This company is the best!!! You can tell they take great pride in their work. They are professional and knowledgeable. The owner did the inspection and treatment. Western Pest control treated our house about 11 months ago. We had another issue and they ABSOLUTELY honored the warranty. No questions asked. Amazing!! I would 100% recommend them and will always use them going forward. read more

Western Pest Control to the rescue! I had a severe wasp problem and they were there in a couple hours. I feel that they took care of the problem on this visit, but I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to have them return if we needed them. We have used them in the past to eradicate fleas and it was done in a couple of applications. I would absolutely call them for any pest issues. Their customer service is top notch and their prices are more than reasonable. They have never pressured me to do any kind of contract with them. You won't be disappointed in their service. Highly recommend! read more

Job well done. Birds are not always easy to deal with in tricky spaces. Appreciate the attention to detail

Great experience. Very impressed with their knowledge, honestly and billing practices. Good people. Kept their card to use again. Highly recommend. read more

I was pleased with this company. I had a death smell in the closet wall and evidence of a mouse infestation in the attic. The company got rid of the smell, trapped four mice, rechecked the traps and removed them. Great communication. Always on time. I'd recommend any time, and already have, and would use again. read more

My client was very satisfied with the results! Contacting them was easy! Very polite and to the point.

Provided a great treatment while educating me at the same time. Will be calling again.

I originally had the company come out and spray my mud daubers away, then scheduled another appointment with Mark for a termite inspection and treatment. He came back a few days later with Kevin and inspected and treated my house for termites at a reasonable cost. These folks are laidback, very polite, no hard sells, but they know their stuff and how to eliminate pests. Hopefully I won't see them for at least a year, but if I have to call someone, it will be their company. read more

Great service came out same day! Services requested were given with a lot of explanation so that I understood what the potential issues were and when I needed to call again to spray. It was a great value. He did not charge me for coming out and taking a look, which I really appreciated. read more

We had a great experience with this company. Kevin came out and identified the issues in our home (we had mice get in our house) and gave his recommendations. He gave us the option of doing it ourselves if we were handy or have them do it for us. He really understands how different pests and rodents work and is very thorough. We also plan to ditch our current pest control company and use them for seasonal pest control since they are much more flexible. Highly highly recommend! read more

I needed a small rental property sprayed, it was easy to set an appointment, and they were on time and friendly! Reasonable pricing, and quality service! I plan to have them come back to kill any hatchlings and they take killing bugs serious!! read more

We have used Western Pest Control for three years. They always start by asking if we have any specific problems or needs. They do a great job, and we have not had any problems. read more

Kevin with Western Pest Control was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me on anything I did not need, nor did he overcharge me for their service. Termites are one pest you as a homeowner do not want in your home. I feel confident that my issue with these destructive pests will be no more. read more

The termite control service was provided by the company owner and his son. They were friendly, professional and they promised to stand by their warranty. read more

They contacted me quickly and came out to the house the next day. Super nice and did a great job.

I reached out to have a wasp nest removed while I was away at work, and they actually found and removed additional wasps nests that I wasn't aware of! Due to a miscommunication, the wasp nest I had originally reached out about was not initially removed, but after I let them know this, they came back the next day and removed it at no extra charge. Huge shout out to Kevin and Mark for working with me and making things right, it's nice to know there's still some truly great customer service out there in the world! read more

Kevin with Western Pest Control was excellent to work with! He was punctual, explained everything clearly and was very thorough with his work. Just the nicest man! Thanks so much Kevin for giving me peace of mind! read more

I HIGHLY recommend western pest control. For starters, their level of customer care and service is beyond superb. They truly care about their clients and take the time to talk you through their service and what's going on. We have used them on a couple occasions, and although I hope we' won't need pest control in the near term- whenever we do I know who to call! Look no further this is a top tier local business and they deliver quality value through their work. Thanks Western! read more

I've been a customer of Western Pest Control for several years now and they are a pleasure to work with. Kevin and Mark are so knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and easy-going. I learn something new from them every time they visit. I've had great results from their work on varmints, mosquitoes, general pests, and most recently walnut caterpillars. Lori in the front office is so helpful and Kevin is always responsive and quick to service. Plus I like working with the same person who knows the house and unique issues and also bills on a fee per service basis, not monthly or quarterly. I can't recommend Western Pest highly enough. read more

I found Army Worms in my yard and reached out to Western Pest Control. Kevin was super friendly and informative and was able to treat my yard the same day. No pushy sales pitch like you get from some services. He just did a really good job and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend him for any pest control needs you have. read more

We suspected we had moles in our backyard. We contacted Western based on the Yelp reviews. They came out very quickly confirmed we had moles, answered all of our questions and put out 9 traps and told us what to expect. One trap triggered within 24 hours. They came back a week later, assessed the yard, and we decided together to leave the remaining traps for another week. It was worth every penny of the very reasonably priced service to have professionals address the issue. read more

