The Bull meat pizza was very good. That said, the biggest problem is the confusion about happy hour. We were told there isn't one at night, but the website says there is happy hour in the restaurant FAQ's. Having staff tell one thing while the website says another (and the way it was handled) felt misleading and similar to the mismanagement seen during "Frog/Bull" days. Please clarify and align the happy hour details across the website and in-person, including the exact times/rules. One more issue: the salad felt like a bait-and-switch. The menu description suggested certain higher-priced ingredients, but what came out was cheaper, less interesting, and didn't match what was advertised. I came here for an event! We were seated outside on the back patio and had one server assigned to us. Service was pretty subpar and slow (only checked on us once) but the waiter was so sweet and friendly and genuinely seemed to be trying his best! For food & bev: I ordered the Brussels sprouts and a spicy Señorita! Both were delicious, the margarita definitely had a strong kick to it and I appreciated how smooth it was. My friend ordered a side of shareable breadsticks and those came out burnt. That was pretty disappointing and the server didn't acknowledge it which I found odd. Overall it's a fine establishment! There are so many reviews that mimic my same experience at this establishment and the awful disrespectful behavior of the owner himself. His arrogance, condescending and gaslighting attitude and tactics are what you'll get if you dare point out the lack of service or hospitality. And if you really read the reviews, you'll see that the lack of his respect, mannerism, integrity and professionalism has been the same for many of the customers he managed to lose. He's the owner and the only one waiting on tables and taking orders. I feel for him and can only imagine how much stress he must be under. That said it doesn't excuse his behavior or the lack of respect for his customers. If anything, he should be grateful and happy that he has people wanting to spend time and money in his restaurant, especially when they have other options. And where they are made to feel invited into their establishment. His biggest enemy is himself and if the restaurant doesn't make it; he has only himself to blame. Because there were a lot of us who tired to let him know. And instead of taking it as constructive criticism and apologizing and trying to make it right there and then, he chooses to go on the defensive and sabotages the whole situation. He's lost our business and will I assume continue to lose other customers, not to mention employees. I suspect that he'll have a comeback to my review just like he's had with all of the others.
