder of the optional work offered. I asked Sam at that time when I could expect the work would be done. He explained that he wasn't sure if the parts would be coming in today but would call me shortly once he knew. It has now been 48 hours since that last communication from Sam or anyone in the service department at Gurnee Hyundai. I have zero idea what is going on with my car. I have had no ability to plan for work or anything else because I have no idea if my car will be done this week or this month. No one answers the phone in the service department. I have left multiple messages without any response. I have sent multiple text messages, which according to their messaging system is their preferred method of communication. No response in over 48 hours is ridiculous, if I ignored someone's calls or messages in my job for 48 hours I would be fired! I resorted to calling Hyundai Customer Care directly this morning and when Hyundai called the dealership themselves they wouldn't even give THEM a status update (apparently because their technicians don't come in until 09:00AM, so they only work 6 hour days?). EDIT: Finally received a call back after 54 HOURS of radio silence from the dealership. Andrew, according to their website the assistant service manager, was the one to call me. While he did apologize, he offered a lot of excuses instead of just owning up to their shop's... mistake? Incompetence? He then told me the car was being worked on now and would be done today (but not all of the recalls though, they were having an issues with one), and then had the gall to try and sell me on the work that I had declined when talking with the advisor on Tuesday. Apparently they can't read the room either. I told them all I wanted was the oil change, which he was confused by and was unaware I had authorized that. So, had I not brought that to their attention they probably wouldn't have done that. What a mess. I picked up the car Friday morning at 11:30 to find that the tire I had dropped off on Monday was in the SAME EXACT SPOT in service I had left it. But, somehow the advisor knew I needed four new tires and a brand new rim. When I called Sam the advisor out on this, he denied trying to sell me a rim, even though I was literally holding the paperwork that showed it on the estimate. He then mumbled something and then walked into the shop. I received zero apology from him for ignoring me for two plus todays and screwing up my entire schedule for the week just because they couldn't bother to communicate a plan or even an estimated time my car would be done. I thought the person Lamont was being genuine trying to get me into a car, but of course they do the sales to get money they don't care about your situation. They gave me a car with no credit, I tried to co-sign but couldn't do it that day and I said it's okay maybe next time, but he pressured it. Also they put me with the worse bank possible. They have one sign that points to a building with cars parked in front of it and so forth absolutely horrible absolutely horrible cars in front of doors no direct sign to point you which door to go into I will go to the Honda dealership to get my service the next time even during their construction there were clear cut signs somewhere to go into. read more

I like the car, but did NOT like the experience. The price advertized wasn't the actual price but only the price you get with a rebate and you have to jump through these hoops to get the rebate. And the price itself went up $300 that day. Why? "Well, it's an ever-dynamic pricing market." And there are all these add-ons I have to haggle against and ..... I felt like I was a baseball umpire dealing with a pitcher who keeps trying to test the strike zone but an extra half-inch every time. They wore me down some and I paid more than I intended. Speaking of wearing me down, I was there for five hours, and a lot of it was just waiting to deal with the finance guy. Not sure what was going on, but it sure made me hungrier and more exhausted and all that shit. Oh, and dealing with the finance guy? What a fucker. He tried to get me to leave a review while we still did the finance saying what a wonderful deal he gave me. What a fucker. You just know that high pressure claptrap works just enough of the time to make him do it. ADDED BONUS: He apparently forgot to have me sign some of the paper work, so I had to come down a month later and sign some. I guess he was too focused on high pressure self-promotion to actually do his job properly. The car I got seems really good. I wish I'd walked out and gone somewhere else. I've had good fortune buyings in the past. This was my first stereotypical used car dealership experience. This was the third straight time I've bought a car from a Rohrman dealership. Review your pricing closely and look for useless add ons $$$, such as, protective coatings and protection plans. They will bury it in the financing. I was actively negotiating with this dealership over a used car. I made a serious offer, minus the useless add ons they tried to sneak in, and was ready to move quickly, and maintained open communication. While still in discussion with the salesperson, they sold the vehicle to someone else, without even giving me a chance to respond or finalize our negotiations. