I'm ever-impressed with the insanely talented, beautiful women who run this stellar queendom of spas (4 locations across Arlington and Bedford) and the reliable, quality, satisfaction-guaranteed-service they provide. I've never left Glam India unhappy.. I always leave looking and feeling and even smelling better because their products smell so good. I've done a few things here: brow tinting, brow threading, henna, eyelash extensions, an eyelash lift. At this very moment in time I'm au naturel so I'm jealous of my perfectly browed and extra-long-lashed past-self. I need to make an appointment! And I also want to try some new things. Besides what I already listed, Glam India offers a variety of facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, microblading, hair treatments, eyebrow extensions, waxing, and likely more things I'm forgetting.. When i came in, she was doing refil for another female customer. I was told to sit at the couch to wait. After around 10min, i heard them 2 were talking while looking toward me. Then the staff lady called me over to sit on the other chair and started doing my eyelash. This was my first time so I didnt know she doesnt know how to do it She started glueing eyelashes on me.. im like.. wtf.. she did it way too fast and i think she finished 1 eye within 5min or so. Then the owner came to look.. she was saying something to the lady and then she started removing the eyelashes. BUT.... she couldnt clear them all off and i was told to move to another chair and the owner lady FINALLY started doing my eyelashes. She tried to take the glue off and it hurt so damn bad. I WAS SO PISSED .. and I shouldnt tip them at all. If you dont know how to do it.. at least don't practice on your customer !!! .. And after 2 weeks, i came back for refill. I can tell that my lashes are all clumped together because she used too much glue with her reckless skill. 2 days later, half of my eyelashes are gone.. I wont definitely come back again!!

The other lady started to tint my brows and she did an awful job. She made one eyebrow longer than the other. She asked me to sit in another chair while she got another customer's brows. The eyelash lady had finished the customers lashes so she asked me to sit in her chair. I told her my brow was uneven and she said why I didn't tell her sooner. She was very nice, she tried to fix what the other lady messed up. She started to do my Lashes and then tried to charge me extra because she said she used more than she expected. After she was done she charged me $25 for the tinting and threading. The lashes looked great, but when you touched them they were filled with glue almost halfway. It took me about a week of trying to tolerate them because the glue was giving me an allergic reaction. I had to try and yank them out and took my eyelashes with them because she put too much glue on. Like I said the eyelash lady was very nice but they need more staffing. They can not accommodate the amount of customers with just 2 staff members and only 1 that can do eyelashes
