Heyyyyyyy you guys! This is the perfect location, staff is amazing. Hardworking people. The premises is very well maintained. We had a great stay and cannot wait to go back. Rooftop bar and pool with live musical cannot Ask for more. It's near everything DelRay has to offer within walking distance. Cannot wait to go back. read more

I met up with a friend who was staying here with her boyfriend ! Pool on the roof was awesome ! Clean water and soothing on a hot day ! View was great with a view of ocean ! They have happy hour which was a few dollars off of drinks ! Only bad thing was my Margherita flatbread was not crunchy . Soft and a little soggy not very good ! I would not get it again . read more

I love this place for so many reasons - - walking distance from the main street with plenty of options for food, drinks, entertainment, shopping, everything you'd ever need or want - very comfortable, clean, beautiful, quiet and large rooms - the roof deck pool was clean, comfortable, has a bar and excellent views - each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly - coffee and plenty of work spaces in the lobby The only con was that we had to leave. I would definitely make this our go to spot when in Delray in the future! read more

I would give this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. While not "on the beach" the walk to the beach took less than 15 minutes and allowed for us to stop and some amazing stores along the way like Island Water Sports and Icy Bean for the best iced coffee. Matthew at the front desk is so personable and east to chat with. We are a family of 4 and were put into a double king suite. OMG--I have never seen a room layout like this before, but it was PERFECT! There was so much space for the bathroom and vanity. Then the two large beds and TV. You asl o had a semi wall and a couch and sofa that opened into a bed on the other side along with a TV as well. Everyone was able to spread out and relax when needed. On the rooftop was the pool with a bar and you could order food. Adam, the bartender, was super kind and personable too. He made sure that everyone stayed hydrated. He even made my teen a custom fruity drink with some cherries in it. The pool offered lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool was cool and refreshing. You can see the Atlantic Ocean from the pool too so it is great for photos. The lobby has a restaurant and has basic breakfast and dinner items. Nothing worth bragging about. The hotel also offers a market place for little things you might need. There is covered parking which is $27 daily which is not bad at all. Atlantic Ave is 2 blocks from the hotel and we felt 100% comfortable walking back to the hotel at night from Atlantic Ave. too. read more

I live very close to the hotel. We had a major storm that knocked out power and alarms were going off. I called the hotel and asked if they could accommodate me and my dog. Without hesitation they did and were super cordial. Room was great, quiet and spacious. read more

Had an ok experience during my 2 night stay. I had paid for an upgraded corner room with a King bed specifically. I checked in and went to the room only to find two queens and I was in the middle of the building sandwiched between rooms. Went to the desk and she acted like they did me a favor by giving me an upgrade to an ocean view. The ocean "view" was literally a tiny sliver and I told them I didn't want the upgrade. Well they didn't have my room type available which is very annoying. They did give me free parking for the stay but they weren't that friendly about it. The location of this hotel is nice. You can walk to the beach or you can walk to many shops and restaurants. The room was pretty clean. The was deck area was pretty but I didn't use the pool. They do have a bar there as well to order drinks and relax. I personally prefer to stay at the Aloft instead of this Courtyard in the future. read more

Clean, friendly, and well-appointed hotel with a nice pool and bar on the roof. Beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. My only issue was that they failed to tell us that a welcome gift was dropped off for us, and they didn't tell us when a bus came to pick up around 8 of us for a wedding. They were able to contact the driver and have him come back, which was nice. Anyway, that aside, it was a nice stay. read more

Overdue review. This Marriott was modern, clean, and convenient to everything downtown. We love the size of the room and the beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend if stay in Delray. Customer service was excellent! Loved the rooftop pool, especially the bar! read more

Location is probably good for most. Reception desk was poor, never explained the amenities. Website says breakfast, all i had encountered was a few people inline ordering and didn't have time to wait inline. Was hoping for fruit, yogurt, toast thing. Came back after working all day. Rooftop bar was a joke with basic fried junk food options and drinks in a plastic cup. $500 a night!!!! During the week, really? read more

Improve soundproofing, address noise complaints effectively, upgrade mattresses, and provide better customer service and follow-up.