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional! Time is valuable, and buyers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when we're negotiating in good faith. My experience with Auto dealers is they want to reach out to you immediately but never want to give you anything in writing when you requested. I found this price online negotiated via text. Got a great price compared to everywhere else. It was 7 to 10% cheaper. Everything was done on DocuSign and they delivered the card to me an hour away. Jeff Jessica did a great job by me and when the finance guy called I'd already told him I wasn't interested in anything additional. He was great with that. Keep your car away from their service department. It is the worst dealership I have to work with so far. Leaving car for simple complimentary service like oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection is too difficult for their service department. Last time took them three hours to do the job and if I would not notice my car parked I would probably wait another three hours. Each time engine oil is overfilled and assistant manager refused to adjust the oil level saying it is above Full mark but it is also OK. Each time after the service I extracted myself the engine oil and it was between 400 cc to 500 cc above allowed level. Multi point inspection seems to be done only on paper. Assistant manager disrespectful, almost rude and definitely needs to learn more about cars. I could write more but their are not worth of mine time. Just stay away from them. read more

After reading a review concerning a bad experience with their service department, I wanted to write a positive review concerning their sales side. I'm writing this concerning my son's experience that I was apart of. He originally was working with a gentleman named Yuself, however, he was out this day we went there. He had called ahead and spoke to Jessica, who helped facilitate this sale. She took great care of him and listened to his needs By asking open-ended questions. He came in looking at one vehicle but, based on Jessica's research and knowledge, she provided an alternative option, which he chose. He had a certain budget number in mind, which was also key in his selection. Originally, the numbers didn't work and that's when the Sales Manager, Nikki, went to work and provided a better alternative. My son was able to get what he wanted in a price range that made sense. The collaboration between all concerned parties made this possible. I was highly pleased with the outcome of this endeavor. The team, although they are young has the experience that a purchaser would want and needs. All were good but Nikki was the difference-maker. We came in on Memorial Day, and they provided hamburger and hot dogs, which was nice while his vehicle was being prepped. The only downside might be that while their new facility is very nice, it lacks privacy, especially when dealing with financial matters. Lastly, the vehicle he purchased is really nice with great features, which met my son's needs. I drive a Lexus and I'm loyal to brand but this dealership has me thinking about purchasing a vehicle for my younger son from here. I recommend this dealership and it's people based on the positive experience my son had. read more

My wife and I bought 2021 Kona from Gurnee Hyundai a month ago. When we went to buy it the passenger side had concrete slpashed across the trim on the bottom. They said someone from the dealership did this. They wouldn't offer to remove it. Now I'm stuck with a $350.00 estimate to clean it. Also they added on dealer options with no prior authorization. They said it was something they do. I was under the impression that dealer add-ons were supposed to be approved by the buyer. We really needed a car, so we bought it. Went for an oil change. Mechanic test drove the car with greasy hands. Everything was sticky and disgusting. He also set the next oil service to be in 3,000 miles despite the manufacturer recommended 7,500 miles. There won't be another Hyundai in my garage after my experience at bob rohrman Gurnee. I'll never step foot in the door again. Buying experience: despite having my car chosen online calling ahead to setup a sales appointment and financing ready, the buying process took over 6 hours. There was a lot of waiting around for staff to get paperwork together. Plus required multiple return visits to the location. Oil change appointment: 2 weeks out as the earliest available. When I went to the appointment: Took over 2 and a half hours to get my car back. Waiting room with out-of-order amenities and war-torn-esque seating area (pictured). Phone App control: should remote start, lock the car, see car location, etc. A "PIN number" is needed to use the app. The dealer can't provide it and the app customer service says I need it to use the app. I finally gave up trying after all the finger pointing between the 2 sides. So basically