Aloft Had another Marriott certificate that was going to expire so we did a nice little staycation here in Delray. The hotel is off of Atlantic Ave on SE 5th st. Parking is $22 a day in their lot. Had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Really enjoyed staying here. Super trendy and cozy hotel. Love the vibe, personality and casual yet professional laid back style. It's similar to Marriotts AC brand. Room was comfortable and very clean. We were in Room 224. If the sound of cars whizzing by bothers you, ask for a room on the other side away from the street. It was loud until 2am when the last of the Atlantic Ave bars closed. Nice pool on the 2nd floor with a bar. Great gym that even has a Peloton, so I got a workout in too. Everything on the Ave and the beach is within walking distance. read more

The Aloft was a great hotel to stay at during our trip to Delray. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the restaurants along Atlantic Ave and the downtown area and walking distance (roughly 1 mile) to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with checking in early and holding our luggage until we were ready to depart once we had checked out at the end of our stay. Our room was clean; they provided daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The room included a mini fridge, and while there was no microwave, they did have one available in the lobby area (which is convenient if you want to take leftovers to reheat from a restaurant) There's a wonderful pool area with plenty of loungers, and we were able to sit out and relax by the pool on days when it was too windy to enjoy the beach. The gym facilities were also very nice. My only true complaint was that the bed was okay, not the most comfortable in the world, but the pillow options were awful - I couldn't find one that was particularly comfortable, which impacted my sleep. All in all, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and recommend it as an affordable option. read more

This is our second time staying here and we couldn't be happier. The location is so convenient to the restaurants and shops and the beach in Delray Beach. They have a great little parking lot, but you really don't need a car once here. They have a system with Freebie, an app that provides free rides in the immediate area. The pool is very cozy. The wxyz bar in the lobby is a great place to start the evening. The hotel is very dog friendly and they have a wallof past dog guests. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You can even connect your Bluetooth music to the room system. Truly, an excellent stay start to finish. Will definitely be back! read more

I came here for a function (to raise money for a non profit) so I am only reviewing what I saw. They had a room off the front lobby. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. The bar (WXYZ Lounge) area looked semi busy and has a cool vibe. I like that it is off the main strip so parking is not an issue. I do know there is a pool (2nd floor), snack bar downstairs, parking is not expensive for overnight ($18), 1 block off the main downtown area and close to the beaches. Give it at try. read more

Not a great impression got to the room and it was steaming hot apparently they keep them off until there is movement in the room which is a terrible idea for South Florida since it is incredibly hot and humid! The ac units are old and outdated as well I dont recommend this hell to anyone funny they keep the halls their workspace, pretty cool but your room will be a boiling pot read more

This is now my go to hotel when I visit my family in Delray. It's a great addition to the new revitalized downtown. Room is modern, spacious and clean. Staff are always helpful. Walking distance to Atlantic Avenue which has many restaurants, bars etc. The Delray Beach Market, a food hall, is also walking distance. Can't go wrong with the location. It was a very short walk to the main drag where there are so many cute great restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach what I didn't like so much was that AC really wasn't functioning well, so it was very difficult for me to get my room cold But otherwise this service was wonderful and really hipster cute place. Creepy! I usually love ALoft but not this one. The halls ate goth with stains on the carpets. People in lobby just hanging out looking for a pickup. Asked for towels at 6;;30 and got a knock at the door at 11;40 after asleep with our privacy light on to deliver the towels. Mixed use with apartment owners wandering the floor racing the ice machine. The room designer was not on their game when the designed the rooms. Courtyard by Marriott is the same price, same location and MUCH better choice. Aloft feels like it was Great if your newly divorced and want a place to hang. read more

Our stay was awesome and I will definitely come back to stay at this location. It is conveniently located close to Downtown Delray Beach where all the restaurants are located. We didn't get to visit the beach this time around, but it's okay. I love the look of the rooms as it's "Art Deco" style. Our room was located on the third floor and we had the view of the pool area. We were checked in by Alison and she was very pleasant and friendly. We were informed that housekeeping would only be provided on 4 or more days stay. We were there for less, but we were okay with not having that service. Alison did inform us that if we needed anything extra such as towels, etc that we can contact the front desk. The room was very clean and nicely setup. Love the fact that the room came with a steamer for our clothes as well as a refrigerator. The refrigerator was a fancy looking one at that, lol. I need to get one of them. The tv was a great size and was mounted on the wall. Our entire stay was great! Will definitely be coming back. read more

