From the moment we walked through the doors, the owner, Janine, was there for us in every way possible. When I say she was a big help, I truly mean it. Janine helped us set up everything -- the tables, food, backdrops, kids' snacks, and even a special Build-A-Bear-style station I created for my daughter. She also helped us set up our soda pop station and made sure everything looked great and ran smoothly. My family arrived late (Polynesian time, as always ), and I was so incredibly grateful that Janine was there helping us every step of the way. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her support. She went above and beyond -- helping cut and serve the cake, assisting our guests as they arrived, checking in on us constantly, and making sure everything stayed clean, organized, and stress-free. Most importantly, the kids had so much fun. The space is perfect for toddlers, and the joy on their faces made the day extra special. Janine, thank you, thank you, thank you. You are so kind, thoughtful, and truly passionate about what you do. I appreciate you more than words can say. Blessings to you and your business -- I pray you continue to have abundant, fruitful success throughout 2026 and beyond. Thank you again for hosting my daughter's birthday party and making it such a beautiful, memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

My daughter absolutely loved it and had a wonderful experience at Imagination City. All the kids who attended appeared to love it as well and the adults got to sit back and relax knowing the kids were preoccupied in the play area. The staff was incredible with assisting with sit-up. They also allowed us to drop-off items in advance to ease our burden on the day of the party. Everything was organized, clean, and in quality condition. The only negative is having to go offsite to use the bathroom. Other than that, we had no complaints and highly recommend having your kids birthday party at Imagination City!

Poorly organized and your kid better have thick skin…read more Disappointed in the summer camp program (can't comment on the regular school year classes). To sum up: 1) a stressed instructor trying to put on a play with 25 kids in one week at a cost of good vibes and empathy; 2) unprofessionalism due to an overlooked conflict of interest and 3) poor communication. This combo resulted in our 6-year old, who loves acting and singing and was very excited about this camp, on day 3 refusing to finish the 5-day camp. As confirmed by the instructor, she lost her role in the play, which she really wanted and loved, because she started crying and had a hard time stopping. There wasn't enough time (or empathy) to deal with tears, so our daughter was sidelined. To the point of unprofessionalism - the meltdown was triggered by a perceived ongoing unfairness of favoritism with the teacher's kid, during games and when participating in the play. A good example - a number of other kids (not ours) had wanted the lead role, so it was "auditioned," with the teacher's kid going first and being given the lead role by her mom, a clear conflict of interest and easily avoidable. Then because of poor communication, it took two days to talk to anyone to understand why my kid was removed from her role. The contact number takes one to voicemail, and then a full day to get a callback. So our daughter tearfully urged us that she didn't want to go back anymore (and we didn't make her).

It was clear that his top priorities were safety and all guests having fun. He worked with our schedule needs and the kids various interests. Our kids were nonstop running around, laughing, having a great time. And the best part as a party mom was that he frequently encouraged me to sit back and relax as he and his staffed had everything under control with the kids. The facility is clean and spacious. The gym has endless opportunity for fun and challenge. Our 10 year olds did not want to leave.

This is a great place to come to if you have a high energy kid that needs to burn their energy off…read more My son has recently taken an interest to American Ninja Warrior and Nina Republic has obstacle courses set up that mirror the same obstacles you would see on the show, which is really cool. We came by on an afternoon during open gym - you pay a flat fee to get up to 4 hours of playtime. While there are some staff members present that might give a bit of guidance on how to go through the courses, it is relatively hands off and you are on your own. Parents can sit on the chairs on the side to watch, but can also go on the mat as needed to assist their kids. My son really enjoyed his experience here - when he started off, he could only go halfway up the warped wall but after a couple of hours of practice, was able to reach the top with his hand. He is already looking forward to his next visit here so he can try again. Everyone wears their outside shoes on the mat so I think that takes away a bit from the cleanliness of the place, especially on the type of rainy day that we came by. Bathrooms could have also been a bit better maintained - paper products were running low and soap ran out as well. Not a huge deal as we could work around this, just something that could be optimized for an even better experience.

A very fun, hands-on experience for our girls! It was the perfect place for a team bonding event…read more The girls were between the ages of 5-8 and they all had a great time. The website only allows reservations for up to 6 people, but I called the location and they were able to accommodate our party of 7 without any issues. The activity lasts about 30-45 minutes, which was the perfect amount of time to keep the kids engaged. The cost was around $30+ per person, depending on the type of slime you choose, and each person pays individually at the end. Overall, it was a really fun and memorable experience for the kids!

I like the former Slime Kitchen that used to be at Serramonte, Daly City…read more The Slime Kitchen at Hillsdale mall is dark and environment there is off. When we went, the blender didn't work so the associate mixed it manually. What?! Part of Slime Kitchen & its highly inflated price tag is about the experience! So that was very disappointing with no replacement offered for this inconvenience. Additionally, the sale associate who helped us wasn't as friendly not attentive to my daughter's and her friend's experience as I expected. I expected the associate to be friendly and patiently walk our kids through the steps and boost their energy making it fun as they went through the steps with their slime designs. What I saw was a quick run of the steps, including blenders didn't work, and then that's it. Less than 10 minutes for over $30 per child. I could get that much cheaper elsewhere. Without the experience, what's the point of going to Slime Kitchen? Also, after our group was done, I saw kids mixing their slime with working blenders. Our experience was disappointing and I won't return due to the lack of professionalism doesn't warrant the inflated price tag.

Many moons ago I did laser tag in SF and I think it was called Qzar and I remember when I got shot at, the orange vest would vibrate and it was like being electrocuted. As you can tell I wasn't very good, but I had fun back then. Thank goodness this place didn't electrocute me. Ha! Ha! It was fun. Good stress relief and great way to spend a birthday celebration where everyone had fun, learn something new and we all wrote a lovely birthday card question prompt to the birthday girl and she appreciated it.
