The machine stole my money !!
    Lulu R.

My daughter saw the place and wanted to play so I said that's fine . The place is so filthy and had a bad smell !! The employees are so rude , we used the vending machine to buy water and unfortunately my daughter is little to read the sign, so she put a $20 bill and no change came out so my daughter came crying to me , I spoke to the manager and she had an attitude and she said the machine has a sign why u didn't read it!!! The machine had a sign no change!! So they stole our $16!!

Been here a few times over the last year, with our latest visit earlier this week. This place has definitely gone downhill. First we were hit with surprise "summer pricing," so expect to pay +$2-3/per kid more than prior rates (not published on their website). Seemed like pretty blatant greedflation. Ok fine, we're already here so swallowed the unexpected cost. Then as we went through the facility, we found multiple sections were broken or closed (e.g. all 3 of the ball launchers are broken; at least two parts of the ball pit suction area aren't working, including a dislodged part that had sharp screws sticking out; one of six areas of the ninja course closed). All in all, place has a shoddy, run-down feel. Will stick to Peek a Boo Factory or Oceanauts in the future.

It was a great play where kids could have fun with slides and toys. But now they equipped so many machines to try to earn more money. It is not a healthy place to play any more.

Do you like claustrophobia? Do you like getting shouted at by a PA system every 15 minutes? Do you like getting swept out of here before the shoes are even on your kids? This might be my least favorite indoor play place but I'll live with the fact that it's cheap and open on the weekends for open play, which has been rare in the past few years with the pandemic going on. Pros: Most of it's sized for smaller kids, probably best for preschool - early primary school. Has some smaller kid structures and mechanical carousel rides in the front of the store. In Serramonte and not far from the exit so easy to get parking and dive in. Cons: Very narrow store! The play structure takes up the majority of the space. There is seating for parents along one wall but that's pretty much it. The entrance / exit needs some serious crowd control. While they're charging folks and collecting payment, there's also throngs of people leaving periodically since they end each play period every 15 minutes (identified by color of your wristband). It was hard to locate my kids shoes along with making sure they didn't run away into the rest of the mall. Staff was really rude and pushy about kicking people out immediately after their bracelet color is called - I had barely retrieved my kids from the play structures before the staff was shouting at me to get my kids out of there. No bathrooms in the store so you'll have to take your kids into the mall bathrooms.

    Still cute

Open till 8pm. Nice staff. While all the kids stuff closes at 2pm in SF, this place comes to the rescue

Employee walking inside the play area with her shoes on

This place used to be much cleaner. But this was years ago before they completely had redone the place by adding a bunch of things. Anyway, I bring my kids here often. Recently wore my Travis Olives and wanted to hold them and set them beside me in the play area cause I'm not gonna leave those unattended in the shoe storage units. So the employee that was letting us in told me I wasn't allowed to bring my shoes in, even if they were set on my lap. Tell me why I brought my kids there today and seen the same employee wearing her shoes in the play area, walking back and forth from the camera room to the front desk, SMH. Very hypocritical and unsanitary being that there are children running around without shoes, sitting and lying on the floor. Lead by example, remove those filthy shoes in the play area, your customers would greatly appreciate the consideration.

What I needed was direction in how to de-clutter the playroom and also create a space to keep my 2 daughters engaged in their toys. Every time I walked by the playroom it was causing me stress due to the immense amount of toys & items crammed into the room. I was having to clean the room multiple times a day so that once the girls were done playing they had a clean space to come back to and we're able to walk around in the room without stepping on toys. I needed direction on how to arrange the room in a manner so that the girls could stay focused for more than a few minutes to then ask for the television to be turned on. I'm sure they were sharing the same feelings of being overwhelmed with the clutter as I was. As soon as Blanca came in she was able to transform my cluttered playroom into a beautifully simple space that blew me away. I didn't want to throw any of their toys and items away but instead Blanca helped me organize their toys and offer them to my girls in a way where they could entertain but also engage their development. She incorporated my daughter's art work which was such a huge hit for my 3 year old daughter to see her art work hung on the wall at eye level. She comments on it everyday! What I've noticed since the playroom transformation: clean up time is less than 2 minutes, girls are utilizing the playroom space longer and TV time has decreased. Also they are both actively interacting with their toys & materials and using trays which makes clean up time so easy! Our routine has shifted at night for the better. The whole family goes into the playroom and we wind down with puzzles or coloring before going into to bed to read!

We wanted to make it fun and have it in home until he was of age to enroll into a Montesorri. The Giggle Grow program was exactly what we were looking for. Blanca is amazing and we benefited from the Rotation & Meaningful Play service. Her consultation helped us transform our play area into a wonderful space that our son could really feel comfortable to explore and learn. His behaviors changed almost immediately. Kal was showing more focus on how to play with his toys and where to find them, and eventually where to put them back. Blanca provided us with a very well curated list of item and ideas to create the perfect play area for Kal's development We noticed a big shift in his interest in battery operated toys with lights and noise that would normally mesmerize him to the items suggested by Blanca. He was using his imagination and talking more and increased his hand gestures. Having items at eye level allowed him to have more independence and encouraged Kal to play in his area longer and longer everyday. We aren't finding random toys all over the house as much as we use to. Blanca suggested for our program that we find everyday and natural objects to help with a few sensory stimulation activities. Kal love's his cinnamon stick jar. Blanca created a personal plan for our family from her observations of our sons skill set and development. It helped us with a great starting point and how to keep challenging him for the coming weeks and months.