LOVE this gorgeous modern brand new hotel right in the heart of DelRay Beach! I am so excited this is in my backyard! The WXYZ lounge in this hotel is stunning!! I live for a gorgeous cocktail bar with good music and vibes. This place is super sexy great for a few drinks before dinner on the ave with friends or a date. The icing on the cake here is Dean the infamous mixologist who takes great pride in his job. He will create you any drink you want and serve it with a smile and style! Thank you to the beverage manager for hooking us up with a VIP card for discounts on all our drinks. She is incredibly sweet and definitely has great intentions for this gorgeous bar! I stayed one night recently and loved this property. It's the new format with sustainable furnishings, flooring, etc. Love this model! HIGHLIGHTS: - Great location - close to the beaches. So much close in. - Parking at $18 a night was a deal - easy in and out. Not a huge garage. - Pool deck on the second level. here's the scoop - for a short stay - it's ok...but for longer...nope. 2 towels...and never changed out with out our request - we had to request toilet paper - as we were only given one roll - and when housekeeping came in - it was never refreshed. we left cleaning light on every day - not once was it done without us asking - again. the towels were like the ones at your parents house when the stitching shrinks up and you can't actually cover up. there was a creepy hand print on our door all week - hi - wipe it off?? and our room was on the upper patio - so we couldn't actually open the shades or there were people immediately outside the windows which was annoying. so why three stars - the air conditioner was perfection - room stayed nice and cold (messy but cold). and the bed - was so unbelievably comfortable we slept so well. so not the worst - but definitely could be better. oh and the manager allowing what was most definitely a very tweaked out sex worker go upstairs by flashing his card at the elevator was hella uncool. read more

I originally left this place three stars as the check in process seemed flawed but over the next several days and meeting with staff directly. This is not a 3 star property but 4 star. This place is on par with a Marriott resort without resort fees. It includes pool party area and outdoor relaxation. A great gym and full breakfast for elite with full kitchen. Parking is a little expensive as you also have to pay for EV charging on top of that. Most of the chargers are broken too. I spoke with management and they seemed understanding and willing to try and resolve. Really love it except for the few quirks. read more

I don't know how this happened but when we came I was hoping we would have an amazing stay given I've been to other alofts before. The first room we got was DIRTY. The shower had some mysterious substance in it. We asked to be moved. So they put us in another room. Once again DIRTY. ‍ There was a used water bottle on the floor and it looked like someone had just checked out. Finally they moved us into a room that wasn't dirty, but it was a pretty terrible experience to enter a space that is not cleaned. Had higher expectations for the price being paid. The workers were all very kind and patient with us though, so really appreciate that. read more

The Aloft Delray is an amazing hotel with lots of amenities. The have a pool, gym, lobby and pool deck bar, and a pool table in the lobby. The beach is only .9 miles away. Here's a secret, go to the beach during sunrise. It's usually only a few people there meditating, doing yoga, or watching the sunrise. I've stayed here a few times in different rooms and they're all comfortable. Atlantic Ave. is really close to the hotel. So you can keep your car parked at the Aloft then take a walk on the Ave. It'll save you parking fee for sure. The Aloft offers their guest free parking. How cool is that? They're not serving breakfast at the moment, but they do have free coffee and tea in the lobby. When's the last time you've been to Aloft? read more

Aloft Delray/ wxyz bar - Nice service, but nothing spectacular. The entertainment is really great ! Do not have any high expectations of the food or drinks . Bland food, inaccurate happy hour deals, and very limited wine selection. It took 20 minutes just for a side of vegetables. Chef offered a free dessert to me once knew how I felt about the food, nice gesture but prefer better food overall. The manager, Shannon, didn't have a friendly face, not welcoming hospitality. A professional manager would have checked on the situation instead of just staring ...Comfy ambience but mediocre all around ! I'm local so hoping maybe the next visit will be better if I come back ( music great , food not ) . Not sure if I would suggest to friends or family to stay here ; I definitely would recommend somewhere else to eat then maybe come hang out in the lounge. read more

