This could have been an absolutely devastating day because he did not do his job and shut the back gate knowing that we had pets. I called and spoke to the manager and all they could say is well next service will make sure no they will not be a next service I told him do not ever come to my home again. We were originally quoted one price, but they continuously raised the rates and tacked on unmentioned charges. When we tried to resolve this, the office staff--specifically Tori and Jacob (the General Manager and Account Manager)--were completely unprofessional and dishonest about the costs. Furthermore, their "satisfaction guarantee" is completely meaningless. Technicians routinely failed to show up during their scheduled windows. Despite paying them, our rodent and bug issues were never resolved. My husband ultimately had to go to Walmart to buy DIY products just to get the situation under control. We will never use Orkin again. Save your money and find a company that actually delivers on its promises.

So I took that they set it up for autopsy every two weeks not once a month. Never did get my free service like they promised. Will definitely stick with their competitors from now on. Would not recommend them to anyone because of their dishonesty.
