Went to Boca Raton for a wedding and the place is incredible. We had a drink at the bar and it was a perfect espresso martini. The architecture was stunning and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was an amazing wedding and I would love to come back and stay here for a weekend.

This was our first time staying at the Boca Raton as we were invited by park West for the art action. We were very surprised with how BIG the property was. 5 different hotels, many restaurants to choose from. Beautiful private beach. The pools were nice, however, I think there should be an adult only pool at the main hotel (instead of at the beach) because this hotel is kid friendly. The Spa was wonderful, very private, super clean. Has all the amenities. (Spa is not co-ed) I do agree with some of the other reviews on here that this hotel definitely caters to the members- The monkey bar was member only and there was almost no one ever in that place. We walked by many times with someone playing live music (we love live music) and not a single person was there to enjoy it The food and drinks were good but pretty expensive. I paid $27 dollars for a dirty martini, more than most would charge. We over all had a pleasant experience at the hotel and with the staff. They were very polite , professional and accommodating- We will come back for special occasions.

I attended an art auction held at the Boca Raton Hotel. What an experience staying at the hotel for 3 nights! The first amazement was at the gate. I was welcomed at the gate and was told the hotel was expecting me. When I pulled up, I was greeted at the entrance. Checking in was a breeze and I felt very welcomed. I was given a map and was told that all the snacks and drinks in the minibar in the room are complimentary, and if I needed anything refilled, just ask!!! My room was in the Cloister. There are 5 distinct hotels as part of the resort. The Cloister is the renovated part of the 6 story original hotel. I was truly amazed when I entered my room! See pictures! My room faced the entrance. The nespresso coffee machine was the highlight of my room!!! I toured the hotel and took the ferry to the Beach Club where the pools and private beach access is located. There are many restaurants, bars, snack shop, ice cream shops, outdoor pizza oven, regular shops plus a salon. The history of the hotel aligns one of the corridors leading to the ballroom s. The staff was friendly and inviting!! I truly did have a great stay here! Parking- valet parking and self park behind the hotel at a cost/day. There is an area to get the shuttle and uber/lyft/taxi.

Dirty bed sheets and dirty bath tub.

Horrible hotel we stayed at the beach club I am beyond disappointed I was given a room with dirty bed sheets and a dirty tub. The next day until I made a fuss my room wasn't cleaned. Pool and beach food is terrible something you would expect at a 1 star hotel. On the day of the check out it took a bus boy 30 minutes to come. Compete miscommunication between employees and it seems as though they don't care about their clients! Would not come recommended this hotel to anyone and wouldn't stay there ever again.

I give this resort 5 stars all around because there are very few places around this world that have so many different hotels behind their security gated property that can keep up a level of excellence the way this property does. For starters, the valet is extremely well run; checking in and checking out is seamless- you can request a time that you would like for your car to be upfront and it will be there. Secondly, while waiting for our room to be ready at The Cloister Hotel we had Champagne and Caviar in The Palm Court, a gorgeous bar space/lounge overlooking the intercoastal and the yachts that are docked at The Yacht Club Hotel, we also had the pleasure of visiting a room at The Tower Hotel, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean and intracoastal. Um wow. If you want luxury, options and freedom, this is your spot. I was blown away by how large the hotel is, we took shuttles to restaurants, boat rides to restaurants....still within the hotel. Gorgeous atmosphere, delicious food, 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel itself it gorgeous and very well put together. We dined at the Japanese bocce club and had a piece of plastic in our sushi and the entire meal was hard to take down.... Ended up going and ordering a pizza elsewhere. we ate at Marisol as well and sent the steak back, it was a very disappointing experience. Today as the burger bar this grilled cheese really just made us realize staying at the Boca is great, but dining here is a definite no. There are so many great restaurants in Boca... highly recommend not paying absurd amounts for 1 star food and eating anywhere but the restaurants at the Boca raton.

This is the nicest hotel in the world. I have been literally everywhere. No pretension, but 5-star all the way. I don't know how they train the staff, but everyone is classy, friendly and amicable. Service is 5-star. Every need is anticipated. I have never seen a 'kid friendly' hotel done so elegantly. My mind was blown!

Just simply outstanding. Boca Raton is internationally known. But on top of all of this, The Boca Raton Resort & Club staff itself is just so kind. We were greeted as we drove up: "Hello & welcome to the Boca Raton. We have been expecting you." Swoon! And all the guys walking around helping with bags and do it with a smile. We also had a guy walking around who told us some great architecture/history of a few of the lobbys. Of all the hotels and resorts I have stayed at, in my 100% travel jobs etc, The Boca Raton is by far the most detailed and romantic hotel architecture I have experienced in a long time in the states. Let the pictures speak for themselves. 10/10 highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning resort! This resort is perfect for families as well. It is so serene, the food is phenomenal, the service is top notch, AND they have tons of amazing activities for kids. I HIGHLY recommend this resort!

