2nd bedroom in my 3/2 rental. Very nice

When I'm staying more than a night in Orlando in a group of three or more I usually try to find a condo here. It's centrally located to most of the places I go and easy enough to get in and out of. Booking a condo can be a little confusing for some since it's not like a hotel, and there are a few ways to book; either through finding an owner that has a unit available through sites like VRBO or Homeaway or by booking with the main company Millennium which is what I wound up doing on my most recent stay. Because many of the units are maintained and owned by private individuals cleanliness can vary a little, the corporate owned unit I stayed in however was immaculate and well taken care of. There's a Walgreens within the complex and a Publix right next door, perfect for those who want to save a little money and make use of the full kitchen which usually has all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need. Keep in mind that there usually aren't any salt and spices so keep that in mind when picking up stuff to cook. To anyone looking for a place to stay with multiple people, even for relatively short visits, I recommend giving Vista Cay a try over getting multiple hotel rooms. It saves money and it's more fun when everyone stays together. Even if you planned on staying in one hotel room, it's still not much more than a moderately priced hotel. The only reason why I don't give it a 5 star rating is because pricing does vary from owner to owner pretty wildly, especially with those who like to charge extra fees beyond the typical cleaning fee; like a "security fee" or "resort fee", it should be room, tax, and cleaning fee (which is usually be waived for longer stays) Like I said, it can be a little confusing but it's well worth the effort in my opinion.

Beautiful spacious clean 3 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and all the perks as a rental while in town for a convention was pretty damn terrific! While I was here in Orlando a few months back my company worked out some rooms for us here at Vista Cay. When I walked into my room I was expecting the norm and was blown away to find that it was a spectacular huge condo unit. Large comfy bed, huge master bathroom, great living space with cable tv and large flat screens, laundry room, balcony area with nice views, and full kitchen. There is a Publix supermarket and a Walgreens close by so stocking up on foods for breakfast and snacks for night time was a great plus. The fridge kept my beers nice and cold. I really never had to leave this place other than going back and forth to the convention center. Even better was the free wifi that came with the space so I was always connected. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Considering I was here for a work trip I kinda felt as if I was on vacation. Just wish I had more time to use the large pool off the clubhouse check in building. There's a tiki bar there too.

close to universal studios and International drive where all the restaurants are. I chose this place for this spacious living space and close proximity to Orange County Convention Center. Price was right and I enjoyed my stay. To pick up the keys, you have to go to this apt on the complex where you pay a $75 for cleaning fee if you stay less than 6 days. Make sure to get toilet paper though, since the ones there are rough! Vista de Cay Millenium Resort - Executive Suite -only $200 a nite -3 bedrooms -laundry room -kitchen -dining room -good for families

Great complex by Millinium. Well maintained, attention to detail. Great place for an extended stay in Orlando. Gym and pool facilities, all the 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condos have at least 2 bathrooms and spacious floor plans. Comfortable 2 person full size kitchen, compact laundry room and nice small balcony. Close to Sea World, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Universal Orlando and easy driving to DisneyWorld & Epcot Center. I always stay here for any conventions, who normally charter Mears to do transportation from Vista Cay to the OCCC. Great job guys, see you next year!

The resort was aged, but it accommodated the event we were attending. If they finish the repairs, it looks like it could be nice again.

It's a bit out of the way but it's worth it for the quiet tranquil local. Gayle and Marcia are so friendly and helpful. The "Apartment" was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a small pool on the grounds and the beach is across the street. Interesting walk through some trees to get to the beach, definitely don't go near sun down LOL My only complaint is the bathroom did not have counterspace... but this is just a small issue, we made it work. Helps to have a hanging toiletry bag. Highly recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet to just relax.

The location itself is a short walk away from Ocean Inlet Beach Park, which has a path that leads directly to the beach. A few minutes north is the parking lot for the Boynton Inlet Pier. Parking was relatively easy, with the main lot nestled behind the property, facing the inter-coastal (and the multi-million dollar homes we definitely cannot afford). The building itself is old, so if anyone who wants to visit is physically impaired, it is best to stick to the first floor, as the second floor can only be accessed via concrete stairs. The weather was perfect for swimming, but due to red tide lingering around the coast, we decided not to swim on the beach. Instead, we utilized the swimming pool. A perfect size for a nice swim, but if multiple people are sharing it, it is best not to create too many wakes. Surrounded by palm trees, flowers, and other plants which add to an old Florida aesthetic. The miniature water fountains scattered throughout add to the aesthetic of attempting to have Florida resemble a tropical paradise. With the property being compact within a limited amount of space, it provides a cozy atmosphere, making the property feel smaller, and therefore, more 'home-like'. Behind the pool is a large wooden open-air pavilion, allowing guests a place to hide from the sun and to socialize if they so choose. Surrounding the pool were large beach chairs and beach umbrella, which we promptly used after our swim. There was a grill, but we did not get to use it. Our hotel room was located at the front-left corner of the property, facing the highway and swimming pool. We kept our privacy thanks to each window having both roller blinds and blackout blinds. The room was clean and had plenty of space, feeling more like a well-furnished apartment split into different sections. It included a comfortable king-size bed, an accessible patio with a wide living room, an actual kitchen with a refrigerator stocked with bottled water (at no additional charge), and a clean bathroom with a unique glass paneled sink. In the kitchen was a binder, which could be used by guests as a guide to check out the best local areas in Palm Beach County. If this facility offered guests to rent for a monthly rate, I would not be shocked if some took up on the offer. The cherry on top of this experience was having a positive encounter with the incredibly helpful staff. They helped us check into our rooms once it was ready, stocked the refrigerator, recommended local restaurants, helping us learn how the lock system worked for the room, and they even went as far assisting with finding my missing ring (a separate story for another time). I want to give this place the full five stars, but there was one issue that I couldn't overlook. Whenever on the patio, there was a sulfuric odor that lingered in the area. At first, I thought it was natural gas or propane, but the grill was on the other side, and no odor was found in the area. I do not have any proof, but my guess is that the odor stemmed from the old water pipes connected to the outside pool shower. The same odor could be smelled once water ran through our personal shower drain. We did not feel we were at risk for our health, but the unpleasant scent was noticeable. This can be fixed by replacing the old water pipes with new ones. Considering the age of the property, I understand that it would probably take some time to implement, but I believe it would do the property some good. Overall, we were incredibly happy for the pleasant experience, and would highly recommend Sun Dek Beach House if you ever need a local stay-cation by the beach. A bit pricey, but considering the rates at other neighboring locations, and the limited time we had, this was a great destination.

