However, Cassidy with CSI Exterminators called early Monday morning to schedule an appointment for David to come out to do a site inspection and provide his recommendations. We scheduled it for 1PM. To my surprise, I was driving back from the hardware store around 9AM and David was at my house. He was straightforward, professional, and very knowledgeable, which put me immediately at ease. David addressed my concerns right then and there, and answered all my questions. We scheduled services for Wednesday. The entire team was extremely professional and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing, came in, got the job done, and left within the specified timeframe. I would definitely recommend CSI Exterminators should you require termite services. The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

I saw many deceased insects following the first visit, which was comforting. Somehow, though, after two-three weeks, the roaches and spiders were emerging again. For $180 I thought I should not see these pests at all--certainly not this soon, anyway. I called for a second spray since the first came with a 30-day guarantee. I appreciated this second service, but I was told it was no guarantee that 100% of my dreaded insects would be taken care of. My kitty stepped up and began eating the spray-resistant pests. I guess she will have to be my pest control because I will not pay $180 again with no guarantees that pests will be eliminated entirely.
