Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control. I bet it doesn't say that. Do not contact me again. Do not expect me to ever pay this 150$ For any consumer thinking of buying them. BUYERS BEWARE!! I…read morecontacted this company for bed bug treatment. The number I called I spoke to a guy named Mo. He told me about the heat treatment and how it killed all the bugs and then he told me they use a dog trained to sniff the remaining bug out so they only do one treatment. He even told me they have done 42,000 treatments and only had to redo 40 home where the dog was used. The home that was affected was a home where my 75 yr old mother is living. She has heart and kidney issues. The bed bugs were biting her neck and shoulder while she was sleeping. After speaking with them I felt this company was expensive but I wanted the bugs gone for my mothers sake and using the dog to ensure they were gone was what sold me. Keep in mind I was told the bugs would be gone first treatment. I was told they use a dog to get the remaining bugs out. I was told it takes minimum 6 hours up to 8 hours per treatment. I was given a price that was to include the treatment, the dog because they do upcharge for that and a fuel charge. They day of treatment he showed up 2.5 hours late. He started treatment about 11:30 and was done just after 3 pm. which is only 3.5 hours. He did not show up with a dog and when I tried to pay they tried to charge me an excessive processing fee they didn't disclose and tried to raise the price of their services. I declined to pay for the overage and agreed to pay them in full as soon as I receive a itemized invoice reflecting the amount was given before the treatment. This led to a conversation where I discovered that the owner is rude and speaks very unprofessional to anyone who will not willing be taken advantage of. She even had the audacity to have an attorney call me. These are picture AFTER their treatment. They did not get rid of the bugs, they lie, and they try to upcharge you after services. I would have been better to do absolutely nothing.
