Clean, smells good, has valet parking (for $42 a night). We booked our room, and online you can choose the actual room you want so we chose something on the 4th floor. When we checked in, the gave us a different room entirely on the 2nd floor. When we got to our room which was clean and simple. Live TV wasn't working. We called the front desk about this, they apparently sent someone to fix it while we were gone, but it wasn't fixed when we got back. Theres a weird window next to the bed where you can look into the bathroom...and only a curtain offers the person in the bathroom any privacy. The curtain...is on the outside of the bathroom...very very bizarre. Why would anyone want a view into the bathroom? We left to go to the pool and quickly found out there was construction ongoing and the rooftop bar and restaurant was closed. The whole reason why we came here. Because it was closed, apparently the drinks we ordered via the app they have QR codes scattered around the pool to use, were sent into oblivion because no one ever came over with them. We had to flag someone down and show them our proof of payment. The music by the pool was also deafening. So if youre trying to relax and read a book...thats not going to happen. I want to mention, nowhere on the website or checkin did they mention they were under construction. We would've never booked this hotel if we knew. You could hear the construction ongoing throughout the day. When we asked about this at checkout, they said they didnt know about it and the construction crew just showed up randomly....what?! Saturday we left for the day and when we came back around 4pm, our room wasn't cleaned at all. We called the front desk, and asked why and the individual at the front desk said "we dont do that here." At this point we are super confused. You don't clean the rooms during the day? They responded with "what do you need? Fresh towels?" We needed toilet paper, towels, conditioner and the room to simply be picked up. At checkout we asked that the resort fees (which were about $75 for two nights which is insane considering theres ongoing construction and their rooftop bar and restaurant was closed) and valet fees ($42 a night) be waived for the inconvenience and they did that no problem. Overall, the room was fine, sans the creepy window looking into the bathroom, but I've legitimately had better service at a La Quinta Inn. For a "luxury" hotel, we certainly didnt receive the experience we paid for. Over $500 for two nights and the experience was so poor we wanted to stay away from the hotel for a majority of it. Certainly wont be returning.

I have not seen a mid range hotel put a spread out like this! Spotlessly clean too. The location of the hotel is walking distance to all the best restaurants too. This is part of Hilton so I used points, it was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting A little side note: I stayed here with my dog (service animal certified) and it was so easy, again the staff was lovely. We were so disappointed by the condition of this hotel and the apparent attempt at repeatedly padding the room service and bar bills. We stayed for two weeks due to an insurance claim that left us without a livable home. We booked the suite because we both had to work from the room instead of out of our two home office. I must say that the valet, bellman and room service staff were exceptional, but I had to repeatedly ask for reverses on bills, rooms to be cleaned and more. Each time we ordered room service for breakfast we got more than we ordered or items were missing and were charged for it. I had to show management photos of issues for them to address it and though they put an english speaking person answering the phones, the double food and charging still continued. Austin, the server, had to repeatedly remove extra food, adjust bills, etc. The task of getting receipts was daunting and I had to ask management repeatedly to secure the room service bills to ensure that the credits were accurately billed. The bar needs to be watched as well. We are there twice for dinner and I order a glass of Pablo Rojas. When I checked the bill I was charge $24 instead of $18. When asked, the bartender stated that there were two on the menu. He never asked me which one wanted. This seems to be a common practice. The housekeeping was lacking. The room was infested with sugar ants and when I complained, I was told that they are difficult to manage because of the sugar on the coffee bar but did not rectify the issue. When we checked in I was walking the room with white socks and they ended up filthy.. I had to request that the floors be cleaned. There was also hair in the shower upon check in. We repeatedly had to request that our room be cleaned even though the assistant manager checked with me at check-in and we agreed that it would be cleaned every day at 10:15am. I never heard from him again. The coup-de-gras was our floor leaked and was getting the carpet wet. The first time I complained I was told that engineering has checked it out and that there were no pipes under the floor to create a problem. The carpet was left wet. I complained again and engineering came to our room twice again that evening and agreed that the floor was leaking, but they did not know from where. We lived with a wet carpet the entire time ( no shop-vac, carpet cleaning,). I had to ask management to replace our coffee cups with clean mugs instead of rinsing out and replacing. Housekeeping does not keep any clean glassware of mugs. They just rinse and return. I finally kept disposable cups and styrofoam coffee cups in the room....the sanitation is disgusting.

Do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had…read more When we first walked into our room, there was a roach. The room also had water damage and no working air conditioning. The floor felt extremely spongy and was covered in water. Maintenance came to vacuum up the water and left a large industrial fan in the room with a cord stretched across the floor, creating a trip hazard and making it difficult to move around. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. When I returned a few hours later, the floor was still covered in water because the AC unit continued leaking. At no point was I told that changing rooms was an option. After speaking with three different employees, I was finally approved to move. We then had to pack everything and move all of our belongings across the hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. The second room was located right next to the bar, where loud music played every night, making it difficult to relax. The water leak also damaged my leather shoes, which cost $300. I had only worn them once. The hotel initially offered a $150 room credit, which did not come close to covering the damage. The operations manager asked me very invasive questions like how long had I had them and what brand they were. The Operations Manager later told me he would also waive charges of $131 and $111. However, when I checked out, I was informed that only the $150 credit had been applied. I was told the Operations Manager had left a note instructing staff not to waive anything further. To make matters worse, after I posted a one-star review, I received a call from the hotel. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was told I had never been promised the additional credits, that I was being rude, and that Florida's humidity attracts bugs and causes AC leaks. I found this response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Between the roach, the leaking AC, the room change, the damaged personal property, and the inconsistent communication from management, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Rather than taking responsibility, the managers minimized my concerns and made me feel like I was the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon & could not check back in until 4:00PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the SAME ROOM TYPE the night before & during the day I rebooked. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, & hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere. HOTEL'S RESPONSE TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY, DISREGARDS THE REAL ISSUES & MAKES EXCUSES.

Given the construction is fairly new, the A/C was amazing, the water temperature and pressure was great, and the Smart TV worked perfectly (and included Netflix to boot). The main drag of Atlantic Avenue was literally 2 minutes away, so you could roll out of bed for some coffee or chocolate. I was a huge fan and will certainly come back again! The hosts and their cleaning crew were kind, communicative, and gracious.

There are closer hotels to the beach, but on this day the beach was not my destination. I arrived mid afternoon for check-in, and I was lucky enough to get a spot right out front. The hotel does have a parking garage available at a cost, but there are also some free spaces out front. I checked in and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I got room 348 which overlooks the pool. It's a very modern room layout, consistent with most Hyatt Place locations. The AC was at a comfortable temperature, and the room was clean. The bathroom was ideal for a single traveler, it might be tight for a full family vacation. The shower pressure and temperature were decent, though unexceptional. The TV had plenty of channels, and the channels were listed in alphabetical order which made it easy to find what I was looking to see. The next morning, breakfast was complimentary, so I showed up right as the restaurant opened at 6:30 a.m. for fresh eggs, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. along with coffee and juice. Check out, with friendly staff, and a reasonable price. I am a Hyatt points member, and was awarded the right amount of points for this trip. Overall, for a great location, comfortable rooms, free breakfast, and wonderful amenities I would absolutely recommend a stay at this location.
