The second was Big League Roofing, Jimmy Myers, one of the owner's came to my home and took measurements and was ready with a great estimate/price. As a single female, and first time homeowner; it's difficult not to be leery of some businesses and trades. A close friend of mine recommended Bob and Express Restoration to help with the water damage. Speaking to Bob felt like speaking with a family member. He was calm, informative, and reassuring when discussing the situation, even though I was basically a hysterical mess of a human. Although he couldn't come immediately himself, he sent Abel. Bob explained everything that would take place once Abel arrived. Abel was also very helpful and explained the process again and answered all my questions. He also removed a dead opossum that had crawled in the crawl space under my tub. Yuck! I'm so thankful I wasn't the one who found it. I am so so thankful to have encountered Bob and his team. It's rare to come across that level of service and consideration. To the other female homeowners, this team creates an environment where you feel informed and in control, not taken advantage of. Bob is someone who values integrity over making a quick buck, and IT SHOWS! You can really tell that this company wants to do right by their clients! Priceless! I will be recommending Bob, Abel, and everyone at Express Restoration to everyone!

After an inspection, Joe said he couldn't justify the high cost of a restoration clean for our level of "dirt". He felt it would be cheating us. I was disappointed but you don't find this level of integrity often. He did sell us a few bottles of the enzyme cleaner they use for urine/feces/biological dirt and we were able to clean it ourselves for a fraction of the cost. When Joe says he is in this business to help people first, he means it. I highly recommend him and his team.
