I'm not sure why I never received a call back, but it didn't seem feel like they wanted my business. I was going to pay cash, which to me, would have been best for them, but I guess they run their business a different way. I went because it's woman owned and saw some great reviews. I'm disappointed to say that they're not all that interested in providing a job for a woman. They make their money. I'm just one person. I wish them the best. Just not with my money.

I am currently overseas and my daughter lives in El Paso and we don't know where or who we can trust with out vehicle. You have gained a customer and someone who will recommend you to everyone. Victor took his time to check out or Audi, explained issue, and gave options. He did not take advantage of my daughter by suggesting repairs that were not needed. He went above and beyond to ensure our car was drivable and safe. His recommendations of places to go to get things taken care of, he told her what and who to ask for.. we will definitely continue to keep coming back. Victor once again THANK YOU!

The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.

What a great little body shop!…read more I was referred to it by a friend because I needed someone to take out my minivan captain's seat and install a new seatbelt. My son had gotten stuck when the buckle jammed and we had to basically destroy the mechanism to get him free. I checked with Mazda and they apparently had a recall for seat belts about my car before and they said that it was out of warranty since it's been over 6 months of the recall or 3,000 miles. The local Mazda dealership said it would take a week to get an appointment to diagnose it, which would cost $75. Then parts (maybe $120+) and labor. We couldn't wait since it was a safety issue, so we ordered the buckle directly and it was cheaper due to Black Friday sales ($60) and labor was very inexpensive because they had it done in 15 minutes! This body shop was so clean and orderly. They had wifi, a coffee maker, tv (wasn't overly loud), a mini fridge with water, and it was so pleasant inside. When workers would come in they acknowledged you before heading off to grab something. I was greeted not only by the workers who directed me to the office, but also very promptly by the office manager. They told me their workers were out to lunch and if I could come back it would be shorter so I came back and instead of waiting an hour, it took about 20 mins. I would definitely come back if I needed to get something non-transmission done, like windshield wipers (which were for sale), or getting my lights restored, to bodywork or a paint job for my car. They also specialize in hail damage from windshield repairs to dents. Check them out and support local! I got into an accident and took my car to top shop because the reviews were spectacular and they…read moresaid they would take care of me because I went through insurance, they took 3 weeks to fix my car and when they finished the door was an inch higher than normal, the door dropped when opening it the gap between my door and front panel and the paint was dripping and had orange peel in it. I brought all of this to the "manager"s attention (he wasn't a manager as I found out later on) and he said they would fix it, the next day I can to pick it up and the gap was still there and the door trim was still high and I again brought it to their attention and they said for me to talk to my adjuster and find somewhere else because they did all they could and that they work on brand new cars straight off the lot and they know what they are doing because the manager has worked at Rudolph and other places so he knows what he is doing. When I went to leave my car was left dead and when they jumped my car they blew something in my electrical and caused a huge problem with my key and the car itself. As I drove home I noticed they cracked my start button by dropping something on it, my plastic by my shifter gear was chipped presumably by the same thing happening and my car was incredibly dirty in the inside. If I could give negative stars I would I will never ever bring another vehicle to this shop again, they only care about people that have money like the Porsches outside and the expensive cars they supposedly work on, if you are gonna go through insurance for any reason avoid this place bc they will charge the insurance alot and give you the bare minimum work.

These guys are pretty reliable and reasonably priced. I had an older Honda Civic they did work on…read moresome time back. They fixed the brakes and did a full tuneup on it. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