we went in to buy a used sonata and let me tell you, these are the most sneaky mothertruckers i've ever dealt with. I was paired with yussef as my salesman and he initially said the price online was the start ing price but after all the "necessary" add ons and taxes it would be an extra $4000 doll ars, so we then tell them we'll be back and they are very eager to get us to stay but we leave nonetheless. After I looked over what they were charging us for, RecovrPlus is a tracking device that they tell you you need, it's all bullcrap you don't need it to find your car you just need the VIN number and they also tried to charge me for armour" on the car which was basically ceramic coating and they were charging me an extra $2,500 for that and on top of that the 7% taxes weren't truly 7% but double, so i went back the next day to be met with a new salesman which was much less deceiving but he still tried it with the taxes which i then negotiated it down back to the online price and like $500 less then the online price actually and took off all the ad ons, they tell you the hyundai is a certified used which gives you the 100,000 mile warranty, DONT BELIEVE THEM it's all a lie because once you get the finance manager he tells you that's not true and it's not so then he tries to screw you over another $2,500 for the warranty just deny it and get the warranty at another dealership and take the car at MSRP or whatever price you negotiated it down without getting the warranty on it, safe to say if you do go to this dealership be on your A game because these are some nasty, conniving, deceiving and truly evil salesman read more

AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I booked an appointment for my complimentary maintenance (oil/filters/etc) on a Palisade we bought new a couple years ago. Car was running great. Waited almost 2.5 hours before I asked the desk if it was almost done, to which the employee assured me it was done but just finishing paperwork. Almost another hour later, I asked again, still waiting on paperwork, which was finally complete 10-15 mins later. Over 3.5 hours for a minimal maintenance service! They must be super comprehensive...or super unorganized? Not long after that service, I get a check engine light. Took it to another dealership (with much better service reviews) which diagnosed the CEL issue, but they also noticed that the cabin and engine air filters are both super dirty already! Did Hyundai Gurnee really do anything to my car in those 3.5 hours? Hopefully at least my oil and oil filter were replaced, but now I'm left wondering! Sure doesn't seem like my air filters were replaced. Notice all the one star reviews here, accompanied by the token "manager concerned response", and then many reports of no actual manager follow up on these. Avoid this service department, and go to the Libertyville Hyundai instead, their service department is miles ahead of Gurnee in so many ways. read more

Damaged by their service department. after they were fixing a prior issue with putting a completely different brand tire on the car mix matched which would cause drivetrain issues and premature suspension wear. and now damaged all wheels touched by them only wheel with no damage is the wheel that wasn't touched. I bought a 2025 Palisade at this dealership and had worst car purchase experience. I hope this would help people considering purchase at this dealership. 1. Dealer Added option - They do not show the dealer added option at their internet price and presented to me after test drive. The dealership said that the options are already attached to the car so I cannot exclude them from pricing. The prices for the options are steep considering the material, necessity, and installation difficulty. The salesman and the finance manger said that this dealer added option is what all dealership does to make profit nowadays. Please check the dealership what dealer added options they would charge and how much they are before test drive. 2. Optional financial rebate - The internet price had deduction for the optional financial rebate which is applied when using Hyundai Motor Finance at non promotional interest rate. When I talked to salesman and I was told that internet price was without financial rebate offer. Please note that the internet price includes the optional financial rebate so the purchase price would go up if you would like to use their advertised lower interest rate or your own bank. 3. Incorrect / unclear information - After test drive, the salesman presented a paper showing monthly payment with three different downpayment amounts without disclosing interest rate. I brought an auto pre-approval letter from my bank and asked the salesman what their interest rate was and whether it was lower than the rate that I got from my bank. The salesman said that they match interest rate to market one so the applied rate was very similar or lower than what I got from my bank. Their interest rate was disclosed when I went to their finance office and it was about 1% higher than what I got from my bank. 4. Dishonest Finance Process - The financing