We hosted my son's 3rd birthday party here and it was AWESOME! Over the years, I've tried to make birthday parties as low-stress as possible because trying to do an elaborate set-up is drama that I don't need being a mom of 2 littles. I booked the space about 6 weeks in advance online having never set foot in the place before. The venue is great and conveniently located in Tanforan Shopping Mall. The mall is completely dead, but this playspace seems VERY popular! Booking was a breeze and I emailed the coordinator the week prior to confirm details. Cindy was super responsive and easy to coordinate with! She let me come the day before to set up the party room and helped me get tablecloths and some decor in place. Being able to set up our balloon arch the day prior and they fact they provided a backdrop frame/stand was a game changer because the next day, I just had to bring in food and we were all set! We had about 50 guests at the event (adults and kids) and all the guests were SO happy to just walk in and let their kids loose. Everything is padded and super entertaining for all the kids (ages 1-8), so it was VERY easy for the parents to actually be able to hang out and chat without worrying where their kid wandered off to. Clean up was a breeze - Cindy made everything so easy for us and didn't pressure us at all to wrap up and get out. We put everything in trash bags and off we went. We booked a private party here for my 5 year old and it was one of the best parties I've experienced hosting! Why? Because: - the party coordinator I emailed with was always quick to respond, did so thoroughly, and everything was seamless. - the party host (Mike) was awesome. Friendly, patient, helpful, and a good attitude. There are def some workers here who seem like they may be having a bad day or just don't want to deal with people (noticings on previous visits), but Mike is not like that. I'm grateful we had him! - venue and party room were clean and ready. The set up was exactly as described with an extra table for adults outside the party room. Tableclothes/napkins/plates and a backdrop stand (poles) and tape for decorations were provided. - staff will clean up the party room after, but we did majority because I feel it's rude to just leave everything for one person to clean up after. - our party was from 11-2pm, however guests were allowed to stay and play until they wanted to leave (or until next private party starts). We didn't feel rushed or pressured or stressed. Was probably the best part of the experience. - since there was no party the night before, we were able to decorate the night before the party and I was elated. I don't understand how some places only offer 30 minutes for some quick touches. Works for some but not for me since I enjoy going above and beyond when it comes to decorating. We had time enough to build the balloon arch from scratch and hang up everything else. I will note that the party room has a lot of blemishes on the wall, so I recommend bringing decorations that will cover them. I used balloon clusters and photo printouts. Our total came out to $880 and was well worth the 50 guests we hosted. Wholeheartedly recommend booking a private party here. read more

I agree with all the positive comments here about Go Bonkers! My daughter loved her time here when she first came for a friend's birthday and decided she wanted to celebrate her own birthday here too a year later! From the first moment I visited to drop off supplies to the end of the party the next day, Mike our host was so incredibly friendly and helpful with giving a tour, helping set up with ALL the decorations and providing supplies, checking everyone in and ultimately making sure our party ran smoothly! All our guests mentioned how much fun the kids had here and I couldn't have asked for a better host and place to celebrate. My daughter was the happiest I've ever seen her and I would do it again. Highly recommend bringing your kids here!! Very reasonably priced as well to be able to book out the whole place to yourselves for a few hours :) read more

No complaints about the place itself, as my 3yo son really enjoys it. However, since this is a kids' space, I do think that learning to smile and making customers;esp children, feel welcomed and comfortable is important. This is our second time here. The first time we visited, we only stayed for about 30 minutes because they were about to close, but we still paid the full amount without complaints, even though the front desk lady did not greet us. My son still enjoyed his short playtime, so I decided to give the place another chance. I thought maybe the first experience was just a bad day, but the second visit was the same or even worse. My son patiently waited for the place to open at 11 a.m. just to be greeted with an unfriendly expression. Overall, the experience with the facility itself is good, but the customer service could definitely be improved. If you don't like what you're doing, why be in this kind of service? Sorry, but we will definitely not be coming back. read more

