My lash esthetician was on vacation, so I went to this place for refills. 1st and 2nd refills were fine, but I really liked the style my regular esthetician does. So I asked the lash tech politely on my 3rd refill if I could get the same style and showed a photo. Her face and the tone of her voice changed like she was annoyed. I told her it's ok if she couldn't do it. I was MERELY ASKING. She's still the one who had the knowledge about lashes and if she deemed that it was not possible to change the lash style I would RESPECT it and let her do my lash like the last time. But she was rather rude and very unprofessional by talking in Vietnamese to her coworker about me. I was very uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave, but didn't want to cause a scene. I really don't care if you do a good job or not, but if you disrespected me well I'll take my business somewhere else. I think she's the owner as well and I really thought she was nice at 1st. Such a shame cause I have Vietnamese family. I just wanted to support Vietnamese businesses! I'm never coming back. Thank goodness my regular lash tech is finally back, she's the best!

So, I ask for them to just take it off. The tool that they used to remove the acrylic, was hurting really bad and was burning. Issued, "OUCH! It's hot." The lady doing it said "It's hot? Oh okay." She then continued to do my nails and it continued to hurt and burn. There was no relaxing there. I complained multiple times about it and she never fixed it. I know you can turn those things down. But no. Then I leave (didn't tip. So weird for me, but it was that bad) I get home and I'm clipping my nails shorter. I realize how hard it is to clip off. Y'all.
