They did a nice job on rugs I almost threw out. They need two people for pick up and delivery so clients don't have to help. Sometimes the clients can't help. read more

I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job with cleaning my hvac for mold. They were thorough, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule a few times due to another companies conflicts with other mold remediation. Their services seemed reasonably priced after calling around to a few places. My biggest praise is the negative pressure vaccum device they have for cleaning. It was amazing. I have health issues and I was worried about anything coming down out of the vents. Between them shutting all the vents off for me and sucking everything back to the truck at the same time brought my stress down. read more

Long story short ... Horrible job, bad experience/customer service, and wouldn't waste my time and money w/ Sooner Carpet Cleaners again!! For full review read below ... Carper cleaning done on 11-6-18 for a private residence about 1600 sq.ft., for which I was originally quoted $160 for. Brian got straight to work when he came. Offered me some sort of scotch-guard (I think it's called?) to help prevent any future stains from setting in. I accepted & my charge was $240 total. He was friendly and able to answer all my questions. He sprayed some sort of liquid solution and put some sort of crystallized powder before beginning. Said it was to unclog the machine because the last person didn't dilute the solution correctly. Informed me it wouldn't affect the performance or results and that the carper would dry in about 5 hours. Well 48 hours later & it was still wet!!!! Attached are some pictures of before and afters (on the same day), and the carpet doesn't look any different. There are also some pictures of what my own vacuum picked up on 11-10-18. Dirt, dust, debris (from having new lighting fixtures installed in the ceilings), dead skin cells, dog hair, food, etc ... Whatever you can think a lived in home has gone through. Now their website doesn't list regular business hours just that their open 24/7 for emergencies so I waited until 11-12-18 to call and complain. I was informed by the gentleman that answered the phone that he would need to speak w/ the owner & I'd receive a call back the next morning. Well I gave it sometime & instead of hearing from them I had to contact them on 11-15-18. The same gentleman answered and gave the phone to another named Mike. He offered to have someone come back out & redo the job. Seeing as I've already waited 48 hours for the place to dry, taken a day off work, moved in w/ large appliances & furniture w/ no other place to store them, cleaned the carpet after they were supposed to; I'm suppose to take another day off work, move back out, find a place to sleep, and wait another 48 hours for dry time. REALLY????!!!! Needless to say I declined and he offered me $60 compensation. I understand the service has already been completed and can't been undone however that's a piss poor way to say it's not their fault I'm not in the circumstance of not being able to waste more time, money, and energy!!!! I'm fucking tired the end. read more

Best carpet cleaning experience EVER! Went above and beyond; excellent interaction and "can do" attitudes. Stretched and cleaned so well

Recently used Sooner Carpet cleaning on April 3rd. John got to work right away & got the job done. He used protection on the corners so the hose would not scratch any Sheetrock. The rooms smelled fresh after the work was done. I would recommend them! read more

We just had our dryer duct cleaned by Bob and Bob. What a duo, these two did an EXECELLENT job and kept us smiling the whole time. These two are awesome. They wouldn't leave until they made sure everything was working like it should. "Bob" even went the extra mile by helping me shorten my dryer vent hose. Listen, I only give good reviews like this if they are deserved!! Thanks guys!! read more

So after my house smelled like mildew all weekend I called the company and let them know. They did send another crew out to clean my carpet again free of charge. Currently, my house appears to be mildew free although I am afraid of what will happen in the spring when the humidity is up. Also, I thought it would have been good customer service for someone to call me after the re-clean to check and make sure everything was ok but I haven't heard from them. read more

While I do agree that the people are extremely nice and polite and I'm sure they do a great job, I am a little put off by the encounter I had with Jim Mitchell. I had called for them to come do an estimate for repairs to my bathroom after I had a sewer line back up on Thanksgiving day. He was prompt, nice and professional. He was even polite while snubbing his nose and looking down on me me and my home. Thus I was left with the impression that home, income level, surroundings, economic status, whatever you want to call it was just not up to par for what Mr. Mitchell was used to dealing with. The damages I was getting an estimate on are covered by my homeowner's insurance and my out of pocket would be my deductible, which Mr. Mitchell was kind to make sure I understood I would have out of pocket. I work in the legal field I know know insurance works. He really wanted me to be aware of my out of pocket and he just didn't know if my insurance would kick in. Needless to say, I asked for an estimate, which seemed a pretty simple task to me since he just needed to plug the information into a computer and see what came out, that was 2 days ago. I still don't have an estimate and I'm doubtful I'll receive one. Lori C., Moore, Oklahoma read more