We had an awesome experience at this Courtyard recently in Delray Beach. Check-in was super-friendly, the room was modern and clean, and all common areas were modern and clean and inviting. Overnight parking is only $27 bucks at the Courtyayd which is comparatively an awesome value to anywhere else in Delray Beach where public parking is $14 per hour and a two hour minimum. So if you go to any restaurant for 60 minutes you're paying $28 if you have to park in Public Parking. Great experience and great location close to the downtown; but, not impacted by all the noise, partying, and fanfare. Not that we don't love that; but, we don't want to live that 24/7. Really nice Marriott property. Nice Starbucks and Bistro available. read more

This was a real pretty hotel. Location was great. They had parking. The lobby always smelled so nice. Didn't have much encounter with the lobby staff, other then check in and check out. Which was easy and pleasant. The room, I must say was pretty large for a hotel room. Nice size bathroom, beds were comfy. My only issue was the AC. I found the ac to be warm at night. I like to sleep cool, especially in a warm climate. Housekeeping was great. They made up the room early every day. Out in the hallways nice and early. The roof top pool was nice! Pretty crowded when we were there. Pool was nice. We ordered drinks from the reef bar. And had wings and a quesadilla one day. Service up there was great. Adam and Jennifer were great. The hotel is perfectly situated from everything. Walking distance to shops and dining. read more

Paid for 2 nights... Even though I only needed one. I did so so I could check in early the next morning instead of having to wait till 4pm (needed to check in by 8am. When I arrived they said they gave my room away because I didnt call LOL. What? I paid for the room upfront, it doesn't matter what time I check in I already paid for it. Waited around till they found something open after being on a flight all night. That's exactly what I didn't wanna have to do and the reason why I paid for an additional night even though I didnt need it at the time. I wanted the luxury of being able to check in early with no complications. Beds are comfortable. I didn't realize this isnt a actual hotel it's the residences? Whatever that means... they don't offer any room service here. I decided to extend my stay by two days. I arranged it with the front desk and paid, I was assured I did not have to move rooms and it would be related to housekeeping of my new check out date so there was no confusion. I woke up to banging on my door, jumped out of bed to be greeted by a male and another person opening my door while Im completely naked asking when Im checking out. Completely horrified. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. read more

Had a pretty good stay here while visiting family. Very convenient location where you are minutes away from Atlantic Avenue and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The real standout here for why I will continue to book the Courtyard Delray is the bartender Meghan. She was an absolute joy to be around and made my stay extremely enjoyable. She is a national treasure that must be protected at all costs! read more

Great hotel. Walking into the beautifully decorated lobby, the first thing that hits is the calming White Tree and fig aroma! It put the visit on the right foot. There is a cafe with breakfast and Starbucks on the first floor. Lots of places to sit and visit with friends. Also a fantastic pool and bar on the top floor with music and happy hour on the weekends. Our room was modern, a nice size, awesome bathroom, huge TV and the most comfortable bed ever. The location is just perfect. Far enough off of Atlantic Ave to be quiet and close enough to walk and join all the fun. The perfect place and a great choice. read more

We have just departed from the Delray Courtyard and were very pleased with our four day stay. The hotel is lovely and every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and professional. The location was ideal, close to the beach on one end and close to dozens of restaurants and bars on the other end. Our room was first class. The pool on the roof was wonderful. The cleanliness was exceptional. Paid parking was safe and convenient. The only suggestion we have to offer is a better breakfast offerings. read more

Service and room quality. Front desk that would stop talking to each other when guest arrive. Don't rent rooms with known issues

