After payment was made it was next to impossible to reach the lady. My wife was scheduled to go in that day and she tried to call but no answer then text but no answer. my wife woke up and had the flu so she couldn't make it. After many failed attempts of tryomg to reach her i resortd ro contacting the Better Business bureau, I received a reply almost immediately with the lady texting that she wasn't going to be bullied. It was not a threat but we had paid for about $1000 worth of treatments and she never got back with my wife about rescheduling. So we're basically out all the money we paid. Not once has the lady tried to reach out to my wife to make things right and I may still take it up with the BBB. Buyer beware. Theft by service.

I AM SO GLAD I DID. The drive over that I wasn't wanting to do took less than 10 minutes from Port Arthur (the spa is not far in to Bridge City at all). I was greeted by Trina. She was friendly and fast and was very knowledgeable during the foot detox I had. She brought us water, answered all our questions, and told us about the monthly specials and giveaways. (Yes! They have a monthly giveaway!) But before the foot detox I had a massage by DeeDee. Oh, DeeDee. Let me tell y'all about Dee Dee. Dee Dee is a gift. An angel, if you will. Her massage skills are amazing and when I left I felt like a new woman. She made sure that my massage was tailored to my preferences and that I was relaxed and comfortable. (My husbands massage was done by Elaine and he had nothing but good things to say about her as well). The spa was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and the environment was very relaxing. The waiting room is amazing, relaxing, and has lime infused water, protein snacks, and fruit for you to enjoy while you wait. What do they do here? Well, it's not your typical spa. They actually have a Nurse Practitioner in charge. So the name, MedSpa = medical spa. They are probably the only local spa who offers IV infusions which you normally have to go to Houston for. The Myers infusion is awesome for fibromyalgia, and a shot of glutathione can be added. Some fibromyalgia patients come weekly and have gotten off prescription medications. They also offer cosmetic injectables, body contouring, spider vein treatment, tattoo removal, lash extensions, etc., and they are the only spa to offer the hydrafacial MD treatment. They actually sit and talk to you in depth to determine what is best for you in every aspect. The staff are professional and extremely friendly and attentive.
