So we are fairly new to the Edmond area and now that spring has started to well "show" its self. (at least once and a while) I saw a few spiders and said ..."time to find a pest company". I found A+ on Yelp and it had great reviews so I shot them an email asking for a quote. Within 15 minutes I had a call back from one of their great Customer Service reps. She explained everything and set me up with a great discount for a yearly program. The tech that came out did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier. And they are PET FRIENDLY. We have loyally received quarterly services form A+ for almost three years now. We canceled the service two weeks ago and decided to go with another service. Our quarterly treatment with A+ included a termite treatment. We recently discovered termites in our son's bedroom!! What pest protection did ALL these years of services provide for us? When I called to talk to them about it the representative was very dismissive due to the fact that we just canceled two weeks ago. It's really a bad way to do business. Termites don't just show up in two weeks. We have been customers of A+ for a couple years now and it was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed. read more

Used this company for several years. The past year has been very disappointing. We have had a reoccurring ant problem that they have not been able to control. The last two attempts the tech put ant bait in mouse sticky traps and left them all over our house. We have cats. They sent another tech out who placed the proper traps but failed to remove all of the mouse traps. We have a tree in our yard that survived the tornado. We had to make 3 requests get them to treat the tree. They have never been able to control our ants and the level of service is deteriorated. I can no longer use their service and would not recommend them. They did remind me they had discounted their substandard service for me. It's nice to know I didn't pay full price to be disappointed. Today was my first pest treatment with A+. Mr. Terry Coursey did a great job! I was very pleased with the work he did. He took his time and was very thorough. My previous pest control company ( don't want to name) was done with my whole house in and out in like 5 minutes. I always that was way too fast. Anyways, I'm happy so far that I switched to A+. We had A+ out for control of ants that were getting in the house. The technician, Ragnar, was exceptional. The house was sprayed inside and out, and we immediately noticed a difference. He even went above and beyond, knocking down a few hornets nests for us. I can HIGHLY recommend A+ service for their quality and service. read more

A Plus pest control always takes care of my pest problems in a prompt and professional manner. I rarely have to call outside of my regular service schedule but if I do they come out for free to take care of the issue. Their technicians have even pointed out potential problem areas around my house that I wasn't aware of and offered solutions to keep my home pest free. Definitely would recommend them. read more

Rodney Petry came out a few days ago, and before he even knocked on my door, he noticed a few wasps flying around the front of my house. He told me exactly how to get rid of them for good after he sprayed, so I had my husband follow his instructions, and sure enough, they are pretty much gone! These people are great. When we moved into our new house it had every Pest problem you can imagine... From scorpions to mice and a lot more. Now two months later there are virtually nothing... A new ant problem taken care of earlier this week (outside) and today (inside - per my choice). They come out and perform Pest maintenance monthly and spot visits as required. We signed up for the their 1-year subscription which is the biggest mistake you can make. For the past year they have shown a continual lack of customer care. They would miss our scheduled appointments and show up randomly to spray the yard and home (yes please come into my house that has toys all over the place from my 1 year old and spray your pesticides... really?). This is a good reliable company. I signed a year contract and have be pleased with the service. Tanner comes out every other month to treat my yard and house. He always covers his shoes before entering my house and is very professional. I plan to renew my contract when it's time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! read more

The techs that has come.out have been very friendly. Since I have started the have yet to finish a complete service and I signed up for twice a year. They never have the right product nor enough to complete yard. I have called multiple times to get fixed and still is not done. Somehow they put me on a bi monthly and came out for something I knew nothing about nor what and charged my card without authorization for they saved my info when I paid in full. I have again contacted them to get straightened up. Office mgr said she would and week later nothing..... I have called to speak with GM and they said would call back he out of office, so waiting. You have to keep close tabs on what they do or do not do. My yard has yet to be completed fully and they have been here 3 times. read more

Yeah I'm REALLY disappointed in this company! I wouldn't let them spray a dog house. First of all they couldn't locate it, then if they did they would use an almost empty can of 5 year old Raid to spray it. The tech would spend 5 minutes doing the job and 10 minutes sitting in the truck doing paperwork and charging you $100 for it. When you complain about it they would say that they had a bad tech they fired and send out someone else to do the exact same thing again! When you cancel your service they say you still owe them money (for services not physically rendered) because you were in a contract. Then they trash your credit because you won't pay for they're half a---- lame service, while simultaneously calling / inferring your a liar! I can't think of one thing they did right. Customer service is horrible they don't do what they say they will do and they blame you for any problems. My neighbor also signed up for them and he had a bad experience with them too (he sited "a substandard job"). He also canceled his service with them! By the way this is the first review I have ever done, that should tell you something. Do yourself a HUGE favor, go somewhere else... read more

I am amazed at how unorganized and disjointed the business seemed to be. I even had staff come to my house several times to sell me services I was already receiving. Huh??? Seemed like the exterior treatment never kept the bugs out. They always had to touch up the interior to keep the spiders and scorpions under control. The termite bait indicators around the house were only spot checked once to my knowledge. I also have rare birds that are VERY SUSCEPTIBLE to the chemicals and that need to be quarantined from the outside walls when they spray. I asked on numerous times that they call me days ahead of spraying so that I could make sure to isolate. It never happened! They always showed up unannounced to spray. So, after a year of service I have decided to cancel service. read more