process was the worst in my day at this dealership. I brought a tablet to compute a loan payment on my own but my calculation showed a huge difference. I talked to the salesperson multiple times and their general manager came out and assured that he did this business for a lot of years and their number was always right. I trusted his assurance and went to finance office. After their finance manager tried to sell their extended warranty program a couple times he gave me his tablets for e-signature or my initials. No presentation of price or document explaining the monthly payment. I got back home and found that their website had a loan payment calculator. I put the loan amount that I agreed to borrow in their loan payment calculator and the calculator gave me what I computed at their dealership. I called back and the finance manager said that he found that there was extra $4,000 added to my loan so I had to go back to their dealership to redo the financing documents. I lived about 2 hours far from the dealership so I spent 4 hours for the round travel time to go back to the dealership and redid the financing work. Even though they waive a small amount of fee with full gas my time value and opportunity cost are much higher. Plus I made a purchase decision on incorrect information. I could have chosen a different car with correct information. The finance manager said that people prefer to do e-signature so they use tablet. My opinion is that they should ask customer whether customer want paper or tablet to sign the financing documents and they also should disclose full information when using tablet as well. I used paper to sign the finance the second time and the finance guy said that he would email the sales/finance document by email but I have not received them yet. It has been over 1 month now. 5. Condescending manner - I would say the salesperson was friendly but the general manager and the finance manager had condescending manner. The general manger told me that their loan payment amount on their payment was always right, which was incorrect and the finance manager did not disclose the sales and financing information clearly. They did not apologize and act like I bothered them. Hyundai tries to improve the quality and reliability of their vehicles but the service quality of their dealership has not changed much. 6. Trade in car - If you are thinking about trade in your old car you better to take the car key back after their inspection. Otherwise they will keep your car key so you cannot easily leave their dealership I am satisfied with my Palisade so far but my experience at this dealership was the worst read more

So, I was going to be up in Gurnee & decided, welp, could buy a car here. Or so I thought. I went in & dealt with a new salesperson (sorry, terrible with names), & told him what I wanted. Well, they did not have the car I wanted there, so I said great, let's order one. Nope. Ok then, could you give me a price on it (I brought the sheet I printed from the Genesis website with the build & the price with me). Nope. Why? He went to go talk to the manager or someone, comes back out...nope. So, I couldn't order the car, couldn't get a price on the car, no manager wanted to stop out & even chat with me. Ok, fine. Went to Highland Park Hyundai/Genesis, & within 5 minutes, the General Manager was at the desk with me & my salesperson, & guess what? No, really, guess. Ok, I'll tell you: I got a price on the car, got to order the car, & several days later drove off with the car. Weird, right? I love my new Hyundai (Ah! But you said Genesis earlier...smart reader you). Since they didn't know when they'd get the car I wanted, they actually took the time to go over other, equally awesome cars *gasp!*. Ended up in a 2022 Hyundai Sonata N Line Night. I think you get the gist. Want a car? Go anywhere else, because they are the car dealer who cant be arsed with actually selling you a car. Stay away from this dealership! I worked with a new sales person over the phone from Gurnee Hyundai, to buy a new Tucson listed on their website. The process was awful! This was my 3rd out of town new car purchase, and this Gurnee Hyundai process was the worst by far and extremely disappointing. Dirty, greasy, fraudulent people there! It took a full 7 days of arguing with them get the price of the "bill of sale" to match their online price. I asked that they have all paperwork ready so I could look everything over before traveling to get the car. Three days after reviewing the papers, upon our arrival to the dealership, the vehicle still wasn't ready for us and the paperwork hadn't been started; they were still asking us for pay slips, etc. Apparently, what they emailed me was just their "worksheet", not a bill of sale even though that's what it was titled. After 2.5 hours of waiting at the dealership for them do finish their docs (while employees there were just sitting around), we were approached by Ron Sedakis. That's when I realized exactly how fraudulent and sketchy the situation was. Ron was a full of himself and talked about how many things can go wrong with these cars