The last few times I ended up walking out without purchasing any thing this time I was out of some of my favorites, leave for a trip tomorrow, and did not have a choice other than to purchase it in person nearby. There was an ungodly amount of people working there. However, there would either be two people helping one person or groups of employees standing around, drinking Starbucks and talking. At one point there is no one at the register with 10 people in line, and then at other points, you would just see employees, casually walk away and texts on their cell phones. I try to ask for help more than once, but could not get their attention to save my life and gave up. I found most of my items like going I'll buy I'll. Sephora was my favorite place in Dallas so it's where I always get my make up but this is an absolute nightmare - at one point I think it was obvious that I was irritated and about to take a picture of three people gossiping with Starbucks orders, and a young man came over and I'm not sure what he said but then he asked how my day was going with an attitude because I asked him what he said because I couldn't hear him the first time and then when I was leaning over to grab some thing asked me what I was looking for and I said the brand that was right in front of me and he was like well look no further it's right in front of you, as if I was blind, and could not see it..... it was utterly painful Lastly, I finally get in line and there's about 15 people in front of me three people get on the register and the line is starting to go down and move quickly than one person peels off and there's two and then I finally get up and a girl looks at me look down at my stuff and goes yeah, the next broken. Check you out signs off and leaves and gets on her phone.... The other girl had an issue with the person she was checking out so it was another 5+ minutes and then finally when I get checked out she asks if I found everything ok and I said barely and asked who helped me and I said no one- and she seemed shocked and repeated it and I reinforced not a single sole... she wasn't thrilled or nice afterwards - I'm guessing she didn't like my answer but don't know what to tell her when I pretty much got the opposite of help and wanted to gtf out of there .. As I leave, the lines long and 2 people behind the check out are hanging and then as I'm walking out I find the other group hanging out. For as much staff as they have here, the place should be immaculate, wells stocked, and great help ... maybe I have high expectations of Sephora from my Dallas experience, but even when it was slammed during the holidays, it was far better than this. What a waste of money having this many people doing so few things. You cannot pay me to go back to this location ....

But He assured me it would fluff out and fill my whole head. I took the chance because i like to try before i knock something. I get home and there are 3, 3 clip extensions, 2, 2 clip and for some reason only 1 single weft clip in. Ive bought extensions before, usually 7 to sometimes 9 pieces. Not to mention the shedding these human har extensions have are insane. Ive wore synthetic that shed far less.. I spent $123.00 on what feels and looks like a little girls playset clip ins. I will not be buying from a store that cares more about money than honesty and quality of their product. i cant even exchange or return it, so im out of that money and stuck with these wack extensions. They do have a ton of hair products though which is very nice. I wish their extensions were nicer considering a single pack cost me over 100 dollars.

Please feel free to read my original (well.. edited original) review from last April. The final product looked beautiful and my stylist was super sweet. However, I should have taken it as a sign before my hair was even touched to RUN. The owner talked in a demeaning tone to my stylist while I was in the chair - unbelievably unprofessional. I felt sorry for her and it was awkward. The stylist apologized several times. No worries.. the overall appointment was fine. The girl just started working there and I could tell she needed customers. I was willing to give her a chance, as anyone deserves. The owner called me multiple times after my cut and color review (April 2016) and begged me to change or delete my review because it was hurting business. I talked to her and she left me messages, but the sole focus of her calling was so she woukd look good on Yelp. I try supporting local, small businesses and agreed that I would change my review after the service was rendered. She kept begging, and I insisted the review would be edited to reflect satisfaction after the outcome. The owner personally agreed to reimburse me for my dress, which was around $80-90. I declined because I didn't feel right about it, so she offered to do any service(s) I wanted and that she'd personally do the appointment and see to it that everything was made right. I wrote down that our last conversation was 4/28/16. She wanted me to come in right away to provide the service, but who needs another cut and color that soon? I explained that my hair naturally is blonde and I tend to only color my hair 1-2 times a year at most, and usually in late winter when my hair darkens. She said that was no problem and to call when I was ready to set it up. Good. I was happy with that. In my mind, I knew my experience should be great and there'd be no hard feelings. Things happen. She owned that and was trying. Fast forward to this week. I left a message Monday (the salon was closed) for her to call me so I could redeem my service. She left me a voice message yesterday saying "uh yeah. We need to talk about that" and chuckled. My immediate thought was it wasn't good. I called back late Tuesday afternoon. Her tone was sour and she said that it has been over a year so she couldn't do it now. I told her I documented our conversation as the very end of April and that I mentioned at that time that it may be many months and into late winter (Jan. or Feb.) before I came back. She denied that and kept saying she'd give me a discount but not free. I asked what the discount would be and she said a mere 15%. Soo... for a service that cost me $80+tip, a ruined dress of $80-90, and compensation was to pay again to save 15%. I remained calm and gave reasons for why I found this unfair. I know she wasn't the stylist who did my hair, but running a business has give and take. She got really rude and was firm on 15%. There was no compromise or willingness to make it right. As a customer, I was appalled by her lack of empathy or desire to try to satisfy a customer. Is the customer always right? Absolutely not. My wishes were reasonable. I told her to forget it and I'd go elsewhere. I said the conversation clearly wasn't going anywhere and it wasn't worth the frustration or time dealing with it. I have cut my losses and will never return. To Soheila who will read this... It won't surprise me at all if you call and beg me to edit or delete this. Nope. I edited my first post when it wasn't warranted, but after multiple rude interactions, zero satisfaction other than keeping a reputation, something has got to give. I would have nothing but good things to say any time a business cares enough to do the right thing. No loss. There are plenty of great salons who treat ALL customers with respect and courtesy. When I find a great place, I tell all my family and friends and will be loyal only to that establishment. That, Soheila, is what establishes loyalty with clients and creates referrals from word of mouth. Unfortunately for your character, it certainly is a poor way to resolve issues. Pick your battles and don't always have to be authoritative and "right." Wrong. You lost an understanding, forgiving client, who will tell others to avoid this place. Sorry, stylists. Soheila is her name. After negotiating a total price for hair and makeup services for the bridal party, she kept trying to add on additional fees for random things - constantly...for example..the contract was finalized and she came back saying that to make "her day less stressful" she wanted to show up an hour earlier...but then she "needed" to charge more than we agreed. We said absolutely not. That was not the only time she tried coming back after the contract was finalized to try and add on fees for things she had never previously mentioned and that we DID NOT agree to. Also, after the final payment was made (100% of the contracted fee was paid) she charged an additional 2 fees to the credit card we used. NO authorization was given to her to save our credit card information (which is illegal) or to put through additional transactions without prior approval. I don't normally leave reviews unless the service I receive is incredible, but I'm making an exception in this instance because I would never want another bride to have the experience my sister-in-law did. She was actually brought to tears during her dealings with this business owner. Be careful when considering working with this business. They nickel and dime for random things that weren't previously discussed at all. I would demand a written contract with all fees included prior to paying a penny, and would include language in the contract that no additional charges will be added after the contract is finalized without prior WRITTEN approval by the client. DO NOT let them take advantage of you, like they did us.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it.
