Different Steak Sandwich #1250. Everyone was quick to point out that they don't have a cheesesteak. They do have a Ribeye Steak Sandwich. I got the Ribeye Steak Sandwich. Here it is straight from the menu: 'Sliced ribeye, crispy onions, spicy mayo on a toasted garlic butter hoagie roll.' It came with very good seasoned french fries. I think the french fries had Parmesan cheese on them. A Bite of Steak sandwich, accompanied by several fries, felt like a cheesesteak with fries. They had a friendly crowd. Except for one conversation I overheard that was painful to listen to. Chris was great. Molly was skeptical. The Ribeye Steak Sandwich had a ton of flavor, but it also had a good amount of fat. My biggest complaint about these kinds of sandwiches is that you can't see the fat. Don't get this on a 1st date or you'll have to decide: eat fat or never see this person again

Cute little bar/restaurant away from the Main Street of Manayunk. They have happy hour until 8p on a Friday night. Cocktails for only $8.50 and that was the most expensive item on the happy hour menu. Crowd was a mixture of people just grabbing a drink, family eating outside and couples on dates. It's super adorable. Just a little bit for everyone. The bar was short a bartender, Wayne who was the working bartender worked without his partner did a wonderful job attending to the full bar.

Went opening week. They are still a bit of a work in progress however overall seem like a good addition to the neighborhood. I'll be back to try more and round out this review.

This place is fantastic! My friends and I shared a ton of food and everything we got was just unreasonably good. I cannot say enough good things about the pretzels, they have a nice snap to them from a firm exterior but such a soft pillowy interior. You have to get one! The staff was wonderful. Our waitress was so kind and went above and beyond consistently. The owner was also there and he's super kind and friendly and it's very apparent that he truly cares about the success of the place and the happiness of his patrons. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and it's overall just a great place.

To be honest, nothing special for the area. The owner is very nice and attentive though.

Pretty good overall!…read more Considerably big space for Philly. They had an upstairs too but I am not sure why it wasn't open during majority of the night. When the big crowd from the conference left they opened the upstairs. The Mac and cheese is SO GOOD. Very creamy and rich, the bread crumbs were an amazing surprise edition. This fatty finished it before the beer came. Lots of beer choices. I took off a start be size they were under staffed. So we were just waiting around for the check and the waitress kept forgetting what we asked for. Honestly, not her fault. There were like ~100 people and only 3 employees that I saw. So no designated waiter for tables. These poor 3 employees were the bartenders and the table waiters.

They aren't lying when they say that they have an extensive beer menu! I had a Dancing Gnome Kolsch which was very good and then a Corsendork Christmas Ale which was fantastic! I normally don't like spiced beer, but this one was perfect! My wife and I shared the cheese and salumi plate which was so delicious! My only re is not getting the large! My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich which was really good. The crust was crunchy and the chicken was tender and juicy. I had the porchetta sandwich which was recommended by our waiter and was SO DELICIOUS! It is a must! At first my wife was concerned about the limited menu. They may not have an extensive menu but what they do, they do right! Our waiter was really great and very welcoming, especially as we were from out of town. The place has a rustic vibe which fits with its old town location. We loved it! If we ever find ourselves back in Philly, we will definitely visit Glory again!

Food: 4 Drinks: 5 Service: 4 Value: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Food: Surprisingly good. We shared the chicken quesadilla. It was filled to the filled to the brim and delicious. They cooked it perfectly with the edges getting extra crispy like a tortilla chip. I didn't have high expectations for a place thats primarily a bar, but this blew me away all things considered. Drinks: Best taproom in the city. 20+ premium options. They have an awesome selection of beers, including some local options. They have wine and liquor too, but you should focus on the beer. This is the place to go for a good draught. Service: Servers are friendly and down to earth. They're great at suggesting different beers. Value: Not cheap, but not bad. Beers are $8-10 (pretty much market price in the West Village) and food is a decent bargain given how much food you get. Atmosphere: Its a cross between an old school pub and a sports bar. Its dark and 90% male (my wife always comments on how male heavy it is) but I think it has a good vibe. Good beer, good food options, and friendly servers.

The crowd is pretty young, but as a mid-40s, I don't feel out of place. The bartenders are knowledgable and always helpful in making decisions. Why they didn't get 5-stars: This is actually a 4.5-star place and only gets dinged 1/2 star is that is can be hard to get a table or a spot to be. It's a very small venue, so be prepared to stand around a bit. That's it, great beers, good vibes, still a great spot!!!
