I am staying at this hotel every month and it wasn't a time when manager, Fernanda or the girls who are cleaning weren't supportive, nice and welcoming. I absolutely love this hotel. It's always clean, peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is included also very good. See you next month.

If you haven't been, please do yourself a favor and go asap! Definitely one of my favorite resorts. The Flybridge breakfast is only available to Yacht Club guests and includes a complimentary continental breakfast. However, if you book with the American Express card through their fine hotel program, you will receive $60/pp breakfast credit per day which can be used here. The continental breakfast is set up buffet style which you can find items such as pastries, bagels, cheeses, meats, fruits, teas, coffee, etc. Now for the a la carte menu, I only tried one item and I legit ordered this item every single day because it was that AMAZING! The eggs Benedict - WOW! This has to be the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Not sure what type crack they put in it but it's made with challah bread instead of a typical English muffin and it comes with a side of scalloped potatoes, again, I don't know what type of crack they put in that either. Absolutely phenomenal and I am obsessed! Please make sure to get this item. Shout out to the chef, Roger. Besides the great breakfast, they have good service and the view is stunning. The location itself is a short walk away from Ocean Inlet Beach Park, which has a path that leads directly to the beach. A few minutes north is the parking lot for the Boynton Inlet Pier. Parking was relatively easy, with the main lot nestled behind the property, facing the inter-coastal (and the multi-million dollar homes we definitely cannot afford). The building itself is old, so if anyone who wants to visit is physically impaired, it is best to stick to the first floor, as the second floor can only be accessed via concrete stairs. The weather was perfect for swimming, but due to red tide lingering around the coast, we decided not to swim on the beach. Instead, we utilized the swimming pool. A perfect size for a nice swim, but if multiple people are sharing it, it is best not to create too many wakes. Surrounded by palm trees, flowers, and other plants which add to an old Florida aesthetic. The miniature water fountains scattered throughout add to the aesthetic of attempting to have Florida resemble a tropical paradise. With the property being compact within a limited amount of space, it provides a cozy atmosphere, making the property feel smaller, and therefore, more 'home-like'. Behind the pool is a large wooden open-air pavilion, allowing guests a place to hide from the sun and to socialize if they so choose. Surrounding the pool were large beach chairs and beach umbrella, which we promptly used after our swim. There was a grill, but we did not get to use it. Our hotel room was located at the front-left corner of the property, facing the highway and swimming pool. We kept our privacy thanks to each window having both roller blinds and blackout blinds. The room was clean and had plenty of space, feeling more like a well-furnished apartment split into different sections. It included a comfortable king-size bed, an accessible patio with a wide living room, an actual kitchen with a refrigerator stocked with bottled water (at no additional charge), and a clean bathroom with a unique glass paneled sink. In the kitchen was a binder, which could be used by guests as a guide to check out the best local areas in Palm Beach County. If this facility offered guests to rent for a monthly rate, I would not be shocked if some took up on the offer. The cherry on top of this experience was having a positive encounter with the incredibly helpful staff. They helped us check into our rooms once it was ready, stocked the refrigerator, recommended local restaurants, helping us learn how the lock system worked for the room, and they even went as far assisting with finding my missing ring (a separate story for another time). I want to give this place the full five stars, but there was one issue that I couldn't overlook. Whenever on the patio, there was a sulfuric odor that lingered in the area. At first, I thought it was natural gas or propane, but the grill was on the other side, and no odor was found in the area. I do not have any proof, but my guess is that the odor stemmed from the old water pipes connected to the outside pool shower. The same odor could be smelled once water ran through our personal shower drain. We did not feel we were at risk for our health, but the unpleasant scent was noticeable. This can be fixed by replacing the old water pipes with new ones. Considering the age of the property, I understand that it would probably take some time to implement, but I believe it would do the property some good. Overall, we were incredibly happy for the pleasant experience, and would highly recommend Sun Dek Beach House if you ever need a local stay-cation by the beach. A bit pricey, but considering the rates at other neighboring locations, and the limited time we had, this was a great destination.

