This place is located right in front of Target which makes it super easy to get to. My daughter is 3 years old, so we stayed in the toddler section. At first glance, this place has chairs everywhere which I love and the set up is great. They even have massage chairs that you can use (by paying) while the kid plays. Everything was fine, until my daughter invited me to play with her. I realized how dirty the toddler section was. I saw dust balls and hairs all over. I took my kids here today and would not take them back again. Very dirty in the play areas, particularly in the infant play area. There is visible dirt, crumbs and clumps of hair all over the soft play structures. It's clear that no one vacuums or wipes in the small crevices. The lack of oversight from staff was also disappointing and the overall experience felt unsafe. There were older children (10+) who were jumping over small toddlers and babies in the infant play area and being way too rowdy and rough, as well as using inappropriate language. The place seems to attract a population of parents who allow their ill mannered, unruly kids to run rampant and the lack of enforcement of any rules by staff is truly concerning. read more

This review is for the management. Given that we went on a weekend, I was expecting some sort of chaos but it was a little more than expected. The place was not being cleaned often even though there was heavy traffic. I went with my 11month old and we were only in the little kid area. Here is where the main problem happened... There were kids older than four years old running, playing rough and hitting other children in that play area. Their parents where on their phones not paying attention at all. At some point the activity blocks were dragged into the play house by a group of older kids making it inaccessible to little ones. I personally stepped in to get the block out so my baby could play but the kids did it again and their parents just sat there on their phones. While I COMPLETELY understand that the parents are responsible for kids, if the play area/facility rules are being broken (like 4+ age kids in a area specific for children below 4year old) then the management should step in and ask parents to take their children out! Don't recommend this place- sorry it's not very clean and no one is running this place like a civilized play area for kids. read more

It's great that they opened this jumpy place; it's across from Auntie Anne pretzels. My 4 year old nephew loved the toddler safari jumpy with the animals (especially the giraffe), and using the "police cars" with the other kids. The staff is super friendly and diligent. I saw them continuously clean up and organize the toys/cars. $10 gets you all day play with in and out privileges. They stamp your kid's hand at entry. Socks are required, and they have lots of chairs for parents to sit. I was really impressed when one of the older kids was little too rough and a female employee (golden hair and glasses) automatically talked nicely but sternly with the kid, and had him apologize. This really set up a great atmosphere for all the kids to play nicely. It wasn't crowded when we got here around 10:45 on Saturday, but when we returned after lunch around 1:30, it was really busy. read more

Have's been here for a long long time since Pandemic. Once we come back here, staffs are still friendly as before. The bounce houses are clean, large and diverse. This place has added a little two story obstacle course in the back which is a pleasant surprise. Everything else is pretty similar. Things have changed up a bit since we last came. There are no more birthday passes (they had free birthday jumps before) and parents can't accompany their child in the jump house. I remember before I would be able to be with my kid and it wasn't a problem. Now they have added these new restrictions. With the prices raising up this year, it was a surprise to see them not let parents accompany their kid in the bounce areas even with there is no other kid around. It was unfortunate to hear no more birthday jumps. Not the best $15 spent, but if your kid hasn't been before, maybe it's worth it once. read more

If my daughter was older, I'd definitely be a regular here. $10 all day jump with in & out privileges and they have free WiFi. But my daughter is 9 so an hour, maybe 2 tops is enough for her. Age limit is up to 10 years old. Do note there is no bathroom so you would have to use nearest mall bathroom or the Target nearby. If your child is younger, I would advise that you stay close by -- there are quite a few crazy kids around and even though there are signs that say you should supervise your children... clearly that just doesn't happen with all kids... read more

My 4 year old loves The Bounce Place and it's perfect as a getaway from the Smokey air in the area. They have a great frequent buyer program (8 visits and the 9th is free). It's open the same hours of the mall so if your little one is a night owl like mine, this place stays open until 9pm. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to the kids. They have juice and water for sale onsite. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restroom is still under repair and not available for use. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars. They opened about a month or so ago and we've already been here 10 times. It's great for energy release! read more

