Great location. Hearty breakfast options that changes daily. Well appointed rooms complete with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice gym and pool area. My stay was made incredible by Jazz at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and was so very friendly and professional.

I was extremely impressed by this new Hampton Inn. It is a little north of the strip which allows for quiet nights but you are close enough to walk down the street to the action. The staff are extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in pristine condition and I felt that I was in a luxury hotel. The ambiance and decor is beautiful. The room was quiet and spacious. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Amazing hotel! I was nervous because no reviews but they did an amazing job with this spot. Great location and great furniture. The bed was soft and they had nice pillows. I loved the bathroom. TVs have Netflix and other streaming options - it's 2023 that's important. The fitness center is actually really nice. Comparable to the Alofts gym! It has a peloton and free weights - I was in there everyday working off all the food I ate while on vacay. It's cheaper from a price perspective but doesn't lack any quality. The free breakfast is delicious eggs sausage waffles coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And the lobby is gorgeous. The only downside is the pool is small and not very lively. But you are in Delray so go take a walk to the ocean because the location is so close! It doesn't really matter. Highly recommend!

As soon as we got off the elevator, the host was there to greet us and help us find our table, which was a nice touch. To the left was this beautiful pool all lit up at night, and to the right it felt like you were walking into a rose garden. There were vines everywhere, cute tables, and so many perfect spots for pictures. It was also great for people watching. Our table had a comfy couch, chairs, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. The service was great the whole night, and having a bar inside made it even better. We ended up staying pretty late because the atmosphere was fun, the entertainment was good, and there was always something going on. Definitely a really fun spot for a night out

The bed was very comfortable. It had a little sitting area with a table. I will say that I encountered a few hiccups when I arrived. They were fixed pretty quickly. I didn't report the AC, but it would get very humid in the room. I didn't feel like it was working properly. The room was equipped with a Keurig and a fridge. The Keurig had k cups of coffee, decaf coffee, and tea. You do get bottled water in the room. It is replenished daily. Bathroom: I liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom. The Bathroom was separated by a door. The Bathroom was also spacious and clean. The towels were nice and thick. I love the bathrobes that they provided. The toiletries smelled great. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap. They also had a little box with cotton swabs and a nail file. The water pressure was great and there was always hot water available. I noticed that they did not have an iron in the room, but I called and they brought it up within a few minutes. They also offered to bring in a microwave. I thought that was super nice. Balcony: the room did have a small balcony with two chairs and a table. It had a partial view of the ocean, but my room was mostly view of the parking lot. The blackout curtains worked great. Pool: the pool was amazing. There was always plenty of lounge chairs. They do stick with the rule of no holding chairs. They also have a covered area with tables and chairs where you can just hang out. They provide towels and water. I also noticed they had some block available for you for free. The attendant walked around, making sure that everyone had what they needed and there was also a waitress that could take your order. Cookies and fruit on were available on each floor daily. Bagged ice was available as well. Gym: it was clean with plenty of machines to include treadmills and weights. They also have free weights available for use. The gym was big. They had towels and water available for use. I like that you had to use your room key to get in, so I felt a little safer exercising at five in the morning. Restaurants: the property has a few areas where you can eat. They have two bars. The rooftop bar is pretty nice. I had a drink, but no food on the property. They do have happy hour specials. You could also order room service or order pick up from one of the restaurants. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. It is also walking distance to all the stores on the main street. There's a few restaurants right out on the street or you can walk 10 to 15 minutes to the major area with restaurants and stores. If you're staying longer and want to get some snacks or groceries, there is a Trader Joe's less than 10 minutes away via a car. Check out was fast and easy. They were able to hold my luggage.

I was led up the stairs on arrival to my assigned locker where I had a robe and shoes waiting for me. Inside the locker room was an infrared sauna space. There were showers and bathrooms as well. The spa attendant Irene was such a pleasure. She was so kind and accomodating. She offered me dark chocolate blueberries and almonds while I was waiting. There was tea and water available as well. I waited in the lounge area until Christine came to get me for my icy glow facial. She was fantastic! Loved this facial. My sentiments were the same for my massage by Alex. 10/10 experience for both. The spa fell short due to the fact that pool entry or any other amenities on resort property are NOT included when you're already spending hundreds of dollars for multiple treatments. Hence why I am giving it 4 stars. I loved that when I left, I was given a bag of samples of the items Christine used on my skin during the facial.

OMG--I have never seen a room layout like this before, but it was PERFECT! There was so much space for the bathroom and vanity. Then the two large beds and TV. You asl o had a semi wall and a couch and sofa that opened into a bed on the other side along with a TV as well. Everyone was able to spread out and relax when needed. On the rooftop was the pool with a bar and you could order food. Adam, the bartender, was super kind and personable too. He made sure that everyone stayed hydrated. He even made my teen a custom fruity drink with some cherries in it. The pool offered lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool was cool and refreshing. You can see the Atlantic Ocean from the pool too so it is great for photos. The lobby has a restaurant and has basic breakfast and dinner items. Nothing worth bragging about. The hotel also offers a market place for little things you might need. There is covered parking which is $27 daily which is not bad at all. Atlantic Ave is 2 blocks from the hotel and we felt 100% comfortable walking back to the hotel at night from Atlantic Ave. too.

I got so much more than I expected from that decision! I prefer boutique/villas like this over chain hotels in smaller towns and absolutely got the relaxing, low key, "no worries" vibe as they have on the gate of the entrance. Just steps away from the downtown strip of Delray Beach, you can easily access the restaurants and shopping if you choose, but you can also get lost in the serenity of their lush tropical courtyard and pool areas, or even the private patio of your own room! I felt like I was in my own little world while there- it was a perfect contrast after driving into Miami! The room was well appointed with comfy furniture, plenty of space without being overwhelming, everything I'd need in the kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. All had nice updates and thoughtful touches. The snacks and chilled beverages available for purchase, as well as variety of coffee, tea, water, etc that were complimentary was perfect. There was plenty of information about local services and attractions without being gimmicky or touristy as many places where I'm from in Orlando can be. They even provided a sheet with events specific to the timing of my stay, which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing-- so kind and helpful! I asked how it would work if I got in late after the concert since the lobby closes at 9. We were able to do an earlier check in to get the key code and information, parking pass, handle credit card for incidentals, etc on my drive down so I had nothing to worry about when I arrived later. I was able to park and access my room after the concert with ease. I did also appreciate that even though I was staying there alone after dropping my friend off with family nearer to Miami, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. There was lighted parking, a code on the gate to enter the property, and a key code for my door to my room. I enjoyed some time at the pool and walking the block to the beach for sunrise during my stay as well! I appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area!

Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon & could not check back in until 4:00PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the SAME ROOM TYPE the night before & during the day I rebooked. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, & hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere. HOTEL'S RESPONSE TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY, DISREGARDS THE REAL ISSUES & MAKES EXCUSES.
