AOF responded immediately and provided an estimated rate, as well as a final flat rate after reviewing photos of what needed to be removed. Their schedule is very flexible; I initially requested pick-up after 4 PM, which worked for them. Later, I asked if they could pick it up as soon as possible. They called me when they were 25 minutes away, which was very convenient. The team arrived promptly to remove the sofa, and the final charge matched the initially quoted flat rate. I never expected to have the project completed the same day. The service provided by AOF Hauling was top-tier quality! What a convenient experience! Thank you so much! I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get the job done.

I don't usually post but when I found out someone gave him a bad review I was really in shock. When I found out this person got ugly to get out of paying the full amount owed I took it personally. There are good workers and there are bad. The same there are bad homeowners and good ones. And on this line of work I have met them all. Jose is a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, & fair priced. Just because you are having a bad day or you are a cheap ugly person does not give you the right to write a bad review. If you need a good quality workmanship this is your man.

I also requested a front large perimeter gate that needed to be aligned and adjusted with resetting the main Pole that attaches the gate to the fence. The quality of service was the most unprofessional and below quality standards. In fact it was so bad I have video and pictures of the outcome giving Mr Jose multiple opportunities to make things right. I literally am going to spend about $800 to fix his damages and possibly more. This guy apparently hires contractors or people off the street and brings them into your property not knowing who they are nor their background and quality of work. He had two gentlemen that were arguing inside the first day and apparently he didn't know who they were. These guys told me they were hired by him and he was not prepared with any of the materials which made him late each day as he told me a specific time to be there we were all there and he never showed up till about an hour later stating that he forgot some materials and had to go to home Depot. There is plenty more to the story I have just spent two days with Jose and 12 to 14 hours each day yes that many hours my whole weekend and I lost a lot of money at this point. He did not deserve the money I ended up paying him after he left there was so much spray over damage my carpet damaged my walls I'm going to have to repaint the whole place again damaged my fans that I lend him in his crew I have no problem lending people things as it's hot or they may forget a hammer here and there but for them to destroy my fans I have paid for brand new all full of paint and overspray one of the fans is a solar power that cost me $75. That's not even a couple of months old. I've lost a lot of money have to replace new blinds the overspray was all over the windows walls door handles power cords just a horrible job. Every day he had an excuse this guy should not be a handyman nor should he be out there doing work. My experience these are facts not somebody that just made this stuff up. He also messed up our gate. He admitted he didn't know how to fix the gate. He actually ripped us off. After looking at gate he broke it more.

Save yourself the headache. Brock is the definition of unprofessional, unreliable, and…read moreinconsistent. I was referred to Brock by a close friend and realtor when I first bought my home. I needed a drywall repair before moving in, and she recommended him. Brock and his crew came out and completed the job. We exchanged numbers, and I told him I'd reach out for future projects. And I did multiple times. I hired him to replace my kitchen faucet, bathtub showerhead, tub stoppers, and even a toilet seat. Most recently, I paid him to do a wall paneling project and paint my walls. No issues driving to my home then when he was being paid. Fast forward to me reaching out about the same drywall he originally repaired it's now cracked and clearly wasn't done properly. Brock came out, looked at it, and said he'd take care of it. Since then? Nothing but dodged calls, broken promises, and a month of being strung along. Eventually, he told me my home was "TOO FAR" (a 47-minute drive, mind you) and that I should find someone else. But somehow, that drive wasn't too far when he was cashing checks for every other project I paid him for. Interesting. I even reached out to my friend the same one who referred him to let her know how unprofessional this situation had become. She spoke to Brock directly, and he told her he had nothing but nice things to say about me and that he'd be calling me to schedule the repair. That was over a week ago. Still nothing. No call. No follow-up. Just more avoidance. Brock had no issue taking my money when it benefited him, but the moment the work required accountability, suddenly I became "TOO FAR" and not worth the follow-through. This kind of behavior is why people are hesitant to trust contractors. Brock clearly doesn't value integrity, communication, or repeat clients. If you want someone who stands behind their work and actually respects your time look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
