I showed up to my appointment within a 15 minute grace period, because Florida just had a hurricane, and I woke up to a bunch of downed Palm branches in my front yard. She clearly doesn't care and she was rude about kicking me out of her studio without giving me a chance to explain.

This is a meticulous artist, interested in your comfort and satisfaction.