I stayed here while having a surgery and the view was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and on certain days you can find deals for Florida residents on their website. They do have great perks like electric charging at the Beach Club (where I stayed). They have a selection of snacks and a full mini bar. Even a couple of beers waiting in the fridge when you arrive There were a few things which I didn't love. I was on the sixth floor and there were some bleach stains on the carpet coming out of the elevator and under their hands sanitizer station. Also, I had some issues getting a $100 credit for my breakfast but it was somewhat resolved toward the end of the stay. In my room the carpet seemed like it needed to be cleaned to obut it wasn't horrible. Everything else was amazing. In addition, I requested a juice through room service and the brought the wrong one twice. I can't really complain, this place is awe inspiring and the staff is super friendly but there's just a few details here and there that didn't make it 5 stars to me.

Where to begin? I would consider myself a hotel snob as I only like to go to the best, and if I'm in Florida I better be on the water. My partner convinced me to try the adults only area of the Boca Raton called The Yacht Club. From the moment we drove on the property I was impressed. The grounds are clean and tidy, the service is top notch. We were personally escorted to the Yacht club and once seated we were given champagne. The hostess even recommended we eat at Flybridge for dinner (more on that later) but we already had reservations. Dinner at Flybridge was the whole reason I decided to try out the Boca Raton outside of the adults only area. If you want to relax in peace the Yacht Club is where to have to stay. It's a little further out from all the activities but it's quiet, private and keeps the riff raff out. Turndown service every night was exceptional. Probably the best I've ever experienced. Every night on a tray was a little gift (either hand lotion, chocolates, lip balm, or shower spray etc) with a note showing sunrise and sunset. What a nice touch! The staff was always extremely friendly and warm and they always knew our name. Truly a memorable experience. I went to Boca Chica their resort wear store and was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous selection and presentation. I ended buying a Lizzie fortunato pearl and turquoise choker and a "the Boca Raton" navy logo sweater. The grounds are gorgeous and expansive. Unfortunately this trip we weren't able to play golf but next time we will. We did end up going to the beach one day by taking their little shuttle boat where we were greeted every set of the way. We rented a day bed for $150 which was very worth it because of how windy it was that day. The day bed came with 6 water bottles and a fruit basket. We were able to order food that got delivered to the day bed. It was a great time. The pools were very crowded. Even the adult only pool had some kids on the perimeter. I would opt for relaxing on the ocean before going to the pool. Harbor house left much to be desired. Not my favorite restaurant. Palm court has an excellent bar and the food was great. Get the cavier! Flybridge deserves all the flowers. First the breakfast is exceptional. They have an all you can eat buffet or you can order food. Carmen I believe her name is the hostess and she's the best. Made our morning every morning. At night on the weekend Flybridge turns into a tasting menu. Michelin star worthy. Truly made my stay at the Boca Raton that much better. We will be dining there every time we go to Boca. Thank you Boca Raton. We will be coming back again!

Let me tell you about my new favorite place in South Florida, The Boca Raton. & no, this is not a sponsored ad, but please feel free to sponsor me The Boca Raton is a beautiful resort in Boca Raton, FL. It is made up of 5 towers located on both the harbor and beach side. There is so much to do from relaxing at any of their pools, private access to the beach, enjoying the water park, water sports, spa, shopping, playing golf, having a few cocktails at any of their gorgeous bars and my absolute favorite, dining at any of their numerous high end restaurants. The list goes on! Many of the restaurants are a part of The Major Food Group, same folks as Carbone. Also, in order to dine in, you must be a hotel guest or member. I recently stayed at the Boca Raton for Memorial Day weekend and I had an absolute blast and honestly, I'm obsessed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend staying on the harbor side as it's close to the main pools, bars, restaurants, etc. I personally stayed at The Cloister which was the perfect location in my opinion. Whenever I wanted to go to the beach or beach side, I would hop on their water taxi boat that picks you up and takes you back; pretty awesome! I believe there's also a bus. During our two night stay, we dined at 4 restaurants, all were great but we did have a bad experience during breakfast at Sadelles - we waited two hours or more for our food. Besides that experience, service and food was excellent at all the other spots. I truly enjoyed dinner at The Flamingo Grill, everything was delish! Be sure to save room for their banana foster dessert. Bocce Club was another great spot for dinner and lastly, you must have breakfast at Marisol, it's on the beach so the view is spectacular. Regarding the bars, The Supper Club is a must! They had live jazz & fabulous cocktails. Overall, I highly recommend the Boca Raton to everyone. I had such a great time and I'm sure you will too! PS: American Express had a deal where you get resort credit, free breakfast and late checkout - I would double check if you decide to stay :) Check out my Instagram for more @LaGordaDeMiami

