I told Melissa I was not happy with my hair and she said it was exactly what I had asked for but if I wanted to I could come back and pay for another session. They were very adamant they do not give refunds. Finally Melissa said she would fix it but was still forceful that she had done what the picture had showed so I obviously didn't trust her to "fix it".