The hotel is very large clean, and up to date! This is my second time staying here since the hotel has opened the stay was comfortable and immaculate! The staff were always there to help! Ryan, Aakif and Vanessa went above and beyond. Alicia from its sister hotel Viana in Long Island New York also helped make this very last minute trip happen! Awesome hotel! We arrived early before check in and they told us our room wasn't ready but they said we are more than welcome to go to the rooftop pool and that they have bathrooms if we would like to change too. We did just that and the pool is great.. is not freezing cold either because I believe it's set at a right temperature to get in comfortably. There's a bar by the pool and some appetizers. Overall great area to hang out in. The rooms are too cute, I loved the deco in the room. Such a vibe. My kids went on vacation with my husband for a week and had a BLAST! The infinity pool on the roof was a hit with the kids. My son loved the gym, the awesome breakfast protein bowl, and delicious dinner. The hotel will host a puppy adoption event today, the kids are beyond excited! The hotel has a fun, creative vibe. Unfortunately this property is pretty unkept. Very dirty. We switched rooms twice and had to settle. The head board had stuff on it in two rooms as did most walls and surfaces unwiped everywhere. Stains on the carpets and on the sofas. Ewe! The management was nice/professional about it but insisted all was fine and that the rooms are a "bit aged"!!! Awful. Aged is one thing, but basic cleanliness is another. Basics like a bathroom door should shut and not naturally roll open!!! The management clearly doesn't care. The health department should visit them. I would not stay there again. read more

Great location - mins away from everything you need - Beach, Gas station, food shopping, TJ max, Ross, Chick-fil-A, Whole Foods etc. the area itself is so nice, clean and well taken care of! Beautiful huge lobby/ hall area! Ceiling so high and very bright and airy. Loft design! I would call it modern industrial chic! Front desk is so modernized and adopted to Covid reality: mask and sensitizers everywhere, plastic cups and utensils, breakfast is packed so you can take it and go to your room or stay at the lobby. We like the Berry oatmeal one - fresh and delicious! It was very quiet and very comfortable staying/being at the Aloft with a toddler! So many thing/games to do and entertain yourself, your kid, your guests.. Their food and service are outstanding! We felt like we are at our friends house - so comfortable, welcoming and pleasant! Bathrooms in the lobby are very clean and smell good. They have big conference rooms - my first impression was is that they are perfect for a wedding - very classy looking and those unrealistically high ceilings are just perfect for a big event like wedding! Parking on site. Bar in the lobby and at the swimming pool that opens at noon. Our child did not want to leave that hotel!! We loved it! Definitely a place to go back! read more

First time here and stopped for the Happy Hour! Lloyd was our bartender and he was amazing! Best bartender we've had in Florida. When I say florida, I mean the whole state. We've ( Me and my girlfriend) been to Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach etc. and he was awesome. He is an excellent/professional mixologist who creates the vibe. Honestly this hotel needs to hire him as the head of the bartenders, due to his excellent interpersonal and technical skills. He made our time here amazing. read more

We were unable to return to our usual venue due to Covid, but we are so stoked to have started a new annual tradition of holding our banquet at the Aloft! The team was absolutely phenomenal from planning through event day execution. This was a seamless and stress-free event for our team, and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves during the evening! (A huge win for any event host!) Our out-of-town guests had an amazing stay at the hotel, and our event guests were thrilled with the room, the staff, the convenience, the food, everything! People are quick to open new hotels and have them be hybrid apts and hotel. It seems like Aloft couldn't make the full commitment to being a hotel. I'd love to live here but to stay here is not worth it! They are missing some very basic essentials of any hotel with this kind of pricing -- eg room service. They are short staffed which is unfortunate and albeit, I stayed with a large group, but this hotel was booked months ago. Not interested in coming back. read more
