Went to AdventHealth/Walgreens appointment this morning, waited over an hour to be seen (despite being told to arrive 15 min early for check-in). NP said running behind, hasn't had front desk help in over 2 months. NP was professional and helpful. Positive strep test, script sent to the same pharmacy within the Walgreens store. Went home and waited for call that script is ready. Received a call and text that my prescription was ready. Very clear on website that pharmacist is on break from 1:30-2. The tech refused to fill my antibiotic until I speak with a pharmacist. It is 2:02pm- no problem. Except unfortunately the pharmacist took a different break time today. So I have to come back in 30 min. Hope I'm not exposing too many people, was told I am very infectious. read more

Took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get a Tuberculosis Skin test. CAUTION!!!! Do not use this as a walk in clinic and assume it will be efficient. Make an appointment if you can, might save you a little bit of time. When I checked in there was 1 other person in the back already and I was the only one on the wait list. The price was reasonable to other competitors in the area. The ARNP was friendly even though I was a little ticked sitting there for so long for a 5 minute test. The store was a standard Walgreens store. Becoming a little outdated but the prices are reasonable and it was clean. read more

This Walgreens sucks made an apt here for covid swab and the canceled it day of knowing there appointments are backed up about a week.

Don't waste your time trying to get something accomplished over the "help" telephone line. It is amatuerish and unhelpful. If you need to get a refill, just suck it up and drive to the store. I guarantee that you will have to make the drive anyway. read more

It's your average Walgreens. Has the items you need and is pretty clean and neat. We came for my fiancé to get a PPD. You use a computer system to sign in and then just have to wait. We waited about an hour till someone even came to give us paperwork to fill out. The staff are somewhat friendly. The girls at the pharmacy seamed pretty rude. While checking out customers they were having conversations with other employees. Which is just plain rude! Overall it's ok. It has what you need but don't expect great customer service! read more

I got a prescription for Gabapentin from my vet for my cat.Your tech told me it would take about a half hour to fill. I told her I would wait. I waited for nearly and hour. I then inquired as to the status of my prescription. I was informed that they had been on hold from the vet's office for twenty minutes and were unable to get in touch with the vet.Since I did not have the number of my vet's office (Bluepearl at 607 Lumsden Professional CT. Brandon, FL 33511. This is a large practice with four offices in the Tampa Bay area.) I went home and called them to find-out what the problem was. They told me their office had been contacted ten minutes earlier and that Walgreens pharmacy had all the information they needed. I went back to you store. I went to the drive-thru thinking the script should have been filled. The girl at the window told me they couldn't fill my prescription at ALL. Then she left. When it became apparent she wasn't coming back, no matter how many cars were in line behind me, I went inside and got in line. Stacy's story inferred that my vet lied to me and they needed to talk to the doctor. By then, I was loud and angry. So, they brought in the Assistant Store Manager who took her pharmaceutical staff's word as gospel and treated me like garbage. She actually walked away from me. I requested my script be returned to me since Walgreens had decided, for some reason, not to fill my prescription. I called the vet's office again. I was very upset and the vet tech was able to call the prescription into a Publix. Bottom line: I am stuck going to Walgreens because I am on Tri-Care through the military (My husband is an active duty Lieutenant Colonel). If I was not, I would pull every prescription I have out of your store. Absolutely the rudest, most unhelpful, passive-aggressive staff I have ever encountered. My poor cat has been in pain all day because of this nonsense and there was no reason for it. Your pharmacy staff not only lied to me on several occasion, but they were nasty and unhelpful. They could care less that I went somewhere else. They seemed to be of the opinion that upper management would back them on their unhelpful behavior, so I am addressing this to you. read more

The cashiers are friendly and helpful but the pharmacy forget it don't waste your time at the drive thru. If you don't press the button for service they won't help. I gave a 3 only because of the cashiers read more

I have been treated with indignation for to long. Three scripts were e scripted and called in. On the 21,22,23. Nothing is done. No insurance issues no Dr issues. I was told I said they were not needed. When was this if I just pulled up and found out none of my scripts are ready. Based on my condition, I can not go without the medicine . Oh and it's been 55 minutes and still nothing. I've called Corporate and they always say which location . Last time I sent three emails with me address. The manager called me a bold face liar when I explained there is no logical reason there should be a delay. The service here is going down. My interaction has been primarily in the pharmacy department. I regularly pick up the same prescription every few months and every time they try to give me a different generic option. I have requested this not change. There must be some sort of miscommunication between management and the system they have in place. The staff is helpful but I cannot imagine all they must endure if I am one of thousands. read more

Terrible customer service from the pharmacy employees. Twice they have been rude to me while using the drive thru. My dr accidentally sent my prescription to the wrong store, the employee just sends my cards back through the window and doesn't even tell me anything or suggest that this could be why my prescription isn't showing in their system. Just dismisses me without so much as a "have a nice day" yes,it's not their problem that my dr messed up,but they are still in the business of helping others and could have been a little more polite. I only go here because it's convenient to where I live but I think I'll start making the drive for a place with quality service. read more

There was one person ahead of me as a walk-in when she saw me first thing she said was "EYLEEN" I got up and said yes that's me... I started to say how are you? And she had already interrupted me with a how old are you? I said 25... then she said and what do you want? I said I need some Immunizations for school she then said okay well which do you need? And I said well I need a tb test and may need another vaccine, but I wasn't sure... Could you look at this? She was like uh no just have a seat and handed me a clipboard then called someone else up... she said hi and smiled to the other lady and they were giggling. I tried to greet her and be super kind. Even when I handed back the paper... Her door was open because the other patient left... and I said should I just leave this here? And she was like uhhhh yeah looked at it and set it back down at the station before check in.... I've never been treated so poorly by a healthcare person in my life, unfortunately I still need the vaccines and test so I HAVE TO sit here and wait more on deal with how unprofessional she is. read more

When I walked in I was greeted by a huge smiling face to the left behind the front check out counter. I was in a fair amount of pain and meandered to the pharmacy/clinic area to be seen for possible Strep throat. I signed in through their computer system with 3 others ahead of me (all flu vaccinations). I waited for roughly 15-20 minutes and was then triaged by a very pleasant young girl. I was sent back out in the waiting area for another 15 minutes, but then was called right back to see the RN. She too, was very pleasant & personable. I had my rapid Strep test done (which came back negative, but she felt the need to treat me despite that as she's seen many patients who have neg. results only to come back to the clinic and test positive) Since I have two small children, she didn't want increase the risk of infecting my family & colleagues. She wished me a speedy recovery and had me pick up my antibiotic from their pharmacy. The pharmacy staff mirrored all the others I'd associated with on that visit and they even saved me $20 on the script as they knew I was self pay. I can't speak for the other reviewers, but I am very fortunate to have had such a great experience. read more