We booked through the wedding party so they already negotiated at rate. The check in process was easy. When we arrived the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Common areas looked nice. On site amenities included a pool, bar, and complimentary breakfast served daily. The room was ready early so we could get settled in after the flight. Now to the bad. The room was a little meh. Large coffee stain on the carpet and some dust. Nothing major. The cabinet that housed the mini fridge was a little beat up. When I went to plug in my cell phone charger a noticed an outlet was damaged with some of the wiring exposed. Needless to say I don't use that plug. The light fixture near the bed was leaning to the side and the lamp shade was very beat up. Not would you would expect for the price point. The management do ask if there was anything they could do to remedy this room but they would be unable to give us a new room. So really there was nothing they would be doing but I suppose it's the thought that counts. Also could not ever get the WIFI to work. Overall not bad but not good either. Would not be my first choice for a hotel in the area.

I really like that this hotel has checkout at 12pm and provides full breakfast, which hit the spot during my stay here. Very spacious room and bathroom here too. The pool and gym are pretty nice as well, and on the floor of the pool and gym, there's an ice cream machine (not free). Based on the location of the hotel, you would expect it to be more luxurious. The hallways were so hot and humid as if you were outside. The room smelled a little stale and mildew, but thankfully I always travel with my disinfectants and sprays. The parking garage is a bit tight when driving in and out so be careful. The cost overnight was not bad, as it was $25/night. We did have to run the water for some time as it was not warming up initially, which is crazy. We stayed on the 15th floor which was nice as we had a view of the beach, which was serene and peaceful. Overall, not a bad stay - just ok.

I used up my Bonvoy points and decided to take a break from the Marriott brand and try something different. I went to Yelp and found this highly rated property and quickly called the hotel to see if they had any availability. The desk clerk offered me a great nightly rate as I qualified for the Florida Resident discount. I booked a king size room for four nights. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel offers free parking, free internet, a "better than most" continental breakfast and during the week they put out freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. Upon check-in I was warmly greeted and offered two bottles of water. Had a quick chat with the front desk guy who happened to be the same guy I spoke to on the phone. He was awesome, in fact every employee I encountered during my staycation was great. My room was immaculate. The mattress was perfect, the linens were nicely made, and I slept well all four nights. The bed was beyond comfortable. They don't have a business center but the front desk people were kind enough to print out some emails for me, make copies and they allowed me to borrow their stapler and a few other office supplies. Because they helped me I was able to actually get some work done. In the morning I drove across the street to DD to get iced coffee then headed back to the hotel to shower. Talking about showers, the water pressure was strong. Very happy with the bathroom and shower. The toiletries were Neutrogena and I liked them a lot. There are several restaurants near the hotel but having every meal out can get expensive. I went to Doris's Market which is just on the other side of Yamato Road and bought some prepared food to keep in the refrigerator in my room. I kept things affordable but still good. I was able to get paper plates and utensils from the breakfast area so I was all set. I went down to the pool in the early evenings to unwind. I had my tablet so I was able to do some reading which was nice. It was quiet and peaceful which made me so very happy. The property is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit which was reasonable. Parking was easy and I found availability in front of the hotel all four nights. The vibe here is warm and inviting and that's because the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I enjoyed my stay so much that I was actually sad when it was time to check-out. I will be going back because it's the perfect staycation for me. Hampton Inn really surprised me and in a good way. I had a Hilton Honors account from years ago and I updated my information online. Two days after checking out I received a promotional email from Hilton. They were running a special that if you stayed a minimum of three nights you earned a certain amount of points. I called them and told the representative that I checked out two days ago after my four night stay. I wanted to see if I qualified for the bonus points and they said "not technically" but they gave me the points anyway. Very impressed with the level of customer service I received; both in the hotel and with their customer service department. I can't wait to come back for another staycation.