and their computers... He's a horrible person... he made my 24yo daughter cry by trying to bully her into buying his extended warranty. I continued to interrupt him letting him know we weren't interested. He told my daughter not to listen to me, that I (her mom) wouldn't be the one to pay for the thousands of dollars of repairs that will be necessary, etc. We were stuck in his office for at least 2 hours while he continued to talk talk talk. He didn't have anything in writing to back up exactly what his "wrap" extended warranty included. He was making up stats, lying about why we must have the warranty, he even told her "he wouldn't sell the car to anyone that doesn't buy the warranty". Awful people, terrible place. This dealer made me purchase a nearly $700 device called Recovr, which Hyundai USA told me was unnecessary. The device was never even installed in my car. They have been less than helpful in getting my Bluelink set up and I discovered it was not activated which cost me more money. Calls to their management go unanswered. Buyer Beware!!!! Update: I have had to make complaints to the IL department of Consumer Protection and the BBB. While they eventually refunded me money for the device they have refused to refund me the taxes I paid on the device (over 11% of taxes). I have yet to hear from any management staff member nor have I received and apology. PLEASE be careful purchasing there. Update Two: After over two months and the involvement of the Attorney General's office, it looks like this dealer overcharged me over $1,000 in taxes. If you bought a car from them, you might want to check your paperwork. Judge informed me in traffic court that the dealership never took my trade-in out of my name on the registration. I could understand this mix up. No big deal. Phoned the dealership and received a return call from Ron Sedakis. Rude and no help. Blamed the issue on everyone but the dealership. Blew me off. When I told him I wanted to speak to someone else because I did not think he was taking the issue serious he got mad. Rude, unprofessional and no help. So, if your looking for a vehicle, I would look elsewhere. If this is how the General Manager represents the dealership, its not worth the potential issues. I would give Gurnee Hyundai a ZERO RATING!!!! The service department is terrible. The lack of communication and customer service is atrocious! AVOID this location at all costs because in the end it will cost you damage to your vehicle and extreme amounts of frustration. The General Manager and service manager are only there to pad their pockets and take no responsibility for their employee's actions. I took my car there as a last resort to fix an air conditioning issue. After 4 days of no communication (no returned phone calls). I went personally to find out information and was told they just got around to diagnosing the problem and that it would take another 2-3 days to get the part. It was just the compressor, seriously, you don't have that in stock? I demanded my car by fixed immediately and they were able to locate the part and I picked up my the the next day. In the 5 days the car was in their possession, my steering wheel was damaged. When I brought it to their attention, they have used 4 different explanations of how the damage occurred but refused to take responsibility. They offered me an "free oil change" are you joking!!! Salesman was fine. Finance department screws you. After agreement, the numbers are changed and slipped in front of you for a quick initial or signature, while distracted. Then the paperwork is on a thumb drive so you can't look at it immediately. When you finally print it, you see what they pulled, and how terribly ripped off you got. Next day we found out our car warranty started 12 months ago, because Gurnee Hyundai used the car as a demo , but they sold the car to me as a brand new car with full warranty. When we called to solve a problem to the manager Leonidas Garcia. He ignores my calls and only the young lady at front desk takes messages. But they never call you back!! Honestly, this dealership is the epitome of a sleazy, sneaky business trying to take advantage of customers. I purchased a 2019 Kona here on Black Friday of 2018 and got completely screwed over. I worked with Roger who was all talk, and was unrelenting in getting me to buy a vehicle from him. He employs the 4 square method during his sales to make you think that you're getting a good deal when you're really getting ripped off. Furthermore, Roger is a thief. He took the keys to my trade in and hid them in his drawer until I felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle from him. Tom, the finance manager at the time nearly bullied me into purchasing an extended warranty. After I wrote my initial negative review, he said that the only way he would remove the warranty for me was if I wrote them a positive review. Since this was my first new car purchase, I didn't know any better and got bullied into purchasing a new vehicle. At least I know what to look out for on my next new car purchase. NEVER GO HERE! My mom