This is a really quaint restaurant it's great if you don't want the place to be too loud. The…read moredimmed lights and music gives a perfect dinner vibe. We came here for a birthday, the server gave us complimentary "bubbles" to cheers with, which was very sweet. I do have to say, the mocktails here were pretty disappointing. They seem to just be sparkling water with maybe some syrup added but overall they're pretty bland. The mocktails and oysters were nothing to rave about, however the entrees were the stars of the show. The ratatouille was so juicy and very delicious. The salmon was cooked well but the side of the salad was what stole the show for me, I believe it was a corn side. The steak was pretty small for the price but it was melt in your mouth delicious. The desserts were great, we even got a little candle in one of them for the birthday girl. We got the chocolate fig which had a hidden surprise of salt sprinkled on top, and the pumpkin dessert. One thing I wasn't a fan of was that the food was not brought out at once. It has one person sitting with their meal while the others wait on there's. That and the mocktails are my only complaints. Very cute place and very yummy entrees

The roasted squash was soft and caramelized with delicious pumpkin sabayon and apple reductions. The chicken liver mousse tartine was buttery with surprise pops of flavor. Drinks were well mixed. Servers were attentive and had great recommendations. Very calming interior. Classy and intimate.

    # Tasting Room Heartbreak: When Man's Best Friend Gets Banned…read more Just found out today was Pickle's last day at one of my favorite wine tasting rooms, and I'm absolutely devastated. As someone who visits weekly, this place has become my weekend sanctuary precisely because it was so dog-friendly. The charm of seeing Pickle's sweet face in the window was something I looked forward to every visit. I can't count how many times I've watched people walking by stop dead in their tracks, point at that adorable face peering out, and decide right then to come inside. Nathan's charismatic hosting is what initially kept me coming back weekend after weekend, but the dog-friendly atmosphere truly sealed the deal. In a world where finding quality places that genuinely welcome our four-legged family members is rare, this spot stood out. To the management: please reconsider this decision. Pickles wasn't just a cute mascot - he was part of what made your tasting room special. As a devoted wine club member, I'm seriously questioning whether I'll continue my visits without the joy of seeing that precious pup. Who else is heartbroken about this? Have you ever chosen a place specifically because it welcomed dogs? #SavePickle #DogFriendlyWineries #WeekendWineRuined

Seriously. The salads? Perfect. There's just something about apples and goat cheese that gets me every time. Fresh, balanced, and so good. The burgers are solid too. Nice crust, juicy patty, and consistently done right. And the French onion dip... I'd drink it if I could. No shame. Overall, it's always a great vibe and a reliable spot for good food, good drinks, and a good time.

The server, he was one of the reasons I was actually excited to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Before we even sat down, we were greeted by the owner--or, more accurately, acknowledged as an inconvenience. The pub was nearly empty except for one gentleman at the bar, and she seemed far more interested in continuing that conversation than welcoming what appeared to be paying customers. It genuinely felt like interrupting someone's first date. When she finally came over, she somehow managed to be both smiling and incredibly hostile at the same time. It takes a special talent to make an entire group feel uncomfortable while wearing a grin, but she pulled it off flawlessly. The passive-aggressive Olympics would have awarded gold. I have no problem with owners having personality, but treating customers like they're a burden isn't a business model--it's a fast track to empty tables. Add in parking her Jeep in the closest customer spot right in front of the entrance, and it gave off the impression that customer convenience wasn't exactly high on the priority list. If the goal is to use the bar as a personal dating lounge, that's completely fine--but maybe rename it something like F-boy Island, Love Is Blind: Happy Hour Edition, or The Bachelorette Tavern. At least then customers would know what experience they're signing up for. To be fair, the place itself is adorable. It's cozy, unique, and obviously decorated with a lot of love. Between the Christmas lights, faux clouds, flowers, and whimsical touches, it feels less like an Irish pub and more like someone combined Pinterest with a Hallmark movie. Honestly, I'd hire her to decorate a little girl's bedroom in a heartbeat. After reading other reviews, I was disappointed--but not surprised--to see that this doesn't appear to be an isolated experience. It's unfortunate because the food, drinks, and atmosphere have so much potential. A welcoming attitude from the owner would had made all the difference. I'd happily return for the food and the server from my first visit. Returning for the hospitality? That's a much harder sell.