Great hotel with a nice atmosphere. The rooms are great. A lot of random weirdos entering the property, so I would be careful on the elevators. Security walks around with a huge bullet proof vest on and looks clueless and quite frankly, stupid. One guy was on the roof hammered, falling all over and nearly cracked his skull. Another gent asks the bartender to call security. Bartender serves him two more drinks and then walks him to his room? Guy comes back, security shows up and gets a drink too. Doesn't do anything but look fucking stupid. One night at 10 or later, a man was grabbing ice from the ice machine (downstairs lobby) without gloves or a mask. I thought it was a random person so I reported it. They were like "oh. He works here. " Um that's unsanitary and just all around gross. read more

What a nice surprise. I didn't expect much from a Courtyard but this hotel was great. Rooms were very clean, bed super comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Another shot out to the bartender for a new creation we named a Weezie. Also able to soak up sun while getting out and run each morning. Overall an amazing experience! read more

Really nice hotel, great pool deck, only complaint would be music. they play on the pool deck 24 seven. I think the bartenders are really into 90s music, which is actually fun here and there. But all day every day is just too much. It's too loud It's not on par with the atmosphere, and there's just no escaping it when you want to relax by the pool. Seems like it's more about what they want then what would be best for the guests at a bonvoy property. read more

When you stay in a hotel you look for several things (in no particular order)...cleanliness, comfortable beds, good showers, reasonable prices, good food. In Florida, add a good pool area. Courtyard checks ALL THE BOXES! Well done...hats off to the person who chose the mattresses, linens and pillows...INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE! BEST SLEEPING CONDITIONS EVER! Engineering did a great job with the A/C, also. read more

Sadly, I only stayed one night but the property was very clean and the staff was extremely professional and kind. Managed to check-in well before 4pm. I recently stayed here because I had a surgery very close by. This hotel is definitely awesome it is brand new everything is super clean. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. but one problem. I booked here because I have a Tesla and I was going to be able to charge me vehicle over night. Turns out the four electric car chargers they advertise for guests are all down and being used as regular Parking spots for trucks and non electric vehicles. There wasn't even a sign on them that said they were not working. When I asked the two very young employees running the show at the front desk they had told me that they had been waiting for three months for them to be fixed. As a consumer paying a premium, I do not expect to have to go elsewhere for amenities that are advertised and that I am paying for in the price of the room. Oh and by the way my flight was canceled due to weather and they wouldn't give me any kind of reimbursement even though my 7 day trip turned into a 6 day trip. read more

CLEAN. QUIET. COMFORTABLE BEDS. NICE SHOWER. Easy self parking, front desk staff super nice. Water bottles are not free. ... UPDATE** Last month when I stayed here It stated on their website "free off site self parking." I know this because I asked about it and I wasn't charged for parking. Now it seems they actually DO NOT HAVE THIS. They claim to be slower than normal but still charge $20 for self parking and only have certain floor levels open.. doesn't make sense and I won't be staying here again. read more

Excellent! Keke, Red and Julian helped work out some issues with a red eye flight and let me check in early rather than pay for the night before which I really appreciated!! My husband and I stayed 2 nights 8/28 and 8/29 on a mid-week get away - and we both came home very sick with temperatures of 102.8 and 102.2. We stayed in room 311 and honestly, the hotel was not that clean. There was dirt on the shower walls and the bathroom floor was filthy. I also thought that the credenza underneath the TV and 2 side tables next to the bed needed to be cleaned. We mentioned this to the front desk lady as we left the hotel. However, we are now very sick. Maybe we got norovirus, maybe it was due to their HVAC systems? Because my car was parked in the Parking Garage underneath an HVAC Vent and dirt and debris was pouring out of the vent - so much so she did credit my parking of $22.50 per day (this rate is in addition to the hotel rate + taxes) - they don't tell you this when you book the hotel. However, when I came home I realized that someone had gone through my beach bag - maybe they thought it was a purse and they were looking for money - but my Apple I-Phone Ear Pods were missing/taken. I know this because I always put my swim cap and goggles in a ziplock bag, so that my swim cap doesn't puncture. And everything was a bit dishoveled. read more

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Check in & out super easy. Walkable to Atlantic Ave & to the beach.