I asked the front desk about gym access and was told there was no on-site gym, despite the listing suggesting otherwise, and was directed across the street to a corporate office parking lot where, I was told, hotel guests routinely exercise. Acting on that guidance, I did exactly that. Within 30 minutes, a man approached me, a Black woman, alone, at 7:30am, and began recording me on his phone before saying a single word to me. He confronted me, demanded I leave, and when I didn't escalate, he sprinted across the street into this hotel's lobby to report me, loudly and repeatedly referring to me as "the black woman." On his way out, as I was coming in, he called me a fucking bitch. Your staff directed me into that situation. Your General Manager, Enrique, was contacted multiple times by my husband and responded with "we told the guy to leave" and, when asked to personally address the situation with the neighboring property, said "sir, you're asking us to do a lot." He never called my room. He never sent anyone to speak with me. He offered no apology and no accountability of any kind. The only person at this property who behaved with any decency was the front desk agent, Katrina, who apologized sincerely and acknowledged what had happened. I am a recovering surgical patient. I came here for rest. I spent that morning sobbing, shaken, and on the phone with my therapist. That is what "go across the street" cost me. If you have no on-site gym, remove it from your amenities. If you have a Lifetime Fitness partnership, direct guests there and only there. Do not send guests, especially women, alone, early in the morning, into spaces you cannot vet, and then tell their husbands you've been asked to do too much when it goes wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with hotel ownership and am escalating to Hilton corporate. I am also preserving my right to file with the Florida Commission on Human Relations. I'm sharing this publicly because the next woman who asks about the gym deserves to know.

Just steps away from the downtown strip of Delray Beach, you can easily access the restaurants and shopping if you choose, but you can also get lost in the serenity of their lush tropical courtyard and pool areas, or even the private patio of your own room! I felt like I was in my own little world while there- it was a perfect contrast after driving into Miami! All had nice updates and thoughtful touches. The snacks and chilled beverages available for purchase, as well as variety of coffee, tea, water, etc that were complimentary was perfect. There was plenty of information about local services and attractions without being gimmicky or touristy as many places where I'm from in Orlando can be. They even provided a sheet with events specific to the timing of my stay, which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing-- so kind and helpful! I asked how it would work if I got in late after the concert since the lobby closes at 9. We were able to do an earlier check in to get the key code and information, parking pass, handle credit card for incidentals, etc on my drive down so I had nothing to worry about when I arrived later. I was able to park and access my room after the concert with ease. I did also appreciate that even though I was staying there alone after dropping my friend off with family nearer to Miami, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. BTW - the motel's "free breakfast" consisted of packages of instant oatmeal - but there were no bowls or insuated cups to accommodate - only thin water cups! After returning from the trip a week later, I checked my CC account to find we'd been charged the full amount. I contacted the hotel 2 times and the managers (one of which were named "Chandroy") were never available. The personnel lied to me and lied to Orbitz about the agreed upon refund because they are greedy, dishonest, and rude. I called Orbitz and after a long period of time and many email communications, they were able to refund part of my charges. Orbitz is the best. BTW - For the remaining three nights we booked "The Hillsboro powered by Sonder" which was a little more expensive but clean, lovely, and on the beach! Very nice. Please, please...for the sake of your health, safety, and sanity, do not consider staying at this motel from hell.

Sunday Funday at Tremble's Fitness Class + Pool Vibes Came…read moreout for the Sunday fitness class hosted by Tremble, and it was such a fun experience! The class was a mix of stretch, mat pilates, and cardio (though this time we stuck to the mat -- no cardio), and I loved it. Super engaging, the music was lit, and the energy was just right for a Sunday morning reset. You can even scan their QR code for a free class, which I'm definitely doing next! Afterwards, we chilled by the pool with rosé wine (free if you sign up in advance -- major plus!) and ordered the mezzo platter. It came with hummus, tzatziki, and pesto (not my fave, but that's personal taste), along with olive & cheese toast, and some carrots and peppers. We wished there were more veggies for the dips, but no biggie -- my friend took home the extra hummus. Bonus moment: It happened to be Bid Day for FAU, so we had front-row seats to the celebrations. The new Sigma Nu girls were out having a blast, and the whole place had such a fun, social vibe. A live DJ kept the energy going, we made some new friends, and honestly, the whole day was just glorious. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique way to spend your Sunday -- workout, wine, and sunshine included!

I am back and forth between a four and three star here. The facility does smell modern, and it…read moreappears modern. I did not have the time to spend in it, but the pool area appeared like a resort style pool. The room was spacious and modern with plenty of power plugs. What I did not appreciate was that there was no acknowledgement for my loyalty to Marriott. Typically, I am told about Executive Lounge (IF they have one) and told about the amenities that the hotel offers. However, this also was not the case. I had to look on the website to figure out about the Executive Lounge, and call to find out specifically where it is at. The Executive Lounge, had the traditional breakfast offering. What did turn me completely off was when I went over to the ham that was rolled, I could see a green item on it. To me, this green item I saw was mold. Was I overly impressed with the menu offerings for breakfast, not necessarily.