This resort is small and right on the beach. Most of the rooms face the ocean. There are many restaurants and stores within a five minute walk so I'm happy with minimal immensities here. It gets right to the point.....The Ocean! So far it has been a quiet stay. Most of the people staying here have been respectful of noise. I asked the front desk about gym access and was told there was no on-site gym, despite the listing suggesting otherwise, and was directed across the street to a corporate office parking lot where, I was told, hotel guests routinely exercise. Acting on that guidance, I did exactly that. Within 30 minutes, a man approached me, a Black woman, alone, at 7:30am, and began recording me on his phone before saying a single word to me. He confronted me, demanded I leave, and when I didn't escalate, he sprinted across the street into this hotel's lobby to report me, loudly and repeatedly referring to me as "the black woman." On his way out, as I was coming in, he called me a fucking bitch. Your staff directed me into that situation. Your General Manager, Enrique, was contacted multiple times by my husband and responded with "we told the guy to leave" and, when asked to personally address the situation with the neighboring property, said "sir, you're asking us to do a lot." He never called my room. He never sent anyone to speak with me. He offered no apology and no accountability of any kind. The only person at this property who behaved with any decency was the front desk agent, Katrina, who apologized sincerely and acknowledged what had happened. I am a recovering surgical patient. I came here for rest. I spent that morning sobbing, shaken, and on the phone with my therapist. That is what "go across the street" cost me. If you have no on-site gym, remove it from your amenities. If you have a Lifetime Fitness partnership, direct guests there and only there. Do not send guests, especially women, alone, early in the morning, into spaces you cannot vet, and then tell their husbands you've been asked to do too much when it goes wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with hotel ownership and am escalating to Hilton corporate. I am also preserving my right to file with the Florida Commission on Human Relations. I'm sharing this publicly because the next woman who asks about the gym deserves to know.

I booked using our group link, but when I updated my guest count from 2 to 3, the system changed my reservation and removed my special rate, which included discounted parking and a $24 daily breakfast coupon. The front desk employee at check-in was polite, gave us water and cookies, and noted the issue, but he couldn't restore the coupon since the block was handled by another department. Management never followed up. The property itself is outdated and shows heavy wear. My room had a musty odor, stained carpet, a peeling chair, and two large ants that I had to kill. The bed was comfortable and the fridge worked well, but the shower tub wouldn't drain, leaving standing water on my feet. Staff offered to move us, but I declined since it was only 2 nights. Housekeeping was a strange experience. We didn't need full cleaning, just fresh trash bags to empty our own trash. The housekeeper was friendly, but said she didn't have any trash bags because our room wasn't on the cleaning list. I've never been to a hotel where housekeeping couldn't provide a trash bag. Getting a 1pm late check-out as a rewards member was also a runaround. I was repeatedly told to check back on the morning of departure. When I messaged at 9:30am on check-out day, I was denied again until I voiced my frustration over the entire stay, at which point the agent finally accommodated the 1pm request. Despite the procedural headaches, every employee was professional and respectful. Joe, the bartender, was fantastic and very helpful with wine selections. Additionally, after leaving for the airport, I realized I'd left my purse in the room. I called the hotel, and the front desk agent answered immediately, located it right away, and had it waiting safely for me. The employees did their best, but the owners needs to refresh the property, and management needs to give the staff better authority to resolve basic guest issues. This hotel would not be my first choice if I were back in the area.

It honestly sounded like an orca vocalizing, which made it hard to sleep in. Even at night, the noise carries. The pool area may look nice, but the sounds from the pool echo loudly and can be heard throughout the rooms well into the evening. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, which was appreciated. Breakfast had a fresh omelette station that was great and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Scott Crown Food Review of The Boiler Room Dallas Management…read more Scott Crown Food Review of The Boiler Room Dallas Management As self-proclaimed food critiques, me and my girlfriend do a lot of dining form restaurants to restaurants just so we could try their menus. We love to eat, we love food and of all the restaurants we dined at, we have fallen in love to one and it is no other than The Boiler Roomlocated in the heart of Deep Ellum in Dallas. Wednesday night we decided to have a dinner date at The Boiler Room. It was our first time there and I am glad we have decided to dine there because in fact boiler room was not an option. The place wasn't in the list because it is a music venue although they also serve food. We were there at exactly 8 p.m. There were a lot of people when we got in but there were still plenty of seats which a plus point for me. We were seated at a smaller table because it was just me and my boyfriend in the right corner side of the room. They have daily specials and then a regular menu with appetizers, sliders, sandwiches, and entrees. They have a pretty good menu selection. Both of us ordered sliders. What I like most is that you can mix and match and order either two or three. Girlfriend went with the chicken fried steak sliders with fries. It has a patty of chicken fried steak, creamy gravy, and a dollop of mashed potatoes. And mine was two of the chicken fried steak sliders and then one bacon ranch chicken slider. We also ordered the veggie wrap; it comes with sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. The ingredients were drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette and wrapped up in a flour tortilla. The wrap was accompanied by potato chips and a small fruit salad. And can you believe it, this only costs $6.50! The dressing was well-proportioned and all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp, just the way we both like it. Because we both ordered sliders, we had many options and the mix and match were all great. You also have the option of adding sweet potato fries. My chicken salad slider was first-class; I just love how they prepared them. My chicken fried steak slider was at its finest! Maybe the best I ever had. The spoonful of taters did make it feel like going back for more; the mashers were excellent. We ordered the apple pie dessert, only to find they were out of that so I was a bit disappointed because they also said it was the best there. All in all, the experience was great, the foods were splendid, the service was superb and the waiting time was okay. I can obviously say I will make a return visit. Prices were great. Service was decent. Foods are impressive and we just love this place! Scott Crown Food Review of The Boiler Room Dallas Management
