Blech! They were interesting and neat but....blech! The snakes were actually rather cute yet at the same time....blech! At the time, they didn't have any birds. They were cleaning and reorganizing but they normally have them. They also get bunnies. I almost took one home but I fear one of my dogs would be obnoxious about it and there is no need to stress a poor little bunny. I pick up my dog food once a month usually so I have been going there for the past 7months. But today I went in tried picking up my dog food which my sister ordered, but the girl in the front was just completely rude. No, greetings or hi how can I help you and as soon as I walked in she completely looked at me different. Regardless I came in walked up and said I needed to pick up my dog food, she asked can I get a last name. Usually I order my food online myself so knowing my sister bought it this time I used my last name and completely forgot she has gotten married recently and changed her last name. So when I gave her my last name the girl in the front looked at me like I'm crazy but I showed her screenshots with the order number and receipt that shows everything. She completely ignored that and asked for the last name so I just called my sister resolved it and gave her the right last name. After I said the last name she just stares at me for a second gives me a weird look and turned to look at her co worker then she kind of slowly turned around as she's hesitant to give me the dog food. When she did give me the dog food nothing was said no thank you or anything. Kind of sad I've been getting my dog food here for about half a year now and this one incident will have me look for another place to get my dog food from. Maybe try hiring people that will have them come back and not feel uncomfortable JUST TO PICK UP DOG FOOD can't imagine walking around asking for help about food with the kind of enthusiasm that the employee gives off. Great to know that this would be the last time I spend my money here!

I also love feeding the wild birds and they stock lots of seed and feeders for your fine feathered friends! And if you have pet birds, you'll be happy with aisles full of finch, parakeet, canary, cockatoo and parrot (and other bird) items! The dog section is huge for you puppy parents... check it out! And the aquariums full of fish are cool as well. Don't forget the little hamsters and other little furry creatures... as far as pet stores go, this one is pretty clean. The vivacious cashier, Vegas, is always pleasant and helpful. I have their PetSmart savings card which saves me a few bucks. Lots of parking.
