Unless you don't mind poor communication, no shows, constant rescheduling, and waiting 4months to get a job done that took them 2 days once they finally showed up. We worked with Randal the site manager and he was horrible. I feel harassed and this employee needs harassment training. I should call their HR department. He definitely treats women horrible when you are working on a house. My house had fire damage, after much misinformation and miscommunication on their part they still left us with rotted floors. Of course they were paid by my insurance yet refuse to work in a civil way regarding my options for the newly rotted floor. Update: No one has contacted me and I still have no floor. read more

Wow, what a terrible experience. The construction manager was very non-communicative and could not follow simple requests. When he was on site, very short with his time and would not converse to understand the issues faced by the property owner. The scope of work to be performed to put my property back to pre-loss condition was to be discussed with me prior to sending it to the insurance firm, so that we can come to a mutual agreement. Pretty fair ask I would think. However, the construction manager acted as if he works for the insurance firm and never sent me the agreed upon scope of work and rather sent it to the insurance company acting as if they were working on my behalf. Several items were missed that could have been taken into account, if the estimate was sent to me and we could address things together. I had concerns that the estimate would be written to please the insurance company by cutting corners and expressed that prior to them coming to the property. They assured that it would be reviewed with me prior to transmission. Lo and behold. they did exactly what I was worried about and acted as an arm of the insurance firm. Based on this experience, I would say, stay far away from this firm for any of your restoration and constructions needs. If you decide to go them, expect for them to be cutting corners to please your insurance firm instead of working in your interest. read more

Well let's start with ..this company was called in to do a water clean up job in my business and the one next to me. It ended up taking twice as long because nobody took the baseboards off to allow the fan from their fans to flow better . And then when it was finally done their equipment caused damage through out my floor and the other business also and they claim the the damage caused by their equipment should be addressed / paid for by my Insurance company . Even though In the beginning shortly after discovering the damage they said via text message that they were @ fault .. Im 3 mos later and NUMEROUS phone calls including corporate and still no compensation for the damage they caused . Over all the water cleanup was $1600 and the damage done is estimated at $4500!! Would not recommend this company to anyone . There's plenty of other restoration companies to choose from. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company if you are ever unfortunate enough to need a water clean up !!! read more

My parents had a house fire. Blackmon Mooring came in packed up all the clothes, furniture and valuables to store while house was getting redone. After months of unreturned phone calls and texts to this company from my parents and the insurance company so they can get their poessions back. They have had to buy new clothes because they won't bring their clothes back to them. My parents are in the process of getting a lawyer so they can get their stuff back. I recently had a water leak from a wash machine facet that broke and flooded the entire house while I was away. I called my insurance company USAA and they put me in touch with Blackmon-Mooring of Oklahoma City. The entire experience has been excellent. There staff, Project Manager Monty Crisp, Construction Estimator and all the water extraction & movers have been excellent. They arrive when they say they will be there, they follow-up daily to make sure things are progressing along to completion. I give this company a triple AAA rating. read more

I too, give Blackmon Mooring OKC a triple AAA+++ rating. Our lower level of our home flooded from a dishwasher line that broke in the night. They were there the same day by 9:00 am, and took care of moving our furniture out of the affected areas, extracting the water and set up fans and dehydrators to dry out everything. Their office has called to check up on our satisfaction and to answer any questions. The men who came were all professional, courteous and helpful. I'm very impressed with this company and its employees, and will always recommend them to anyone. read more

Yesterday 8/25/17, Blackmon Mooring cleaned my carpets. The gentleman that was actually doing the cleaning, I informed him of a stain that just happened two days ago. When the job was finished I could not tell if the stain was gone or not. It is very hard to tell on wet carpet if the stained had been removed. This morning, the stain is still there. I have used them for a very long time and would not think about calling anyone else. Usually Ralph does the cleaning but yesterday his partner cleaned. I called the office and left a message but as of 10:03am I have not heard from anyone. My Appointment # is OKC 13240300. I will up date this once I receive a call and touch up is completed. I am not wanting the carpet totally redone just the stain . read more

Wasn't very upfront with pricing. Said it was based on a bunch of different factors including the time it took them. One person took one hour and did 4 rooms and two hallways. None were very large. $288 for an hour of service seemed way off. I didn't say anything which is my fault but I certainly don't recommend them unless they start being more upfront and cheaper with their prices. read more

Worst company ever. What was supposed to take 2 weeks is now going on half a year. Had to file a police report against them and sue. Falsely stated work they did, didn't show up for work, what they did do was terrible. Highly advise against using them for anything. read more

Blackmon Mooring Steamatic came out to clean my air ducts. They sucked the dust, dirt and debris out of my air ducts and blew it into my home. It was thick as black snowflakes amid a dust cloud. The process was not air-tight, which would have made sense. Instead, there were gaps in the rubber gaskets they placed over my ducts and return vents. Also, it would have made sense to place a mat under the return vents due to gravity. They did no such thing. Consequently, my house now was covered in the debris that had previously been in my vents. I have severe dust allergies. I was forced to clean every single surface of my home after they left.The crew was sloppy and did a poor job cleaning up after themselves.Worst $179 I've ever spent. I've complained to corporate twice and the local manager has failed to call and follow up. They offeedr to redo the job, but they'd just do the same thing all over again. I believe I'm due an adjustment in my bill. read more

I had Blackmon-Mooring clean my ducts recently & it was the worst service experience ever! They cleaned the ducts at 9 & fogged them @ 11 & said it would be best to be out of the house for at least 2-1/2 hrs. I returned @ 1:30 to find I didn't have A/C. The tech came back & couldn't fix the problem & even argued with me when I told him the furnace panel was on upside down. Two large mfg decals - one 8x11 & he couldn't tell they were upside down. A Supervisor was sent out & he couldn't correct the problem. A/C man arrived @ 6 & said the furnace panels weren't on properly. Had to leave the house again for the fog that didn't go through the ducts so the process took from 9am to 7:30pm. They came back later to refog so I was out 2 more hrs They left a terrible mess in almost every room & the grill on the ceiling wasn't secured Bobbie the Mgr never once apologized & when I said I would take my dissatisfaction public he said "do what you gotta do" & hung up. This company doesn't seem to know anything about customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. One star is really too good for the service I received. read more