I got so much more than I expected from that decision! I prefer boutique/villas like this over chain hotels in smaller towns and absolutely got the relaxing, low key, "no worries" vibe as they have on the gate of the entrance. Just steps away from the downtown strip of Delray Beach, you can easily access the restaurants and shopping if you choose, but you can also get lost in the serenity of their lush tropical courtyard and pool areas, or even the private patio of your own room! I felt like I was in my own little world while there- it was a perfect contrast after driving into Miami! The room was well appointed with comfy furniture, plenty of space without being overwhelming, everything I'd need in the kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. All had nice updates and thoughtful touches. The snacks and chilled beverages available for purchase, as well as variety of coffee, tea, water, etc that were complimentary was perfect. There was plenty of information about local services and attractions without being gimmicky or touristy as many places where I'm from in Orlando can be. They even provided a sheet with events specific to the timing of my stay, which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing-- so kind and helpful! I asked how it would work if I got in late after the concert since the lobby closes at 9. We were able to do an earlier check in to get the key code and information, parking pass, handle credit card for incidentals, etc on my drive down so I had nothing to worry about when I arrived later. I was able to park and access my room after the concert with ease. I did also appreciate that even though I was staying there alone after dropping my friend off with family nearer to Miami, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. There was lighted parking, a code on the gate to enter the property, and a key code for my door to my room. I enjoyed some time at the pool and walking the block to the beach for sunrise during my stay as well! I appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area!

Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon & could not check back in until 4:00PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the SAME ROOM TYPE the night before & during the day I rebooked. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, & hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere. HOTEL'S RESPONSE TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY, DISREGARDS THE REAL ISSUES & MAKES EXCUSES.

I had to stay here for a couple nights while in town since it was so close to where I needed to be,…read moreand quite frankly, I never noticed other hotels close by. Coming from a much further airport (FLL), I had a really late check-in (around 10p) so I walked up to an empty desk. There was a sign indicating they would be back soon, but of course, no idea what time they left in order to gauge the 10 minute timeframe. Some older lady came up asking me where the staff was-clearly I didn't know-and she didn't seem to pleased with my reply but that's not my problem. Thankfully she muttered to herself and wandered off. When a girl came out, some oldhead interrupted my transaction, saying his keycard didn't work and I'm thinking did you not see she was helping me out? Girl did apologize for him but she shouldn't have been the one to do so. At this point, it's the guests here that seem to lack manners, and so far have been a little backwards. However, this girl was very helpful, and was able to answer any questions I had. Room was on the top 4th floor, and the wood flooring outside the elevator was really loud, even in my sneakers as I tried to be quiet. I was also given a little gift bag with a bottle of water, and a couple of snacks that I didn't get to eat, but this was nice. There was a little 'store' area behind the desk where I saw snacks and beverages available for purchase. Room was obviously dark since it was so late, but I had no idea where the lights were since the first light only lit the small entryway. I had to get my phone out to see two bedside lights, one overhead lamp on the chaise, and one desk lamp. Lighting in hotel/room is very flourescent if that makes sense; nothing warm or relaxing. Strangely, the desk lamp was the best lighting. There was a mini-fridge and microwave up front. I had to go back downstairs to get toothpaste, and this was a different girl, but she was just as great as the first. I remember she had on a turquoise beanie hat. I wish I would have gotten their names. Shower water pressure wasn't very strong, there was a lot of green calcium/hard water deposit on the shower head, and there was a slight unpleasant smell that I tried to ignore. The Dove products however were fine. Desk area was comfortable, I spent a lot of time here eating/getting stuff done and was glad that the lighting for that area was the best. TV worked just fine. Bed was actually quite comfortable, I wasn't sure what to expect but this made for a good sleep. I missed the daily free breakfast both mornings I was there since I had to be up early for other things, but this was probably a nice touch. I didn't use the gym/pool at all. One of the best things about this place was the free parking. As expected, front spots were hard to come by, but the parking does go all the way around, and there is a back door to access the hotel with your keycard. I also felt this was a very safe area; you're across from a retirement community so I can't imagine too much trouble going on there. If you need a place to basically sleep and shower, this place gets the job done.
