My question to the owners is how could you sell a puppy to someone as a toy breed and they grow 3…read moreft long by 6 months old. When my husband called several times about our puppy you just put us off. You said he had no aggression in his background. Can't be true. You offered to take him back for nothing to rehouse him. How horrible ! I gave you a 2 because I want to feel in my heart this is a mistake on your part. We are out over $3000 and still have a broken heart and no puppy with not enough to buy another puppy. I am 71 and still broken hearted months later. So sadness

I bought my dog here coming up on a year. He's great, but he did recently have a cracked tooth and…read moreinfection from it that developed which caused him to not be able to open his mouth. the vet said it from a impact. and said it's likely it happened before we had him. and was just waiting for the infection to start up. and the more i thought about it, it wouldn't surprise me. Vinnies is very disgusting. They crate the dogs in such little crates next to eachother with only newspaper which the dogs usually roll around in their own feces. It's so overpriced and the ONLY reason we bought from there is because we seriously didn't know how ripped off and how many issues this place has. If you search "don't buy Vinnies Bow Wow on facebook you'll see former employee deal with management and the abuse they put these dogs through. just don't buy from here, it's not worth it.

The PetSmart chain is usually pretty consistent and this location is no exception. It is clean and…read morewell organized. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. I have seen the same employees for several years so it must be a pretty good place to work! I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 chinchillas and buy food, housing, beds, toys, etc from here when I don't have time to buy online. PetSmart almost always has what I am looking for but the prices are a bit higher than what you can pay on Amazon except for food and cat litter. When the brand of dog food I buy goes on sale, which is frequently, I stock up because i can't get it cheaper anywhere else. I have taken my dogs to the grooming salon and I have been pretty happy with the results. I have never had a bad experience but I do notice that different groomers seem to do a better job than others. Either way paying $30 to get my 75 pound lab bathed, brushed, nails trimmed and smelling great is worth it! They do base the price on the breed of the dog and make sure you have a copy of the pet's rabies certificate. Having the rabies vaccines information on file is standard protocol for any groomer. Yes, I would recommend PetSmart for dog and cat owners. I haven't had enough experience to comment on the fish, birds, reptiles or other small animals they sell.

That is not stated when you schedule online or no sign in the store. They said this applies to ALL weekends as well. That Sunday after this visit, my dog stopped eating, was hiding, and scratching under her armpit. I looked under her armpit on Monday. It was oozing a clear smelly liquid, it was red and smelled weird. Tuesday, I took her to the vet. She had a nasty cut under her armpit and on the inside of the ear. They are infected. She has two oral medications and two topical. The vet said it was most likely the groomer but, of course, couldn't guarantee that. The bill was $250. I called the grooming department yesterday. They said to call back today for the store msnager. So I did. She said I could file an incident report through the company but they would have to contact the vet. I told them, never mind, I won't be back.
