I waited a couple weeks while out of town to see if the treatment might take a while to kick in. Over the next couple weeks I noticed an increasing amount of a particular type of insect, so I called the company to get a re-treatment. I was contacted by Mark the company owner who was very strident and disrespectful, offering a re-treatment after an additional $90.00 fee. I was very disappointed that I was not offered a re-treatment as a courtesy. The topper is that mark hung up on me. I would not ever refer this company to any person, as customer service and quality of treatment are not important to them.
