The staff always have something going on, moving this and that, but they always take the time to greet you and welcome you in. :) The first time I came to browse and ended up finding two cute treasures to take home. The second time I brought over something I didn't want anymore. The employee offered me some money for it but I politely declined (I'm glad enough it'll find a new home with someone who wants it!), and he politely offered me $5 off the next time I'm in. Pretty awesome of him! I look forward to making another visit in a few weeks or so when stock has a chance to rotate. There are two floors and plenty of stuff hanging from the walls and ceiling. You'll think you've seen it all, then turn around and realize how much you missed, haha!

On Black Friday I walked in for their soft launch after finding them on ig. I got my wife a vintage Gucci purse for HALF the normal price. I guess the owner does estate sales and comes across all kinds of things. Inside there was a really cool furniture mid century credenza, tons of jewelry, and clothing. The neighborhood is expensive, and all the stuff is high end but I think the prices were crazy low. The woman behind the counter - Renee?? even gave me a free cup of coffee. Thank you!

I just want to say, they are off of 620, so you think it would be easy to find. But it's a little bit of a maze. It's almost like you're going to the hotel that is there, but then swing around to the back of the hotel. Once you find it, you'll know the next time. It's a little confusing. The parking lot right in front is somewhat small. But there is some parking to the side of the building before you drive to the front of the building. They also have handicap parking spots available too. I did take a video of the parking lot. As you enter, to the left is women's clothing. On the right is beautiful dish ware sets. Towards the back they have hand bags, and kitchen ware. In the back right corner is books and in the middle on the right is kids clothing and men's. They do have a lot of jewelry in the middle, and that's where the cashiers are to check out customers. Places like this seem like they move inventory pretty quickly. So if you see something, buy it up. Might not be there the next time. I bet they get a lot of new inventory often. (Although I don't know for sure) Racks are pretty organized by size. So it makes it easy to go through. I did see some high end brand names. I'm glad I was able to check them out. I think it's geared towards older customers. Not exactly what I would be looking for. But now I know.

THEY HAVE UNBELIEVABLE PRICES for brand new or only worn once clothing, that you would normally find in Nordstrom's, Saks and Neiman's for 10% of what it costs regularly. I was shocked at the quality of the product that this charming consignment store had. Lacoste, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, you name it.....they have it. They also have a reward program called Fivestars which gives credit and money back to returning regular customers. Hello.....bonus!!! When you first drive up it is tucked away in a brand new plaza between the Popcorn store and the hair salon. Lots of parking and the parking lot is clean. I also like that they have a traffic light at the intersection, so it is easily accessible. All you need to do is pop the address in your GPS and go. This store is super cute from the moment you drive up. Very welcoming. As soon as I walked through the doors, the staff were friendly and helpful; at the same time are hospitable and are not hovering over you, so you have the freedom to browse around. It makes for a really great shopping experience. Clean atmosphere and easy to find what you're looking for. Most consignment stores in Austin are dark and dingy.
