They actually have a Nurse Practitioner in charge. So the name, MedSpa = medical spa. They are probably the only local spa who offers IV infusions which you normally have to go to Houston for. The Myers infusion is awesome for fibromyalgia, and a shot of glutathione can be added. Some fibromyalgia patients come weekly and have gotten off prescription medications. They also offer cosmetic injectables, body contouring, spider vein treatment, tattoo removal, lash extensions, etc., and they are the only spa to offer the hydrafacial MD treatment. They actually sit and talk to you in depth to determine what is best for you in every aspect. The staff are professional and extremely friendly and attentive. They charged me a copay that i should not have paid, I asked the lady in charge of billing to please call my insurance to verify as the day before when I went for my appointment they asked me for a copay. I went back to the office with insurance paperwork to show them my coverage she refused to look at it and to call the insurance company. They claim they take a deposit , what the he'll for that has never happens to me before. They kept insisting I have a big deductible when I don't. I just got irritated and cancel all my appointments. They did not seem to care. What has happened to customer service these days. Cant deal with unprofessional people. Will find another doctor.

I've never used anything but regular polish on my toes. The tech told me to go dry my toes and he would do the design then he said you need a different kind of polish for the design I wanted which was a snow flake. (Only negative--she could have brushed all the hair off of me after!!) ------------------ October 2015 2 months later; I was in town for a HS homecoming game and thought I'd get a touch up. Since the first cut in August from shoulder length to above the collar--was shorter than I've ever worn it and a brand new look/cut for me---it just needed a little tweaking. I wanted my 2 front cow licks to lay right after blow drying & the sides (by my ears) not be so heavy (I showed her) She seemed distracted because I shouldn't feel rushed--and that I don't have her undivided attention---but, I did. The tweak? To "me", my hair looks exactly the same--doesn't flow. I was in and out of salon in 20 min tops. Not sure, I will go back. Sad.