We had a lovely room on the fourth floor, with a view showing the ocean in the distance. Overall, the room was clean and well appointed. I loved that there was a hook in the bathroom for my towel (a rarity in any hotel!). The staff was helpful, providing me with more towels as needed. I wish that I'd been told that housekeeping only comes every three days--it was probably written somewhere, but I didn't know until the end of my second day when I kept waiting for housekeeping to stop by to get trash and towels. I did appreciate the refrigerator because I could keep water and yogurt nearby. Also, there was some pink mold in the shower, which was picture perfect apart from that. Every time I showered, I had the urge to scrub it, but didn't have access to cleaning supplies. I missed having a window or sliding glass door because I really wanted to have fresh, outside ocean air, but that was not to be. read more

The hotel is in a convenient location, near stores and restaurants, but removed from the crowds on Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Our room was small but comfortable with a very good king bed. The room provided a view of the large auto repair facility across the street. If you stay here, request an east-facing room on an upper floor. The roof-top pool was lovely and well cared for. The staff at the pool, the desk and cleaning the rooms were friendly. The pool-side food was good bar food. For any other food needs, the many restaurants nearby are a better choice. Our problem was that we had trouble getting into our room for the full four days of our stay. The desk staff changed our keys, the engineering crew changed our door batteries, but each time we returned to the room, getting the door to open was a problem: Sometimes it took several minutes with multiple tries. Other times we had to seek assistance from the desk or cleaning staff. THIS WAS A DAILY FRUSTRATION! We notified the manager Jackie Young, and the front desk of our problem. When the problem was never fixed, we requested one day compensation. We were given 5,000 Marriott points. I quote Jackie Youngs final words to us in her final email denying that there was a problem. "If the mechanism was not working, housekeeping keys and engineering keys would not have been able to open the guestroom door. The points have been added to your account for the inconvenience and no further compensation will be given." GOOD LUCK TO THE NEXT PERSON WHO HAS THIS ROOM. read more

We reserved two queen beds, but were put in a king room. The king room (#234) was extremely small. We were able to change to 2 queen bed room with no problem. Room #227 was clean, very large, and reasonably priced. There was a fridge but no microwave. Showers have the shampoo, etc dispensers which I am not a fan of. My one complaint is they use scented products on the main floor and it was quite overpowering. read more

I chose Courtyard Marriott from reading the reviews. I got to the front desk and it smells amazing in the lobby. I was greeted by Roger. This young man made the check-in experience smooth and effortless. He answered any questions I had. Once I got into my room I received a call from Roger to make sure we were happy with the room. I called Roger 3-4 times for different issues and he came up himself and got it resolved. My kids ages 8 and 11 even mentioned his great customer service. We absolutely loved how he treated my kids and I. Vladimir was awesome as well. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and pool area on the roof is really nice. I definitely had a great experience at the Courtyard Marriott. We will be back. read more

I'm giving the hotel a 3.5 star due to the fact that while the room was very nice and the pool area was beautiful I had issues with other things. First of all when I got to the hotel they told me my room wasn't ready yet which was fine as we arrived early so we hung out by the pool area. we arrived at the hotel at 1130 and was told we could check in by 3. Around 330 my husband went to ask the front desk if they knew when the room would be ready and they were still unsure. Around 415 the bartender went down to ask about our room since we were tired and wanted to unpack and the room still wasn't available. At 445 I went down to check on the room and it was finally ready. No one assisted me with my bags and I had to take them all up myself while the girl who was showing me to my room didn't offer to help at all. The bistro in the main lobby serves breakfast until 11 I went down at 1045 for a piece of toast and coffee to be told that they were closed and to go order stuff from the bar at the pool. The bartender called down for my coffee and the same man who told me they were closed brought the coffee upstairs which made 0 sense. I also called down 4 different times in 2 days to ask for new towels and none were ever brought to me. For what I paid for my suite for 5 days I would have expected better customer service. read more