Had always meant to visit this place pre-covid but was always afraid my daughter might get trampled. Now that she's 4 decided to give it a try and my daughter had an absolute blast going from bounce house to bounce house. It is very reasonable priced for all day play and staff was very friendly answered all my questions and they did temperature checks and sanitized your hands on ypurway in and out. There are the usual kids rough housing and parents not supervising but for the most part didn't see any kids accidentally hurting each other. There is a sign that says masked required but did see quite a few older kids running around with no masks and no enforcement. Socks are required don't forget them like we did. Kid loved this place but unfortunately, masks are not enforced here. With Omicron surging, I just do not feel safe here. There's only one front desk person working so once you're inside it's fair game to take off your mask. Many parents and kids take their masks off immediately upon entering. We watched a kid obviously would not put on a mask at entry, the mom half-ass tried to put it on her face and pushed her through the entrance. Afterwards, both adult and kid took off the mask. Love this place for the younger ones. My daughter is in her jumping phase and this place is like heaven for her. All kinds of slides, obstacle courses, jumpy houses, all padded and safe. Can get a little rowdy when the bigger kids are there, but everything is soft enough. Recommend going earlier in the day on the weekends...mornings are calm, afternoons and later get crazy. I brought my 1 year old here to play. He liked it but the experience was marred by the rude staff. I am a 32 yr old mom, but I look young and as we were entering the play area I was immediately scolded for no reason and warned very harshly by the lady that she better not catch me jumping or playing in the bounce houses and that I was only there to watch my son. The whole insinuation was highly offensive, that I, would be more interested in playing myself than looking after my precious son. I feel like she was talking down to me simply because I look like a younger mom, even though I am in my 30s. A sign posting would be enough. There was no need for her to state this as we had not even entered the play area yet and given that I broke my spine last year, I have zero interest in jumping in a bounce house. We went to the place next door afterwards, and they were much friendlier. The staff here needs to be taught to give customers the benefit of the doubt and also just basic customer service skills. They looked like they hated their lives, wouldnt even smile at us. Either management sucks or they dont pay their employees enough. We wont go back. This place is clean with friendly and professional staff. My mom likes to bring my nephew here when the weather isn't so great outside. For $14 for one child and one adult, you can stay as long as you'd like! They have you sanitize your hands and they take your temperature, and you are required to wear masks at all times. You can eat in a certain area and shoes must be taken off. They were very nice when they let me swap in for my mom when she needed to use the restroom. When I chose to join my mom, the fee was only $5 (companion fee). They even let you have in and out privileges, though I don't know how many they give you and I think it's like 15 or 30 min? They wrote a time on my nephew's wristband (they gave him one when were going to get a bite to eat, but I didn't check the time if it was the time we left or the time to return). When we came back, the friendly clerk notified me it would be best that my nephew waited a bit before playing so he doesn't throw up as he noted that kids are more likely to throw up after lunch or after having milk or soda, which is why they don't sell snacks or those drinks there. We waited 15 min before we let him run around, and adults can also jump (if you fit, which I did not and also I got a little scared in case I squished someone, so jumping was limited for me). $10 for whole day bouncing! There are 4 bounce houses jammed into this store front with lots of ride in cars, balls and soft blocks to play with. My kids are 5 and 2 and a great age for everything, my youngest struggled with one of the bounce houses but the others were fine. Seating is limited but was just enough to cover all the adults trying to have a break. It got a bit warm while we were there with all the kids running around, they treat it like a workout, occasionally visiting me with red cheeks to suck down a water and to head back out. The people working were nice and friendly, my son made friends with them and sat down with them to draw (followed by 5 other kids). There is a single family bathroom at the back, a little awkward and constructiony with signs saying that they are working on it. There are the center bathrooms not too far as well if the single one is busy. There is another play area next door, they aren't joined and require separate tickets :( Next time we will have to check that one out. They also do date nights! Overall, a great way to kill a bunch of time while escaping the rain/smoke/sun! read more