and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Sonata SEL and loved the experience at first. Our salesman Alex was great in the beginning; relating to us, hearing what we were saying, and he had great knowledge about the car. When we sat down to talk numbers he hit us with the 4-Square Sales Method (look it up, its insane). He brought us numbers that didn't add up and tried inflating the price by $10k+. We saw right through their so called "add-on fees or interests" and Alex was flustered and could not explain the fees. Soon enough the sales manager, Frank, came out and tried BSing us. He threw random numbers at us trying to confuse us. He was belligerent, condescending, and rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. It is unfortunate, I would have bought my second Hyundai today. read more

This review is for fraudulent practices regarding sales and disrespectful, demeaning behaviors by staff. I came in to purchase a car that was posted on their website for $18,220 but was told that the car would cost $28,277. In small print on the in-person quote were $4416 worth of "accessory charges." When asked why this wasn't posted on the website, I was told by the director of E-Commerce, Leonides Garcia, that "this is the way that business is done." He then attempted to "negotiate" with me, offering me reduction after reduction. I did not want a negotiation, but continued to ask for the car at the posted price. In addition to the fraud, Leonides was condescending and sexist. I have purchased 11 cars and never experienced anything like it. Regarding the fraud, I noticed that in April the car was listed as $22,500 on the website and then "reduced." Note that the original price is almost exactly the price of the car if the accessories had been included. This is a blatant attempt to misrepresent the "reduced" price of the car while still selling it for the original price. I next reported this to the GM, John Kokkalis, who told me that "our service department had some additional work done for our reconditioning process that wasn't accounted for, which our internal price reflected but our online price did not." Although he offered me the car at the posted price, he did this because I informed him of I was reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud (which I did). From beginning to end, I was lied to, manipulated, and condescended to. Multiple reasons were given for the discrepancy in cost, none true- this is bad enough, but the overall customer service was also miserable. Leonides repeatedly lied to me about the "way that things work." He told me that things are always done this way, that I would never find a better price, and that he was going to work hard to help me out and give me "the accessories almost for free." This was by far the worst experience I've had when buying a car. Run far away from this place and never look back! I called the dealership the night before to confirm the car I was interested in was in stock and was told it was and they also had three others from the same year. When I got there, there were only two cars and they were the exact same car, color and all. No big deal because I ended up really loving the first one I looked at and was ready to buy. I will say that the salesman Javian was very nice to work with and I would give him five stars. They presented me with a ridiculous number for a monthly payment given I had a trade-in and good down payment - I couldn't understand how anyone could be coming up with this number. Come to find out they are marking down the cars online (and seems to be this way at other dealers too because I had the same thing happen at the next place I went to) to base price and not sharing the final price after they add all their crap in (and I'm not talking about taxes or fees). So the $23k car I was looking at ends up being almost $30k after the upgrades that are already in the car! It's incredibly frustrating as the consumer when shopping for a vehicle in a specific price range you know you can afford and then it turns out to be more than you want to pay because they couldn't just be honest with the online price. But the reason I am giving this place a one star (and I'd given it negative stars if I could) is for the jerk Leonidas who I presume is a finance manager. They were offering me below blue book value for my trade-in which I knew was crap because I had car shopped just a month prior and was offered significantly more by two places. I didn't purchase from the other places because in the end I wasn't comfortable with the cars I was looking at and making a final deal. But when I said this to Leonidas he said to me "well if they offered you more why don't you buy a car from them?" Just super rude and off putting. I said to my mother who came with me get up we're leaving. No offer to even help me look for something else, no negotiation in any way. Obviously they don't need to sell cars. I then went to the second dealership on my list in case this one didn't work out and purchased the car I wanted as they worked with me and gave me a fair trade in deal, and knocked money off the price of the car.