They have a private party room in the back and soft play with lots of fun activities- slides, balloon section, ball pits, grocery store/pretend play, and more! Private party for a reasonable price, chill, they set up and clean up, provide plates, utensils, decorations, allowed early set up, entry, lots of parking, and don't charge extra for outside food. He checked in on us throughout our three hour stay and made sure we were happy. He was an honest person from the start and and was nice to give us a tour when we walked in . Our entire party loved him! He needs a raise for all his extra efforts ! Wish we had more hosts like him because this was the easiest birthday we've "planned and hosted". What a great play spot for the kids. And honestly, as an adult, I enjoyed myself as well :) Not only does Go Bonkers have the traditional slides and whatnot, but they also have a balloon room, a giant ball pit, and different setups to nurture a child's imagination. A child could easily spend several hours here and not get bored. Great place to hold a birthday party. The only complaint is that they only have one bathroom here so you might have to wait around for it to become available. read more

Mike is the Best!! We rented the place for my kids birthday party and the kids had a blast. The place is huge, with so much variety of things to do that the kids will enjoy. Giant interactive Ball pit, slides, mazes, claw machine, balloon room, etc. there is a room for the party and extra tables outside. It's a major plus that the room had a sink, microwave and refrigerator, and they provide utensils, balloon arch frame and table cloths. The only downside is that the fridge was dirty but we understand there was a party before us. what made it special is the great customer service from Mike. He is warm, helpful and just an overall amazing person. read more

I wish I could give zero star just for the bad customer service and staff's attitude. Hi I would like to get your attention to my experience on Sep 21st, I took my 5 years old to this place, and there was no one sitting at the check in area, I waited for about 10 mins, finally a girl came out with dirty look and attitude, her name is Christina, I paid the total of $21.35 including a pair of socks for my kid, all in cash, my kid went inside started playing, 5 minutes after, I asked Christina if I could go inside to tell my kid something then I would go back outside to sit down and wait since I didn't have my socks on, she was being so rude telling me that I needed to pay for my socks just to go inside for a minute to tell my kid something, the way she talked to me was just so impolite and rude, so I decided to get all my cash back immediately, then went inside to get my kid out, and took my kid to the bouncing house right next to it instead of staying there. Honestly, I would rather to give my business to the place that treats the customers nicely. I hope you to at least getting an attention to it, not recommended this place base on staff's attitude and how they force customers to buy their socks with the specific rubber dots on the bottom (my kid apparently had her own socks on already, but not the style they required) which charge $6 for my kid and I even I was not going inside to play. read more

My daughter loves this place and could spend 3+ hours here. We actually just finished up a 10 pack that we bought. I do have to say that the young girl who checks people in is very unwelcoming and rude. No smiles, no hellos. Just stares at you, asks for your phone number for entry, and opens the door to let you in. I say rude because there has been 2 separate occasions when she rolled her eyes at me (very intentionally). The first was when I asked for a stamp on my stamp card. And the second time was when I wanted to redeem my free entry for getting 5 stamps. She needs some people skills especially in a place for kids. I wish I got a picture of her but if we do go back I'll get one for sure. We usually see her weekdays around 2-3pm ish. read more

Came here on a weekday with my kids who are 5 and 2. Nice ambiance plenty of playtime for all kids alike. There was a half eaten Rice Krispie treat near the slide. The layers of dust sitting atop the tunnel slide, carousel and dust bunnies collecting in the "untouched" areas. Hosted my son's 5th birthday here and it was great. Staff was nice and helpful. All the kiddos had fun. Only thing is I wished there were more seating area/chairs/tables for the adults to sit and that I didn't have to fight my way in through the crowds to set up because weekends seem to be very busy. Very nice venue for kid's parties. Was there for a 3 year old birthday party and the equipment, staff, and security seemed to be up to par.

Came here on wed january 25th at 11:30AM. I had called prior and asked how much it was for those under 1 and the girl on the phone said they are free if they arent walking. So i came in thinking my little one can play. i walk to the front desk and no one is there. I wait for about 5 mins when a girl comes out and doesnt greet me. So i proceed to tell her that it was just me and my son. She said its $15 so i told her my son is under 1 and not walking yet. She then proceeds to say he isnt allowed and i tell her i just called and the other girl i spoke with said he can. She responds saying, "if he's accompanied by another child... " i thought to myself, well.. i obviously dont have another child.. so i asked "so is he allowed or..?" she says, "well 2 yrs is the recommended age" so i respond confused, " so is it not recommended or not allowed?? ANYWAYS! I just told her nevermind then because she obviously didnt want us to go inside maybe because we didnt have to pay.. or idk tbh but i was more than willing to pay. Moral of the story, dont bring ur kids that are under 1 here without a sibling unless u can pop out another child on the spot lololol read more