Truly amazing! We noticed termite activity on a Saturday night and messaged via Yelp on Sunday to Western Pest Control, with questions and an estimate. I was not expecting a response until Monday. But, Kevin surprised me and messaged back with answers and an appointment for Monday, to do an estimate! He came out Monday afternoon and showed me multiple things, educated me on pests and wrote down a quote on his business card. He said he would email me the specifics so I can share it with my husband later that evening, which he did, he followed through in that as well. We had contacted another person with a different company. They said they would reach out... that was 2 weeks ago. The other company never contacted us back. It was a sign to go with Kevin at Western Pest Control. Plus, we prefer companies that are family owned. You normally get more of a one on one communication. The larger companies, you are just another customer, another $. He had an opening today to do the termite treatment. He showed up with his partner in crime, Mark. I LOVE their uniform shirts! Crisp and clean and names tags large enough to read. Both were professional through out the whole day. We shared a few laughs here and there. If they came across something that was alarming they made sure I knew right away, even if it had nothing to do with pests, they let me know. You could tell Kevin puts his heart and soul in his company and cares about his customers! I will be passing in his information to our neighbors and friends. If you are trying to go between one company or another, read more

I got a quick quote and they were out the next day. It's been a couple weeks now and I can see the reduction of insects on the porches. The biggest sell for me was no contracts and pure honesty. We discussed a potential treatment for my mole issue. Kevin explained how new moles will take over old burrows. So getting rid of them is a process. I just found the whole conversation straightforward and honest. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on services I didn't need. read more

Although we did not follow through on hiring this company we were very happy with their professionalism and promptness. The guy we called came out the very next day to look at possible termite damage. After his evaluation he determined we did not have termites just some type of mites. We appreciated the honesty since we didn't know any better. We will for sure use this company for any future pest problem. read more

2018 is apparently a bad year for spider infestations (or a good year if you ask the spiders). But the thing that pushed me over the edge was the House Stark Dire Wolf af-lookin' Spider that was just waiting for us at the front door when we got home. Big ol' pile of NOOOOPPEE. Anyway, I hold the opinion of Joe C. in high regard, so that kinda clinched it for me. Well, that's partially a lie. I hold a good deal in even higher regard, so WPC wasn't the only place I called. There was another pest control company that I was considering, but their pricing confused me: (1) They required multiple treatments, but (2) they had the bright idea of charging more if you signed a contract for the multiple treatments, and (3) the price would be higher on the first one, but lower on the second or something? It was several kinds of dumb. Thankfully, WPC responded to my request at around the same time, so I didn't end up arguing with the other place about how stupid their pricing structure was. WPC doesn't do contracts either, and as far as I can figure, their pricing is fairly competitive. Certainly more competitive than the other place I contacted and on par with some other places I looked into. Kevin is very helpful and informative. He took his time explaining what he was doing, and pointed out where I could make slight improvements to reduce the pest problems. For example: don't leave your outdoor lights on all night (there goes my attempts at CPTED...), because lights attract the flies, the flies attract the spiders, she swallowed the bird to catch the spider, she swallowed the cat to catch the bird, etc. I was still having some localized issues with spiders and wasps a few weeks later, and I contacted WPC to let them know, and Kevin came out and did some spot treatments. I greatly appreciated that. I'm sure I will need additional services in the (hopefully not too near) future, and I plan on using WPC again when the time comes. The no-contract thing alone makes them my first choice, but the excellent customer service, and friendliness/helpfulness of Kevin reaffirms my decision to use WPC. But you spiders need to GOMB, or I'ma do something regretful. read more

I am very happy with the termite service from this company. Everyone was very nice and explained everything that they were going to do and why. We are exceptionally happy with Western Pest Control. They came out and did our termite inspection for our house refinance. The technician and inspector was friendly, thorough, and prompt. Western Pest Control just blew us away with their heartfelt customer service! How did they do this? Well, we have been fighting Carpet Beetles in our kitchen island for two years with out success. This problem only existed in the kitchen island where there is NO carpet or other material to feed them. Our first pest control company was happy to spray and spray but would not even entertain the idea of trying to figure out the problem. Goodbye to them and enter Western Pest Control and Kevin the owner of this wonderful FULL SERVICE COMPANY! I hired Western Pest Control to spray 2 times a year (no contracts required) and a few weeks after spraying our home the Carpet Beetles woke up and began to share our kitchen again. I immediately called and left a message for Western Pest Control but it was the weekend so they called me back first thing monday and the same day Kevin came to the house and spent at least 2 hours crawling around in our attic searching the vent above the island and just trying to find where the little beasts were coming from. Two days later Kevin returned with his tools and camera and drilled small holes into the bottom of the cabinet. With his camera he was able to see a terrible infestation, mostly dead and was able to treat the source of our problem, Kevin then sealed the holes and our problem has been irradicated! I will say that Kevin did not charge for the initial 2 hour consultation and the small fee charged to solve our problem was extremely modest. Kevin never asked for a review from us which in itself is very rare, but he and his company, Western Pest Control, truly deserve to be recognized for their uncompromising dedication to solving the problem and making their customers happy. Please, if you are in need of a Pest Control Company look no further than Western Pest Control. Like us, you won't regret it! read more
