So I asked the lash tech politely on my 3rd refill if I could get the same style and showed a photo. Her face and the tone of her voice changed like she was annoyed. I told her it's ok if she couldn't do it. I was MERELY ASKING. She's still the one who had the knowledge about lashes and if she deemed that it was not possible to change the lash style I would RESPECT it and let her do my lash like the last time. But she was rather rude and very unprofessional by talking in Vietnamese to her coworker about me. I was very uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave, but didn't want to cause a scene. I really don't care if you do a good job or not, but if you disrespected me well I'll take my business somewhere else. I think she's the owner as well and I really thought she was nice at 1st. My wife was scheduled to go in that day and she tried to call but no answer then text but no answer. my wife woke up and had the flu so she couldn't make it. After many failed attempts of tryomg to reach her i resortd ro contacting the Better Business bureau, I received a reply almost immediately with the lady texting that she wasn't going to be bullied. It was not a threat but we had paid for about $1000 worth of treatments and she never got back with my wife about rescheduling. So we're basically out all the money we paid. Not once has the lady tried to reach out to my wife to make things right and I may still take it up with the BBB. Buyer beware. Theft by service.
