He then connected me with Josh (in sales), who introduced himself and gave me a thorough tour of the entire facility. He addressed all my questions about the gym and the individual equipment. Although, I was here only for a day pass, the staff treated me as if I was considering a full time membership. This spoke volumes of the company's commitment to providing each potential member with the same respect regardless if they ultimately decided to purchase a membership or not. Kudos, to both Josh and Gabe for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I'd ask management acknowledge them in some fashion for their good works. Gross operational incompetence--doors locked during published hours…read more If you rely on early morning workouts before work or daily commitments, do not count on this location. The Incident: On Monday, August 10th at 5:00 AM, the doors remained locked with no employees on site. Multiple members stood outside in the dark waiting for staff that never arrived, eventually forcing everyone to abandon their workouts and leave. The Issue: This isn't just a minor delay; it's a fundamental failure of local management to enforce basic shift reliability and opening procedures. Paying members structure their daily routines around published operating hours, and complete staff no-shows show zero respect for members' time and this is not the first time it's happened. Management at the Beach Blvd location needs an immediate overhaul or intervention from the District Manager. Until this branch demonstrates basic operational reliability, look for a gym that actually opens its doors on time.
