Installed a Air conditioner which unknowingly needed to be modified to make it work in this space. Teddy responded in good time to my project notice. Was the only responder to tell the cost per hour. He gave a large window for times available. Teddy was on time had his tools ready and was a fast efficient, knowledgeable professional clearly able to read and follow printed directions quickly. The A/C was modified then installed and ready well before a the two hour minimum and the work was excellent. I recommend Teddys professionalism, His studious customer service and attention to details. The technical advantage to hiring Teddy was the prime ingredient that made this project happen with ease. Thanks, Teddy for the great work! read more

Teddy was incredible from the point of contact through the completion of the job. He worked very hard to make sure we could get the task scheduled and did the work with care. It didn't hurt that his quote was better than everyone else that replied. Not only was he great with doing the task, he was also kind and took pride in his work. I strongly recommend him for your next handyman project. read more

Professional, easy to work with, very responsive, quote prior to work, reasonable price for needed door repair.

I can't recommend Teddy enough. I've used him multiple times now for both my business and personal projects, and he has consistently been someone I can count on. There have been several times when I've needed a repair handled on short notice for my business, and Teddy has gone out of his way to come through for me. He's extremely responsive, reliable, professional, and always polite. When he tells you he's going to take care of something, he follows through -- which is honestly hard to find. He's handled a wide range of projects for me, including repairing stairs, walls, and other damage, as well as installing chandeliers, TVs, and more. Every repair and installation he's done has turned out great. He works quickly without sacrificing the quality of the job, and his attention to detail shows in the finished product. One of the biggest things that stands out is the value of his work. His pricing has always been very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and level of service he provides. You're not sacrificing quality to get a fair price -- his workmanship is genuinely some of the best I've seen for what he charges. As a business owner myself, reliability and communication are extremely important to me, and Teddy delivers on both. I've trusted him with repairs that needed to be done correctly for my business, as well as projects inside my own home, and I've always been happy with the results. Beyond the quality of his work, he's just an overall great person to do business with. He's honest, dependable, easy to communicate with, and willing to help when you need him. Absolutely 5-star service. Teddy has become my go-to whenever I need handyman or repair work done, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends, family, other business owners, or anyone looking for someone reliable who does excellent work at a fair price. read more

I had some buckling in my floated wood floor not caused by water. Teodor came in and quickly assessed the three areas and concluded that the original installer hadn't left adequate space for expansion. He suggested he take on the "easiest" area so I could judge his speed and skill. He immediately set to work and very quickly found the root of the problem...tile shards that had not been removed under the baseboard. He worked quickly and efficiently but at that same was meticulous, looking to preserve the paint on the baseboards and insuring they were nailed back into studs. He cleaned up his work space and corrected about 18 feet of flooring in a reasonable amount of time. He was polite and focused and did a great deal of work in a relatively short period of time. read more