A great place to take your kids if you want to exhaust their energy and have some fun! I took my niece here today and she had so much fun, she didn't want to leave! We went in the afternoon around 3pm and it was pretty empty- only a few kids and their parents. The attendant was very friendly and was watching the front to let people in after paying but also cleaning up the place and interacting with the kids. She's doing a great job for working by herself! There are about 4 bouncy houses and other different puzzle games and little toy cars which your kids can play around. It was a lot of fun. There's one bouncy house meant for children less than 4 years old which is nice for the smaller kids. You can also go into the bigger jumpy houses with your kids which is fun. I went there twice with my toddler and will never go back again. 1. At toddler play area, there is a kitchen pretend play. I found a pointy screw hanging loosely there so I reported to front desk. She went to check on the loose screw and said she would report to the manager later and that was it. She did not even use any tapes or anything to cover that. And she didn't care at all! 2. While I was there, there was an incident that requires translation so they asked for my help. Poor Chinese lady's grandkid bit another kid's back. And the mother of the other kid wanted to talk to the grandmother and asked for a phone number. Anyways, things got straightened out and they were happy. Then the front desk lady asked me to translate to the poor Chinese grandmother and her grandson to leave. So of course I refused. I asked if that is the policy to ask them to leave. Then she was like oh no that's not the policy but if she can keep an eye on her grandson then they can stay. So abousiouly she's taking advantage of them not speaking English and do whatever she feels like doing. This place is very cheap and had no safety updates. Trash is on the floor. Dirt is everywhere. Front desk is always on her cell phone. Plus there is no restroom for the kids so you CANT change your kids there. I wonder why this place is still open to the public. I'm now taking my kid to my busy town and another play center in Daly City. This place is a scam! read more

The Bounce Place is the ultimate fun and energy drainer for kids and toddlers! My kids love it here. I recently threw my sons 5th birthday party here and reserving the venue/party room was completely painless. We had the party room reserved from 5pm - 8pm and we were allowed to set up 30min early. Unlike other indoor playhouse, set up is usually 15 min prior which isn't enough time and only 2-2.5hrs that are super overpriced. Moreover, our party host and staff were completely welcoming and very responsive from start to finish. I must acknowledge Cindy & Mick who were very accommodating & very attentive to our needs. Both were very helpful and treated our guest with absolute kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this place if ever needing to throw your child/toddler a bday party. The best part, is You're allowed to bring your own food and doesn't require a time schedule of when to play and when to have food/cake. The kids were able to go back and forth for drinks/snacks/eat and back out to play again, repeat. What also made it convenient was that we were provided a private bathroom for our party! I've only been here once with my goddaughter and it was about 3 years ago and they were in the middle of renovation but I'm babysitting today (1/29/22) and decided to bring the child here to run some energy off.. the kind man working the front desk was SUPER nice, patient and calm because we came in just when it opened but then a few minutes later there was a rush of parents and their kids.. I had a bunch of bags and drinks with me.. stupid me didn't think to put it in the car beforehand and the kid was excited to go in.. I had to fill out a waiver and the kind man had a smile on his face the entire time multi tasking helping all the other parents and getting them inside as quick as possible and was able to get me settle in and let the kid in smoothly with no problems. Just finished my son's party here today and I am 100% happy with hosting the party with The Bounce Place! I arrived over 15 minutes early to set up for my party and they were happy to let me start early, assisted me with setting up table covers which they provided, including utensils and they immediately start letting my guests in as well! I couldn't believe how efficient they are! My kids immediately start jumping and playing and had so much fun the whole day! All the kids are thrilled with all the bounce house options this place offers! $10 additional per kid (15 included in the package) and the kids can play all day with in & out privilege. Bathroom access in the party room, nice and big party room for lots of guests and everyone sat and ate comfortably! Our party host checked in with us frequently, refilling utensils and napkins.
